About: I've grown up with animals my entire life and am very comfortable around them. I enjoy spending time with pets and making sure they get the attention they need! As my mom and sister own their own horses, I have been taking care of my family's dog and two cats while they are away and at shows. I am very careful about the safety of my family's pets, we have a fenced in yard for our dog, and I am very thorough when taking care of our chickens when closing them up for the night to protect them from predators.

About: Ive been caring for pets for many years. I had a dog walking business over a decade ago. We taken care of our own and others elderly dogs. We like taking dogs on long off leash walks in groups if possible. Dogs are always welcome to cuddle up on the furniture. Im a stay at home-mom, homeschooling. With notice, I am completely free on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays & Sundays. About: I am a 19 year old student studying political science and fine arts at Tufts University, and I have spent my whole life caring for animals. I grew up taking care of chickens, dogs, and cats, and I learned so much from them. I would love to be able to spend more time with animals of all kinds before I head back to school in the fall. I am very capable and a quick learner if your pets need extra help! I'm off of school for the summer, so my weeks are pretty available. I have a lot of free time during the day and can stay overnight if your pets require it. I haven't gotten to go hiking as much as I hoped to this summer, so if you have pets who enjoy being outside I would love that! My dog is 15, so I've recently learned how to care for him as he loses some of his faculties. Both my parents are teachers, so I have been at home caring for him while they finish up the school year, so I have some valuable experience with older pets. To me, caring for pets means setting and upholding boundaries while maintaining a loving environment and being attentive to the pets needs.

About: Greetings! I’ve had the pleasure of Dogsitting for more than a decade. It’s brings me so much joy and I can’t wait to meet your fur babies. Teryn, my partner, and I both grew up in Amherst and are back in the happy valley starting this summer. He works remotely and I work seasonally so we have the time to give our attention and affection to the pups we watch. Dogsitting has become our additional full time job and we love it! Our schedules and home allow us to give 24/7 attention to your furbabies with numerous outdoor breaks, play, and of course snuggles. Though I have fortunately never had to use it, I do have extensive Dogsitting insurance to cover both boarding and housesitting. We value the peace of mind it brings both us and our clients. Our house is in a very low traffic area full of nature. We are very attentive and we make sure we have details on their routines, feeding, medications and any special needs.

About: I’ve had pets since I was about 4 years old, and am experienced with caring for cats and dogs. Any special needs they have, I will take care of them all! I work full time at a school but am free weekdays after 2pm until around 9pm. On weekends I am free from Friday afternoon til Sunday night so I can do overnight too if needed. Depending on the care required, I will feed pets, give them meds, take them outside, play games/fetch/etc., brush them, empty litter boxes and so on.

About: Grew up with dogs and cats. Raised, trained, and explored with my own yellow lab for over a decade. Love bringing joy to canine/feline friends! Im currently a stay-at-home dad of preschoolers. I’m free most weekdays and weekends, depending on plans. Hours between 9am-2pm work best, although there is room for flexibility. Have a cozy house with a large back yard and am close to many great walk options, including Puffers Pond. I like to get a feel for individual animals and adjust care depending on needs. “We originally asked Caroline if she could walk and feed our two dogs as we were planning to a long day trip. However, we woke up to find our oldest dog not doing very well. It turned out that he had cancer and that we would have to put him down. It was a long agonizing day trying of running tests and considering options before finally deciding that the most humane treatment would be to euthanize. Through all this, we are thankful to Caroline who took care of our remaining fur children--a dog and a cat. It was a great relief to not have to think or worry about them so we could focus on our oldest dog in his time of need.”
