We have had our little guy for about 3 years. He is a super happy and funny companion who will keep your dogs company alongside me. I am a college student and am currently available full time to take care of your pets. If there are any behaviors of which I should know, let me know ahead of time. On top of that if you want to tell me your dogs favorite scratching point that would be much appreciated. ( if not I’ll sherlock it anyway) I am currently home full time and therefore watching your dog is my 1st priority. It also gives me joy and excercise over the summer. Our first floor is quite big and has enough room for the dogs to play. My Pomeranian will also keep your dog company. My Pomeranian likes to sleep in my room in his crate. Your dog can sleep wherever they want and however they like it if they are potty trained. If not I would appreciate if a crate is brought along with the dog.

For walks, I am available 730am-9am in the morning and 5pm-dusk M-F, and all day Saturday + Sunday. Additional rates may apply for longer required driving distance. Please feel free to message me about a drop-in or walk you need on the weekend if the time slot isn’t showing up when you go to book - it seems like there are issues with setting separate availability for week days vs weekends. I will follow whatever rules you normally enforce (or don’t!) in your house when you are gone and I will stick to your pet’s feeding schedule so that their routine remains regular. Just let me know any special needs before departing. Nothing is too much trouble :)

I live with my wife, who's an occupational therapist at the human hopital( don't worry, she loves animals too), two daughters (9 and 12 years of age) and a Bernese mountain dog ( 5 years old) and two adopted kittens. It keeps me busy, but I can happily fill in playtime with another pet. I have a very gentle big dog, a family that loves pets and a fully fenced-in yard. We are mere steps from the dog park, the beach and the state forest, so plenty of opportunities for any kind of pet.

About: I have taken care of animals since I was 12. Not only my animals, but neighbors and family friends. I’m a Vet Tech at the local animal hospital, so I’m prepared to care for your pets! I work full time as a Vet Tech, but have plenty of time in the morning, lunch time, and after work to care for your pets! Pets will be cared for in my home or a clients home as if they are my own; with care and love! I will do what I can to make them feel at home.

“These two were amazing!!! They have two small dogs who are welcoming and loved my Roxie. They have a beautiful, fenced in backyard with plenty of shade and room for the dogs to get their energy out. The house was nice and most importantly, Roxie was clearly well cared for with belly rubs and attention as she seemed to not want to leave! I loved that they offered a visit first to make sure it was a good fit and their communication was great while I was gone. Will definitely use again.”
