About: I’ve had dogs since I was 6 years old, and love going on walks and spending quality with pups. Over the years, I’ve pet sat for both young puppies and sweet senior dogs who need a little extra TLC. My goal is to make sure your furry friend feels safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I'm currently home full-time, so I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give your pup all of the love and care they need! While I don’t have a fenced yard, all outdoor time is supervised - either on walks or a secure lead. I will follow your pet’s routine for feeding, walks, play, and rest, making sure they are safe, happy, and loved. Whether at my home or yours, I treat every pet like family and keep you updated throughout the stay!

About: My whole life I've been around dogs, whether that be big or small. I've been getting around cats more as well as i have always had fondness for them too! Now that I'm in college, I am away from my dog and lizard. But I still do find ways to interact with animals on campus! I have a small dog at home named Krypto that I love and give all my attention. I give every pet all the attention they deserve!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, guinea pigs, geckos, and fish for years. I love taking care of animals of all shapes and sizes. I currently work early in the mornings and certain weekends during December-April. I am available after 3pm most days and I am flexible upon request between 12-3pm. I can crate your dog in home if you’d like after walks or drop in visits. I always make sure your fur baby has access to water at all times and food as instructed by the owners.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was about 10 years old, babysitting family and friends dogs along with taking care of my own dogs. I’ve been around them for as long as I can remember! I currently work three 12 hour shifts a week at the hospital, but I am looking to fill my days off with some doggy care! I will care for your dog at your home in the best way that I possibly can! I have a small dog of my own, I treat him as if he’s my child and I will do the same for any and every dog I take care of:)

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was a kid, because growing my family always had pets. I love animals and my family can rely on me when it comes to caring for their pets. Having pets and growing up around all sorts of animals has encouraged me to expand my knowledge and kindness to help other’s when it some to taking care of their pets. I’m comfortable around all dogs and cats. When I take care of pets I dedicate my time to care for all of them and their needs. My schedule does change a lot when I go ba k to school or during the summer time as well I at the moment I have part-time availability and can house sit and walk dogs. I will also take last minute bookings on the weekdays, and cancellations. I also travel quite a lot so i apologize in advance for my opening. When it comes to taking care of dogs and other animals, I make sure to take them out on the leash and try to get in at least two walks everyday, as well play with them so they’ll sleep well later on.

About: I have had the privilege of taking care of many different kinds of pets (dogs, cats, rabbits, birds) over the course of my life. I have worked with young and senior pets and feel comfortable with specialized care if needed. I am currently in the process of changing careers. This means that I have lots of time to play and spend time with your fur baby. I have taken care of many different pets (dogs, cats, rabbits, birds) in other people's homes. I will always respect your space and focus all my attention on your pet. While I am with your pet, their safety and well being are my number 1 priority so you can be at ease knowing they are well taken care of.

About: Hello! I have been taking care of family and friends' pets of all ages, including dogs, cats, fish, and rodents since I was in elementary school. I love going on walks outside as well as playing with and loving on all kinds of animals. A friend had a hedgehog and I loved his spiky self! I have had dogs my whole life and currently have four rescued cats, one of whom I nursed from two weeks old after she was abandoned by her mother on the streets. Only two of the cats live with me in my current living situation, but they're all still in my heart! They just live with my partner in another state because I currently live with my mom and she said I could only have two with me. :/ Trust that if it was up to me, I'd have all four! I also live with my mom's 3 dogs, a German Shepherd, a Poodle/Bernese Mountain Dog/Golden Retriever mutt, and a lil 4lb baby that is scared of everything except the giant dogs she thinks she can fight with! Because of the big dogs I live with, I do know that I unfortunately cannot handle walking a large, strong dog that is not leash trained because they will absolutely drag me all the way down the street if they take off running. I won't let go, but they'll take me with them! If you have a low energy/senior larger dog, or have a fenced-in backyard and are okay with us having our active time in the backyard instead of going on walks, we can discuss the situation! If I say no, please do not be hurt or offended. It is for your pet's safety as well as my own! I am currently only working on Rover, so my days are pretty free! I spend most of my days hanging out with my own pets, junk journaling, going thrifting, stalking eBay for vintage clothing and home decor finds, reading nonfiction books, and watching way too many video essays on Youtube! I do not currently have the space to care for a client's pet in my own home (between my mom and I, there are already 3 dogs and 2 cats in one house!). I have years of experience house and pet sitting in others' homes, and always take care of their places even better than my own. If you would like me to grab the mail, check for packages, or do light maintenance housework (separate from your pets' needs) while I stay at your place for an overnight, just let me know and I'd be happy to discuss whether I am able to help!

