As a pet service professional, I like to make sure your pet is well attended to, and you feel as safe and comfortable as they do. I enjoy waking up to walk a client's dog, or making sure your cat feels safe before it's time to turn the lights off. You can rest assured while I am with your pets that they will be well attended to. A typical visit includes 15-20 minutes of play with your pet depending on energy levels, lots of positive attention and love, feeding and making sure they have access to water and making sure any business is done. As an overnight visitor, often for pets with anxiety or special needs/senior pets, I am with your pet in your home from 10pm-8am, plus visits during any of their usual scheduled feedings. As a dog walker, you can expect me to arrive and provide a full 30 minute walk to your pet. If you book through rover, you can also get a map of the walk we did, how long it took, and I provide pictures along the way. When it's time to go home, I make sure they and your home are safe and secure.

About: I have been taking care of our bull dogs for seven years now. We adopt and had three before our oldest recently passed away. Bull dogs provide quite a bit of high maintenance care such as cleaning all folds multiple times a day, tail pockets, monitoring skin for yeast or allergies and of course… wiping butts after potty time. At least two walks or forms of exercise a day to keep them in shape for their health and breathing issues; if you see my babies photos, they are in super shape! So caring for three I feel shows my love, responsibility, managing skills and understanding of how to properly and lovingly care for pets. This was Nova’s first time with a sitter and judging from the photos that Ashley sent us every day, Nova had a ball. We had asked Ashley to water quite a few plants, fill the bird feeders and birdbath, take in the mail, etc., and she followed our instructions to a tee. She contacted us with a few questions which were glad to see. Ashley was diligent about removing ticks from Nova and Nova’s coat looked silky and well-brushed when we returned. She left the house spotless and even washed her sheets and towels and made the bed without being asked to do so. Ashley is intelligent, personable, mature and responsible. About: I have always had a pet dog and ever since I was a teenager, I’d dog-sit for family and neighbors. Since college, I’ve been pet-sitting ajd dog walking on a more professional level. I’ve babysat for a few hours, simply for a walk, but have also watched multiple high energy dogs for up to two weeks. I’ve cared for dogs under a year old and up to 13 years old. I’ve always loved dogs and find them very easy to get along with and care for no matter their size, age, or personality. I have also cared for kittens a few weeks old, senior cats, administering medication orally, grooming them if they have long hair etc. Cats have a very different energy than dogs but I enjoy taking care of them just as much as dogs. I am currently in between jobs so I have a lot of free time to care for other dogs, whether it is a short walk or a multi-hour play date, etc. I always follow whatever guidance I am provided by pet parents. This means if you are only comfortable with your dog on a leash or lead while in your yard, I strictly follow that. If there are specific commands to use, certain behavior to watch out for or discourage, particular toys or activities they enjoy, I always follow what information I am given and am always open and communicate well about any issues or concerns that might arise on my end.

I dont know what some people may do but i do not just let a dog out unsupervised even in a fenced in yard safety is the humans responsibility
