I’ve always considered myself a dog person until I got my own cat & fell in love. I love all animals, not only pets but also wildlife, I once had a pet Raccoon named Patches, don’t worry he stayed outside but he was still my buddy & came for his cat food dinner every night! I feel love & compassion for every single animal & I believe there is no such thing as a bad animal. Being an animal lover is a huge part of my identity. I have volunteered at shelters on & off for 10+ years. Through my experience volunteering I have also received dog training by a professional dog trainer. Rescuing stray cats from the streets and finding them loving homes is also a passion of mine! To this date I am very proud to say I have helped so many stray cats and kittens find their forever home! I have fed, walked & cared for every size & every breed of dog/cat you can think of, no matter how sweet or how difficult, I truly believe I have never met a “bad” one. I also have experience adopting & loving senior dogs until their last days. Through adopting & caring for senior dogs/cats I have gained experience in administering medicines, changing diapers & recognizing & providing specialty care catered toward each individual dog. House sitting in your pets environment is a great alternative to boarding. Pets are way more comfortable in their home & receive so much more one on one time and attention.

About: I am in the Middletown- goshen area of Orange County and can’t board any animals at our new home. I prefer a meet and greet before booking and have excellent references. I can walk, spend time with , and play with your dogs and/or cats. I’m experienced with administering medications to both. I have references from my customers in Sullivan county where I used to live if needed . Recently retired I now have a very open schedule for your vacations or weekend needs. I have been an Eagle nest monitor for the NYDEC from 2011 - 2019 on the Delaware River and on Yankee Lake NY 2013- 2022 and have been involved in animal rescue . *That means I have both domestic animal and wildlife experience. I have been a local volunteer and continue to involved in my community. I am newly retired and can come anytime that fits into your schedule . Hopefully I can be the person you call for your vacation or special occasions. Sadly, I no longer have a place to board any animals. But I do have some great references and would provide them upon request. I do have a medium size pup of my own I can bring if you have a friendly dog.

About: I have a college degree in Animal Science with a concentration in canine care and training. I currently work for a boarding/daycare facility where I care for many different dogs, from puppies to senior dogs. I also have experience in training dogs basic commands and leash handling. Dogs are my passion and I will love your pet like it is my own. I want to branch off from my current job and do my own thing. I would like to be be available as much as I can. Whether it be a quick check in, 2 hour run, or 1 week stay. I will treat every signal pet as my own. I will love and care for your animal as much as you do!

About: I grew up on a dairy farm with all sorts of animals around. I have had many dogs, cats, parrots, chickens, rabbits, rats, and horses over the years. I have a degree in Equestrian Science and have taken care of animals my entire adult life. I have always been an avid hiker as well and love to take the pups on walks around the area. I currently own 3 dogs, a parrot, and 2 chickens and will give your animals the same love and attention that I give my own! I'm currently working part time and so have plenty of time to play with your fur babies. I am currently available for house sitting, drop in visits and dog walking. If your dogs get along with mine I might be able to do boarding as well. I have a dog door at my house with a fenced in yard along with 5 acres of fields to walk in. When coming to your home, I use my deep knowlege of dogs, cats, and other animals to keep your animals happy in their own home where your pets are MOST comfortable. They have the comfort of knowing they are safe in a place where they can learn to trust me and we can develop a bond so I can give your pets the same level of love and care as I would give my own pets.
