About: I provide care that’s personalized, patient, and focused on each dog’s unique needs. I take the time to understand your pup’s routine, personality, and comfort level so they feel safe and happy while you’re away. Pet care is a natural part of my daily and weekly schedule. I structure my day around walks, feedings, playtime, and check-ins so each pet gets consistent attention. I start the morning with walks and potty breaks. I schedule midday visits and evening routines to keep pets on a predictable schedule that feels just like home. When pets stay with me, I create a calm, safe, and comfortable environment that feels like a home away from home. I follow each dog’s normal routine—feeding schedules, walk times, crate preferences, and any house rules you have. I provide plenty of supervised playtime, daily walks, and lots of affection. I keep common areas clean, offer cozy resting spots, and ensure pets are never left alone for long periods. Safety is a priority, so I always secure doors, monitor interactions, and use leashes during outdoor time.

About: I’ve trained my own dog from a puppy, and recently trained a rescue dog who was once reactive and skiddish, now he’s confident and mellow. I love pets and always put them first; I just moved to Charlottesville with my dog and he’s been my absolute priority. I know how anxious pets can get when their humans leave, and I’m happy to help you help them feel comfortable. I am a college student working on my masters degree. I have pretty generous gaps in my day to care for pets. I have my own dog as well and am happy to do walks with both dogs! He’s very friendly and mellow. I will always respect a pets space. If in my home, the pet will have its own space to make its own. I want pets to feel happy and taken care of, and I will walk and play with your pup or cat happily! If a dog is reactive or has some disability, I have experience dealing with these issues and will adjust my care accordingly.

About: I grew up around dogs and have spent most of my life caring for them. I regularly walk and watch my sister’s French Bulldog, and I’ve also dog-sat and house-sat for families with a Bernedoodle and a Golden Retriever. I love spending time outside with dogs and am always happy to go on multiple walks a day. I believe plenty of playtime, attention, and affection make for the best experience, and I treat every dog like they’re my own. I have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets a lot of attention and consistency while you’re away. I’m available for drop-ins, walks, and house sitting throughout the week and on weekends. I’m happy to work around your pet’s routine, whether that’s early mornings, evenings, or multiple visits a day. I grew up with multiple cats and am very comfortable caring for them, along with dogs as well. I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and needs, and I always follow your instructions closely to keep their routine consistent. I prioritize a calm, safe environment and make sure pets feel secure and cared for. I’m also happy to send regular updates so you know how they’re doing.

About: I love pets and ever since I was little I was obsessed with them. I have watched over bunnies, hamsters, birds, and cats. But my favorite one of them all is my dog. We have had our little guy for about 3 years. He is a super happy and funny companion who will keep your dogs company alongside me. I am a college student and am currently available full time to take care of your pets. If there are any behaviors of which I should know, let me know ahead of time. On top of that if you want to tell me your dogs favorite scratching point that would be much appreciated. ( if not I’ll sherlock it anyway) I am currently home full time and therefore watching your dog is my 1st priority. It also gives me joy and excercise over the summer. Our first floor is quite big and has enough room for the dogs to play. My Pomeranian will also keep your dog company. My Pomeranian likes to sleep in my room in his crate. Your dog can sleep wherever they want and however they like it if they are potty trained. If not I would appreciate if a crate is brought along with the dog.

About: I love animals i have had dogs, cats, horses, chickens all my life. You will not find a more dedicated person than me. Your pets will get an abundance of snuggles from me. I am currently employed by the local animal hospital as a veterinary technician. I live with my wife, who's an occupational therapist at the human hopital( don't worry, she loves animals too), two daughters (9 and 12 years of age) and a Bernese mountain dog ( 5 years old) and two adopted kittens. It keeps me busy, but I can happily fill in playtime with another pet. I have a very gentle big dog, a family that loves pets and a fully fenced-in yard. We are mere steps from the dog park, the beach and the state forest, so plenty of opportunities for any kind of pet.

About: I have had chocolate labs to care for and love throughout my life as well as years of experience with dog sitting and cat sitting!! I currently work part time and shifts vary on the day! I am open most of the day— just reach out and we can figure something out! I will be happy to petsit any pets and help out with feeding, going to the bathroom, and going on walks! About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life and have been relied on to take care of dogs of all ages, from puppies to seniors. I love taking them on adventures and I have some grooming experience. I am currently working a 9-5 from Monday to Friday but am available and have complete flexibility on Saturdays and Sundays for in house boarding. I do not have a fenced in yard, but I rely on the leash for security to bring the dogs out for many walks. I don’t have any pets so all of my attention will be focused on your pet.
