About: I've been around dogs of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments, pretty much my entire life. I can handle all aspects of a dog's care, from feeding and routine excercise to bonus hang out time or other extra special attention as needed. I've always felt a special connection with dogs, and they've always responded well to my calm, but firm energy. I will treat your dog with the utmost care, providing a sense of security and familiarity as we build a bond. I am currently proud parent to my 3 year "dog"ter, Eevee, who is a happy-go-lucky American Pit Bull Terrier with a heart of gold. Eevee and I, along with my wife, enjoy taking trips to go fishing, visiting the North Augusta Bark Park, and exploring Elijah Cove Dog Beach. We're excited to have your dog be a bonus member of our pack! I currently work part time, so I have plenty of time to accommodate your pets' schedules and needs. I'm happy to arrange "Doggie Day Out" for adventures/external stimulation (hello, naptime!) or simple potty breaks/mini hang outs - whatever works best for you! I have a fenced backyard, as well as the ability to separate dogs in my home, as needed. I do have one small/medium dog crate that can be used if needed/requested, though I prefer to have everyone together for maximum good times! My dog, Eevee, has a variety of toys and cozy blankets on hand that she is more than happy to share. I also offer a variety of dog treats should extra love be required: usually some form of organic cookies or fresh fruit (bananas, blueberries, and strawberries). My 1,300 sq. ft. home provides a clean, calm, and welcoming environment tailored specifically for guest dogs. ​Here is how I care for guest pets in my home: ​Dedicated Crate & Rest Spaces: To ensure every dog feels secure and gets proper downtime, I require owners to bring their dog's familiar crate. Crates are kept in dedicated rest areas for quiet bedtimes, mealtime separation, and brief quiet periods. ​100% Leash-Guided Yard Time: Safety comes first! My backyard has open sections, so all guest dogs are walked on a secure leash or long line for all potty breaks and stretch sessions. Your dog will never be left unsupervised outside. ​Zero Territorial Stress: Since I do not currently have any resident pets, your dog gets my full, undivided attention without any resident dog friction. ​Structured & Safe Supervision: With a strict limit of 3 to 4 guest dogs at a time, I keep group dynamics peaceful and stress-free. About: I have had animals all of my life. I have been personally responsible for the care of my pets since I was seven years old. I was always raised to treat my pets like family, and I do the same with all animals I interact with. I regularly pet sit for my friends and family, and have been doing so since I was a teenager. I have experience with cats, dogs, lizards, snakes, birds, frogs, and most rodents. On my page you’ll find pictures of my own 4 animals (3 dogs and a gecko), plus some of the animals I’ve care for. I am a stay at home wife and mother, so I have a lot of free time in my day. My children are young, so I cannot have animals in my home that don’t get along well with children. I have three friendly, well trained dogs to get along with each other greatly. They’ve gotten along with any other dogs that have been under my care. They are also great with my small children. My dogs get fed twice a day, they get walked on demand, and they are allowed to sleep where they please. When they were puppies, they did sleep in a crate in my room. But as they were trained, they were allowed to use the crate as they please. My dogs are very spoiled, they get plenty of treats, they have lots of toys, they have their own beds, and their own blankets.
