Like most dog sitters, I’m a dog lover, but I don’t just love my dogs— I love your dogs too! In my house, dogs are equal to humans — they can sit on the couch, lay in the bed, be carried around, and of course be told just how cute they are and their big stretches will be praised. My home is a safe haven for all you little dog parents that don’t want to have to worry about your little baby picking a fight they can’t win, or playing with a giant dog that doesn’t know it’s size. I take dogs up to 20lbs with very very few exceptions. I loooove big dogs, but it’s just not worth the safety and comfort of the little babies that get overwhelmed and anxious around big guys. I can make exceptions with large senior dogs after a meet and greet tho, so if you have an old, large dog that is very chill and well socialized, let me know and we can arrange to meet. ADDITIONAL SERVICE INFO: I am by no means a certified dog groomer, BUT if you need or would like your dog to be bathed and lightly groomed, I can for any additional $12. I have clean clippers, scissors, high quality shampoo, leave in conditioner, and balm for their toe beans. It will not be the best cut they’ve ever received, but it will be cheap and a good maintenance cut between the next. I groom my own babies so I have “experience” with grooming doodles/fluffy dogs. I DO NOT TRIM NAILS BC THATS SCARY.

Schedule
I work full time Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, while I am away your pup will have access to the outdoors (via a small doggie door) for potty breaks, plenty of toys, water, and comfy beds. I usually start every morning with letting the dogs out into the backyard and making sure they potty before I go to work, they will be fed, get some love, and very light play/exercise before I leave. Depending on your dog, I may leave them out, crate them, or use a baby gate to restrict their access a bit but that is on a case by case basis. In the afternoon I take the dogs on a long walk around the neighborhood and surrounding area, play with them and usually provide some kind of enrichment—whether that be puzzles, toys, or running in the backyard. They will be fed according to their schedule after that and for the rest of the day we will lounge and hangout until bedtime around 10pm. Dogs are welcome to sleep in the bed, on the couches, or in their crates —whatever is best for their comfort and safety. On the weekends I usually take at least one trip to the greenway for a long more interesting walk and maybe a trip to Home Depot or Petsmart. Weekday pick up/drop off window: 3:30pm to 8pm Weekend pick up/drop off window: 8am to 8pm If you need to drop your pet off earlier or pick them up later, please add an extra day to your reservation. LAST MINUTE BOOKING FEE: if you book within 48hrs of your visit, I will add a $15 fee to the reservation. If you book within 24hrs of your visit, I will add a $25 fee to the reservation. I understand that there are emergencies and reasons for last minute bookings, but it also affects my schedule and preexisting plans. For that reason, the fee cannot be waived. THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT FUTURE PRICING: After you book with me three times, I will lock your rates for future stays. Depending on the season, I may raise my rates— the holiday season and masters particularly. If you are military and going TDY for 30+ days, please message me directly and we can work out discounted pricing.

Like I stated before, at the moment I am primarily taking small dogs to ensure the safety and comfort of not only my small 12lbs doodles, but your mini babies as well. I know the big pups are sweet and I love them too, but some little dogs are easily intimidated or made uncomfortable; I don’t want anyone to get hurt, even if it’s accidentally. So if your dog is over 20lbs, please search for another sitter. I can provide recommendations or possible alternatives in the event of an emergency. Other highlights: *fully fenced, medium sized backyard *doggy door for easy access to the backyard *dogs are allowed on furniture and bed for cuddles *dogs can sleep in bed with me or in their crate *lots of toys available to play with

A typical day
Your dog will have several play sessions during the day with toys and my girls (if they so choose, of course). I also like to sit in the backyard with the pups and give them company while they get fresh air and sniffs. Depending on the day and their energy level we will go on a walk or two or maybe to a dog friendly store.
