“This is my first time using Rover. Vicki came for a Meet & Greet . She was lovely and confident. I booked an overnight just to be sure it was a good fit as I’m leaving out of country for 11 days. Vicky was great with my dogs who are older and one is anxious and pretty blind. They also require heart meds and some assistance. I would recommend her, she communicated very well. My house was just as I left it which I appreciate. I’m pleased to find someone I feel comfortable leaving my pups with 🙌”

When our flight was canceled due to a snow storm, she continued to show up for them and even took them out to play in the snow and sent us pics to keep our minds at ease. About: Pets are family, so when I’m taking care of your child/home, I’ll keep it tidy, keep you updated, and keep in touch! I’m currently attending school full time, so I will be most available early mornings and later nights during the week. I am available all weekend Friday-Sunday. I have a big yard with a lot of land to work with. I have 2 friendly dogs of my own. I can leave a crate safely in my home as well.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life. Right now I have a Beagle and a German Shepherd so I’m used to caring for all dogs of different sizes. I’ve dog sat for people in my town and I am able to flex my schedule to meet the specific needs of your dog. I’m currently a college student, student teaching full time. So I am at a school from 8-3 Monday- Friday and off the weekends. I have a big yard at my home, which provides plenty of room for fetch. I have two dogs that are very friendly to new dogs. I can also stay at your home if preferred. I can dog walk, keep a strict feeding schedule, and give frequent potty breaks throughout the day.

About: I've grown up taking care of both cats and dogs. I love animals and look forward to helping you care your your precious pets. In the past I have worked as a pet and house sitter for a couple families. I always enjoy any time spent with animals. I have flexible schedule making me available to care for your fur babies! I live in Guerneville, but frequently go to Sebastopol throughout the week. So mainly looking to work for ones in these areas. But open to adventuring in to further surrounding areas if its a good fit for us both! Currently I am not able to board pets in my home because I am renting. But I would be happy to stop by and spend time with your pets whenever is needed!

About: I cared for Breezy( Portuguese Water dog💕💕) in my home for 4 yrs while her mom went to work each day. Sadly she passed away😞…, but she had the best time and fun with my family and I for 4 fab years. I have also taken care of family and friends dogs while they go away on vacation. I’m a stay at home mom who loves the outdoors and I take several walks a day with my 12yr old dog Frieda, I have a lot of free time during the day between the hrs of 9am -6 pm for in home visits and walks. This schedule works best for me. My family and I LOVE all fur babies. They will always be a huge part of our family. I have a fenced in yard and a super sweet and friendly family dog Frieda whom we adore and love so much! The safety and wellbeing of your pet is my biggest priority.

About: I grew up with a love for animals nomatter how small or big, scales or fur, I wanted to play with them. Growing up with 3 dogs, 6 chinchillas at a time, a hamster, fish, and more showed me how much I absolutely love my animals so I started volunteering at animal shelters where I then, went on to manage a pet store over time. When people would hear I watched animals for others whether they were reptiles, cats, dogs, or fish they started to use me for mini getaways and then long trips. When leaving an animal with me it gets spoiled. I do not believe animals needs to be just fed, watered, and let out. The time you put into the pet is the bond youre able to create with it and you want someone who is going to treat your pet as their own and that is exactly what I do. Pet care gives me the flexibility of caretaking in between my families schedules. Instead of being set to a 9 to 5 I can stagger my time to fit all my needs so it allows me to get chores done, appointments checked off without taking a day off, and allows me to also fulfill my real estate job along the way. After volunteering at shelters and having many animals of my own I have learned that patience is key. When meeting a new animal who may be anxious or scared, sitting quietly with them for awhile and allowing them to come to you on their own terms works the best. Forcing an animal to adjust to a human is not in anyway okay and only makes things harder for them to trust a human. Making sure an animal has a properly secured and adjusted harness or collar before going out is also a big thing I have always checked incase the animal is an escape artist. Before allowing a dog to go outside making sure gates are secured as you never know when one may be unlatched for any reason. When going on walks I am always aware of my surrounding for cars, people, other animals to keep all safe. If an animal is hypersensitive or reactive knowing ahead of time allows me to adjust accordingly.

About: I love all animals and have had different pets since I was a child. So I have a lot of experience. Besides dogs and cats I helped with horses, cows, reptiles and rodents. I’m extremely bias toward any animal. I’m a vegan and going back to school for biology. I’m part of many organizations signing and making petitions to protect all animals. It is my passion and any animal left with me is more than safe and loved without a doubt. I live in a condo in an active dog community with a dog park pretty close I work a few hours Wednesday, Thursday and Friday besides that I’m home. I work 6 hours those days then I’m free my boyfriend works in the morning and is home caring for the pets during my hours of work The animals being cared for will be walked on a leash and/or brought to the closest dog park (if the owner would like that) I can care for them in my house or yours

About: Ive had pets (dogs, cats, fish-oh my!) since I was very young, so I truly understand the meaning of our pets are family. My professional experience comes from the last 5 years as a marine mammal trainer and zookeeper! I have the deepest compassion for animals of all shapes and sizes, from exercise to medical care, to behavioral study…I have done all things animals! I’m currently working part time, so I have ample room in my schedule to come hang with your beloved pet! I am a very active person and would love to take them for walks if that is in their wheelhouse! I have my own sweet old lady Maltese at home, who absolutely adores her own personal space. That being said I am not currently accepting boarding or visits in my own home, but am more than happy to come to yours!
