“Our babies were very well taken care of while we were away, and we returned to a home that was in better condition than what we left! We received daily updates with multiple photos and the boys were taken out for walks every day. Cannot recommend enough!! Will be a returning client, for sure.”

“Vanessa was incredible with our pets and they all seemed to love her a lot! She sent many photos and updates throughout her stay and was able to do some more extensive care for our rabbit which we were SO grateful for. I highly recommend Vanessa to anyone who is looking for a great sitter 😊”

“Johanna did a fantastic job with our elderly cat… We’re always nervous to leave him because he sometimes gets stress-related illness when we’re gone. Johanna took excellent care of him, sending frequent updates, pictures, descriptions of how he was doing, etc. It was very reassuring, and we’re definitely using her again for future trips. Highly recommend!”

About: As an experienced dog sitter, I go beyond basic care by truly understanding each dog’s unique personality and needs. I have a natural ability to read their body language and adapt to their moods, ensuring they feel comfortable, happy, and secure while you’re away. Whether it’s administering medications, following specific dietary plans, or providing enriching playtime and walks, I tailor my approach to each dog’s routine. My calm and attentive demeanor helps even the most anxious dogs feel at ease, and I maintain clear communication with pet owners for peace of mind. Having cared for my own senior Pomeranian, Zeus, until he was 14, I am particularly attuned to the special needs of older dogs, including administering medications and adjusting routines for their comfort. I currently have an year and a half year old Yellow Labrador Retriever named cooper, so well experienced with puppies I’m currently home full-time, so I have a very flexible schedule and can give your pets lots of attention throughout the day. Whether your dog needs frequent potty breaks, long walks, playtime, feeding schedules, medication, or just extra cuddles and companionship, I’m able to be there consistently. I love getting outside for walks and making sure dogs stay mentally and physically happy while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I treat every animal like they’re my own and take the time to learn their routine, personality, and needs. I’m experienced with dogs of different ages, energy levels, and temperaments, including senior dogs and puppies. I always keep a close eye during walks, potty breaks, feeding, and playtime to make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in a calm environment.
“Becky did great with our highly reactive/protective Decker Rat Terriers. I was super anxious that all Cooper would do is freak out and bark at her for the entire four days we were gone and she was house sitting for us. He was all calmed down in a couple hours and was totally normal and sleeping with his head in her lap by the end of the first day. House was clean and she brought my very heavy UPS delivery up to the house, which I didn't expect at all. Highly recommend!”

“Simonne was amazing! I had a really odd situation and sort of last minute, and she was able to accommodate so easily! She’s super responsive and sends lots of updates and pics, so seeing my boy in good hands was great for me. Highly recommend her!”

“Brogan stayed with my two dogs for five days as a house sitter. Brogan was great: he sent photos, my girls liked him and he left the house so neat, I had to ask which room he used. I would use him again.”

“Pazia did a great job house sitting for two nights; when I came home my house was clean and my cat was happy! Pazia is also very quick to respond and sends great pictures. My cat takes oral medications and Pazia always lets me know if there are any concerns. I would definitely recommend their services.”

“Rachel did a great job watching Riley. She sent daily reports and pictures. We will definitely use her again the next time we go away. She responded fast to messages. Riley was very comfortable with her.”

About: Proud dog mom to a JRT/Chihuahua mix (age 14) and also have a 6 year old son. We lost our boy Simon (a 12.5 year old Chihuahua) the day after Christmas, and we miss him so much! I work from home, so am available to be home with your pet for snuggles all day when they're in my care. I have a small securely fenced backyard, and my neighborhood (near Tolmie) is quiet and safe for walks. Over the years, I have watched my friends' dogs when they have taken trips and wonder why I didn't sign up to do this sooner! My home is quiet, just myself, my son, and small dog, who is friendly... he's old and mostly sleeps, but is great with puppies as well. :) Happy to answer any questions via FaceTime or your preferred method of contact if needed! I have a small dog of my own, so pet care is just part of the day! Since I work from home, I'm free to work around your pet's needs. I work from home, so am around all day for any pet needs. From potty breaks, to walks, to cuddles, to feedings. :) My backyard is also private and fenced. For care in your home, I would follow your guidelines regarding feedings and then adapt to the specific pet for their individual needs. Some pets need more walks in a day, you got it! Some may need time to adjust to a new person, no problem! I'm here for your pet, and want them to be comfortable, happy, and feel safe.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was 15. I’ve also had experience training puppies as well as walking dogs. I love to spend time with the dogs I am watching outside as well as snuggling up with them in the house. I also enjoy playing with cats and am responsible with keeping up with cleaning litters boxes, making sure all pets have plenty of water, and they are fed in time according to their schedule. Your pet will be loved and taken care of as if they were my own while you are away. :) I am a current college athlete working a part-time summer job as well as taking a short 6 week summer course (in the mornings 4 days a week). I will be in Lacey Washington from April-June and then will be moving back home to Bend, Oregon for the rest of the summer. In Lacey and Bend, I will have time to do drop-ins to check on your babies as well as give them potty breaks and/or take your dogs on walks (if your dog has experience running, I’d also love to do that!). I can also stay at your house if you need someone over night. My schedule will depend on the week, but I will keep my Rover calendar updated with my available times/days, and I am open to having a regular walking schedule with clients. I am not open to taking animals at my own place as I am currently in a on-campus apartment with not a lot of space (especially for dogs). But I will take very good care of your house whether that is me doing drop-ins or staying at your house. I can water plants or complete other tasks if you need while I am staying there. I can crate your animals while I am away if you need, and I will always make sure to stop by every 4-5 hours (depends on day, I will have basketball training, class, or work) to let them have a potty break and to ensure they have plenty of water as well as being fed on time. Your home and animals will be well taken care of!
“Mariah was kind enough to accommodate a weekend house sitting with our girl Callie on short notice, which was greatly appreciated! She was friendly, communicative, and took great care of Callie. Thank you Mariah!”

“Having never used the service, was not sure how it worked. Appreciate her taking time out of her day to send us messages letting us know how they were doing. Our dogs from the time they met Rachel felt comfortable. I absolutely would recommend her services!”
Mushroom Corner pet parents share their Rover experiences
Shayla was awesome! My cat wasn't cooperating when trying to put him in his carrier for a weekend trip to visit family, and Shayla was able to help at the last minute to watch him while I was away. Saved Oscar and I so much stress! He was well taken care of and seemed very happy in the photos she sent.

Elizabeth did a great job watching our senior dog. She communicated really well to let us know how he was doing and we felt very comfortable and confident that our dog and home were both well taken care of. I highly recommend her to anyone needing someone to care for their pet.

Bryan was awesome! He took really good care of our dog Bella. This was our first experience with hiring a dog sitter and it exceded our expectations. Bryan was very pacient, observant and kind with Bella. Bryan would give us updates throughout the day which was great. Definetly recommend Bryan he wont dissapoint!

Hayleigh is extremely responsible, quick to communicate, leaves my house immaculate and takes amazing care of my 2 dogs. They love spending time with her playing outside, which is evident from the pictures she sends and their happy tails when I get home. Highly recommend!

We are repeat customers of Arrie’s and would recommend her over and over again! She is the most thoughtful and so considerate of all our fur babies and us too! We trust her completely and the boys are always happy to see her and comfortable when we return! Thank you Arrie!💜💚
