About: I am a work from home mom with 4 kids, who will love to play with your pouch! Your dog will always be entertained and given loving attention. Our family dog passed away and our kids are really looking forward to having your dog(s) to love and care for, while you are away. Pet sitting is the perfect opportunity for them to engage, while being comforted by their loss. I have experience with extra large dogs, bathing, and administering medicine. Our last dog was very high need: anxiety, food allergies, dermatitis issues, etc. He required so much attention that has prepared me to adapt to the pet sitting role! My kids are really great around dogs, they know appropriate play and safety rules. We keep all fences locked and a gate at the front door while we have a dog with us. I am widely available to care for your pet. I am a stay at home mom and homeschool the kids, I am almost always around to care for dog(s)! I have a large fully fenced yard your pooch can freely explore and welcome anywhere in the home. I can provide a warm snuggly bed or a quiet area if needed.

About: I've raised 2 dogs and have taken care of friends' and co-workers' dogs for nearly 40 years. I love snuggling with and playing fetch with dogs of all ages. I don't watch much t.v. so, most of my time would be spent enjoying your friend/family member's company! I can't wait!!! I work from home most days and I typically work Monday through Friday. On the weekends I don't work, so I will be fully engrossed in play with your loved one! I live in a cute little house with a small back yard, but have a big middle school one street away where I take doggies to play and walk. There's also a really close park and tons of walking paths nearby.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs nearly all of my life, ranging from puppies as young as six months to old seniors. I’ve worked with resource guarding, overly-affectionate, and the downright indifferent doggos, all of which I’ve enjoyed caring for. I’ll approach any dog with respect and kindness, as you should expect a caretaker to do! I have a relatively flexible schedule, allowing me to care for dogs during the week mondays through fridays. Anytime between 9 am and 8 pm is generally best, and I’m open to conversation for other dates and times if applicable. My current dog is crate trained, and before moving here to Washington State we lived with a very heavily resource guarded dog. I’ve overseen their play, both mild and rough, so I have experience with managing more aggressive dogs. Outside of that, physical affection and play is a must in my home and I’m more than willing to smell like dog at the end of the day if your dog likes to play!

About: Hiya! I’m extremely passionate about animals, and would love to continue gaining knowledge and experience taking care of pets. I previously worked at a local petsitting/dog walking company for over a year, and I currently work part-time as a professional dog bather & pet care specialist at a pet store! So I have lots of experience with huge and tiny dogs; senior, puppy, and everything in-between. About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life—dogs, cats, chickens, even a parrot—so caring for them is basically part of my DNA. Adaline was great with my cat, very communicative from the very beginning, followed all instructions, sent all updates with lots of information and photos. My cat is usually shy of new people, but felt pretty comfortable during our first meet with Adaline. Also, my cat is on daily medication, Adaline was able to give her pills. I would definitely book again and highly recommend.
This was my second time booking with Kayley and she is great! I have a cat who requires a little more work and has to wear a diaper but Kayley has handled it perfectly without issues or complaints. She is the first person other than friends/family who has watched my 2 cats and I feel very comfortable and confident leaving my fur babies in her care.

Loui saved the day, literally. After an emergency, my dog was left alone for 28 hours with only two quick walks from strangers. But after a long night, no one was available to feed Quill or hang out him the next morning. Then, Loui came to the rescue. Truly dropping everything, Loui communicated clearly and reassured me everything was ok. Loui cared for Quill when I couldn’t. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
