Proud dog mom to a JRT/Chihuahua mix (age 14) and also have a 6 year old son. We lost our boy Simon (a 12.5 year old Chihuahua) the day after Christmas, and we miss him so much! I work from home, so am available to be home with your pet for snuggles all day when they're in my care. I have a small securely fenced backyard, and my neighborhood (near Tolmie) is quiet and safe for walks. Over the years, I have watched my friends' dogs when they have taken trips and wonder why I didn't sign up to do this sooner! My home is quiet, just myself, my son, and small dog, who is friendly... he's old and mostly sleeps, but is great with puppies as well. :) Happy to answer any questions via FaceTime or your preferred method of contact if needed!

Sheena is so great. She's an excellent communicator and arranging bookings is always a breeze. Its apparent that she cares for our pup and he always seems so happy in the photos she sends. Shes been able to accommodate bookings when we've made last minute plans and we can't thank her enough for that. I would give more stars if I could.
Sheena has been great with our dog. Prompt and clear communications made everything easy, and she has a great way with dogs.
Had a great experience with Sheena. She watched our 2 dogs for the day and took great care of them. They were very happy and excited when I got them at the end of the day!!
Sheena is wonderful with my two large dogs (12-year old senior and a three-year old Malamute/Husky mix). She's excellent in her communication and responds quickly. She's punctual, polite, easy going, has a wonderful personality and has tremendous patience with my stubborn dogs.
Sheena was absolutely wonderful with my dogs! She gave them much needed walks while we were out of town for the week. I could tell how happy my dogs were with her by their faces in the pictures she shared which eased my anxiety about being away from them!
Sheena took great care of my Chiweenie for over 2 weeks and kept me updated with regular texts and photos. She gave him his supplements and treats. When he displayed quirks like resisting having his harness put on, she let me know and asked for suggestions, which I appreciate. She didn’t just care for his physical needs, but also gave him affection, letting him cuddle with her in the evenings. It was pretty stormy but Sheena walked Henry several times. She’s a caring, thoughtful person to petsit my dog and I recommend her to anyone with a smaller dog looking for care.

I work from home, so am around all day for any pet needs. From potty breaks, to walks, to cuddles, to feedings. :) My backyard is also private and fenced. For care in your home, I would follow your guidelines regarding feedings and then adapt to the specific pet for their individual needs. Some pets need more walks in a day, you got it! Some may need time to adjust to a new person, no problem! I'm here for your pet, and want them to be comfortable, happy, and feel safe.
