“Sarah & Hagan are the best!!! I was so nervous and worried leaving my 3 dogs for a week simply because I have never left them or had them boarded. I cried after dropping them off and Sarah felt my heartbreak and teared up too.. I knew right then my pups would be greatly taken care of! I received pictures and videos at least twice a day. Sarah & Hagan don't just leave them in their kennels... they interact with them, play with them and build bonds of their own. You don't get this kind of service from anywhere else. Being a traveler and not always having the trust in people with todays society is hard but I will travel distances to bring them back to Sarah & Hagan in the future.. This was our very first experience using Rover, and at first we were nervous and hesitant about leaving our Boone, but now I cannot rave enough about Valerie! She set up a little meet-and-greet beforehand, which helped put us all at ease. We enjoyed meeting Valerie (she’s a phenomenal person!!) and it was very clear how much love and attention she gives her pets ♥️ Boone loved her from the very start, and instantly was comfortable when we dropped him off. During our trip, she constantly sent us updates and pictures. She even sweetly and thoughtfully sent messages addressed to my kids, so they could feel included. She clearly goes above and beyond, and we would not hesitate recommending her. Boone had a blast with Valerie, having a little vacation of his own, and I know he’s excited for the next time he can go back! Thank you Valerie!!!
I felt so comfortable the entire time. Jessica and her mom were great and I could tell they loved on my dogs like I would. Jessica ensured our dogs’ medication schedules were correct and confirmed with us multiple times. She sent lots of pictures and truly spoiled them. Would book with her again without hesitation!
Asha is THE BEST!! She is so kind and loving and will go above and beyond for your pet. Asha is a vet technician and very knowledgeable - she helped me in a number of ways and I am so grateful for her. I trust her judgement and would ask her to watch my dog again, any time!
Maide took care of our Chihuahua so well! She sent us updates with photos often. We could tell our dog was very relaxed, and she really liked Maide! We forgot to pack our dog’s favorite treat, and Maide went out of her way to go buy the treat! It was nice that our dog was only dog so she had all attention. There’s so many good things about Maide that I can keep going on. We are sure we will ask her again to watch our dog when needed. We really appreciate her kindness and taking care of our dog so well.
