I work full time Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, while I am away your pup will have access to the outdoors (via a small doggie door) for potty breaks, plenty of toys, water, and comfy beds. I usually start every morning with letting the dogs out into the backyard and making sure they potty before I go to work, they will bed fed, get some love, and very light play/exercise before I leave. Depending on your dog, I may leave them out, crate them, or use a baby gate to restrict their access a bit but that is on a case by case basis. In the afternoon I take the dogs on a long walk around the neighborhood and surrounding area, play with them and usually provide some kind of enrichment—whether that be puzzles, toys, or running in the backyard. They will be fed according to their schedule after that and for the rest of the day we will lounge and hangout until bedtime around 10pm. Dogs are welcome to sleep in the bed, in the couches, or in their crates —whatever is best for their comfort and safety. On the weekends I usually take at least one trip to the greenway for a long more interesting walk and maybe a trip to Home Depot or Petsmart.
