House Sitting in New Salem

About: I have lived with and taken care of at least two dogs of various sizes my entire life. Over the past few years I have dog sat and dog walked the pets of family/friends. Some of which had special accommodations such as meds or a strict schedule which was no problem at all! I love spending time with animals so let me bring my care and love to your pets to make your life easier! I am a recent college graduate looking for a full time job at the moment. Until I find that position, my schedule is as open as it needs to be to take good care of any pets. For my own pets, I share responsibility of all the basic needs of a pet; feeding, walking, giving attention, letting them out for the bathroom, etc.. For the pets of my client I provide all of those necessary services myself. I can dedicate any needed time and effort to ensure that the pet stays safe, healthy and active.

About: I’ve taken care of different kinds of animals since I was 12! I have two cats and two dogs of my own and have taken care of the animals of my friends and family reliably for years. I love all animals and have even taken care of chameleons, lizards, and ducks! I’m a college student home for the summer so I have a lot of availability for your animals! I can do both housesitting and drop in visits, and would be happy to spend time with your animals on weekends or weekdays! When watching animals, I am always sure to clarify all of their needs and schedules! I have experience in giving both cats and dogs medications, and would be happy to learn the specifications of your animals!

About: Ive been caring for pets for many years. I had a dog walking business over a decade ago. We taken care of our own and others elderly dogs. We like taking dogs on long off leash walks in groups if possible. Dogs are always welcome to cuddle up on the furniture. Im a stay at home-mom, homeschooling. We go to play groups and trips but we can plan our day around dog walks. We take the dogs out first thing in the morning on leash as our yard isnt fenced. We are happy to come feed kitties and water plants. We love taking dogs out on walks and caring for them in our home. We love going on long walks mid day out in nature

About: I’ve cared for dogs of all ages, breeds, and sizes. From training puppies to caring for senior dogs. I’m comfortable with everything from energetic large breeds to small lap dogs, and always make sure each pet feels safe, loved, and cared for. I am freshly post-grad and am looking to spend my summer outside with animals!! I have a very flexible schedule from quick stop ins to long term stays. I have a large back yard and a small 9 year old Malshie to keep your pup company when in my home! When in your home, the more rules the better. Tell me all your pets quirks so they can still have the best time while your away!

About: I have been around dogs for 20 years. I have pet sat for old dogs who can’t really walk any more. I also have worked with younger puppies. I am currently a college student. During the semester I can do most weekends, and can do morning and night shifts during the weekdays. Once the summer starts I can do all days. I am good at following owners instructions. If dogs need crated or need training I am capable of doing that. I also can walk dogs and keep them safe.

About: I am intuitive and attentive to the animals feelings and needs. I focus on their happiness and well being. I engage constantly, feed them delicious nutrients, exercise them well and try to make our short time as positive as I can. I truly enjoy prioritizing and bonding with them! I have fostered dogs for over a year and have experience with all personalities and breeds. I am a full time student and I take care of pets part-time, but when they’re with me they will be my priority as if they were my own. Lots of outdoor time and playtime. During the academic calender I host one pet at a time. I may have a temporary foster dog, but most likely not simultaneously. During the academic breaks I am available all day. As a result, I may have two dogs at once on breaks, but never more than two. If you would like your pet to be sat alone, please communicate, or if you have any questions or concerns about socialization, feel free to let me know. I can crate train, but I have experience and am comfortable without. I want the animal to be as comfortable as possible, so they are free to treat my home as their own.

About: I’ve had pets since I was about 4 years old, and am experienced with caring for cats and dogs. Any needs they have, I will take care of them all - from simple company when you're at work, to walks, giving meds and overnight stays! I have experience training puppies too, from potty training to the classic "stay", "sit", "come", "leave" etc. commands. I have a large dog myself so size of your pet is no issue. Anything you're unsure about, shoot me a message! I work full time at a school but am free weekdays after 2pm until around 10pm. On weekends I am free from Friday afternoon until Monday morning so I can do overnight stays too if needed. Depending on the care required, I will feed pets, give them meds, take them outside, play games/fetch/etc., brush them, empty litter boxes and so on. I have had several cats and dogs of my own and cared for many more, so I am comfortable with adjusting to their different personality types.

There was a blizzard that came through the area while she was sitting with us, she kept us informed and comforted that she was on top of things. We were concerned that she might have difficulties if we lost power, etc. but she was very assuring that she had everything under control. She even shoveled our front steps before we got home! Anakin and Lily obviously liked her, they were content and happy when we returned. We will definitely want to have her again if need be. Thank you Lilly!”

About: Hi all! I have always loved animals and I have grown up with cats my whole life. I have taken care of my cats, as well as volunteered at animal shelters before for several years. Even though I never had grown up with any dogs, I have always been very fond of my family's and friend's dogs, and have treated them as they were my own. I have helped one of my friends with her dog walking business and learned a lot about dogs and how to care for them. Please try to book ahead of time if possible! I have a flexible schedule from 11AM and on 7 days a week. I can do last minute requests, but would prefer to have some notice if possible! I can only provide dog walking at the moment. Please try to let me know everything you can about your dog to ensure it is a good fit!