About: Have had many dogs and cats in a city environment and many in a country environment. Been taking care of them since I could remember! Pretty flexible and open, I work from home. I live with my girlfriend who is also on rover. Just reach out and we can talk about it! I recently moved into a great neighborhood! About: Experienced in caring for dogs from bottle fed newborns to extra needs seniors. I’ve lived on farms for a number of years and have a lot of hands on experience with an array of animals all ages and litters. Also experienced in basic positive feedback training and/or just giving your animal the love and care they deserve! I work from home so am basically available all day everyday. I can provide 24/7 care to your pet in the ways that are most comfortable for you i.e how frequently you want potty breaks to be done, feeding times, any training you want them to keep up with ect. I have a big fenced yard and two sweet dogs to keep your pet company! I can also easily crate your pet if and when you feel comfortable or keep them out and playing all day!

About: I am a life-long dog owner and have had the joy of owning two dogs throughout my life: a perfect golden retriever who lived to be 15 and a wonderful terrier who is currently 6. I am also currently a law student at NYU and will be graduating in May. Thank you for considering me to spend time with your pet! I am available all day on Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, except for when I'm traveling on select weekends. I am generally available 9am to 9pm for walks, depending on the distance from my home. I have experience walking my large (80 lb) golden retriever. He enjoyed chasing squirrels, pulling on his leash, and running to greet other dogs - so I have seen it all, and I am confident I can care for your pet on a walk! My family currently has a terrier, so I also love a small dog!

About: I grew up around untrained dogs, not afraid of any animal. I had two cats of my own and raised them from kittens so I’m great with cats!! I am nice and patient and have never been one for caging in animals unless it’s to travel to appointments, so your little loved ones will always be free to wander with me. I like to give them freedom to explore. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out. I like to play a lot and encourage activities. I try to put on interactive games and toys are highly encouraged to bring! I do freelance work so if I’m pet sitting your baby will be the number one priority! Open space apartment, I like to be outside a lot so I will spend a majority of time allowing your pet to be free and safe if they’re an outside animal. We have local shops within a mile that allow cats so if you’re open, I can allow your pet to go for outdoor time.

About: I grew up with at least always one dog in childhood home and was one of the few, if not only, kid on the street that parents and neighbors would ask to not only watch their kids but also take care of their fur (etc.) babies . Cats and dogs, rabbits and guinea pigs, snakes, lizards and birds are all animals at one point or another I have cared for. I also believe every breed and age of dog or cat deserves as much love and care any any other breed or aged pet! I love the outdoors, including days that arnt sunny and bright, and would love to play and entertain your beloved animal while also making sure all their needs are meet. Home with time to share with your family pets! I try to give ample notification if any changes occur. I am usually very responsive to texting, more so when I am caring for someone's beloved pet. If a client would like to keep their pets stress levels lower while they are on their vacation by having me come take care of their pet at their own territory that is great! I will always take time to play, pet, clean up after and or feed your pet if that is the service you require. Dog walks usually wont end unless the animal has relieved itself (individual pet dependent) and they are smiling those big goofy doggo smiles. My previous occupation had me perform security so I understand the importance of people needing to feel safe and secure in letting someone into their home while its unattended. About: I love animals so much! I understand how scary it can be to trust someone new with your beloved pets, I have three cats of my own who I would do anything for. I have dog sat in home and visited homes for potty breaks, I have also walked dogs, volunteered at my local humane society and fostered animals! I also work at a veterinary clinic and have lots of hands on experience in the field. Rest assured any emergencies would be handled efficiently. I check on all my animals multiple times a week, I love to cuddle and love on any animals and give them tons of attention. I really enjoy basic training and walking with them! I feed detailed and thoughtful meals and spend quality time with any pet I am with. I do have a job that requires me to work many days during the week, but it doesn’t affect my ability to tend to animals in my care. My husband is also readily available to assist me whenever needed. He is just as much of a lover as I am and is currently in school for Veterinary Medicine. I feed them 2-3x daily, change their water every day, offer treats and plenty of outdoor time. I make sure everything they need is handled every day. I can administer medications and provide more in depth care due to my extensive experience.

This was our first time using Rover, and Payton made me feel completely comfortable leaving my pup Louie with her, even when he got sick last minute and needed a house sitter instead. She came over for a meet and greet beforehand, sent lots of picture updates, and took him for a long walk so that he was worn out when I returned. I completely trusted her (a pharmacist!) to give my dog his meds as scheduled. Since then, we've used Payton for drop in visits as well. She's reliable, great with our pup, and as an added bonus - she left the house super clean after my dog ran through covered in mud. Highly recommend Payton!”

About: I have a lot of experience watching dogs of all temperaments. I am also great with training. I’d love to care for your dog while you’re away! I am on break from college for the summer and working part-time as a server a couple nights a week, but have a lot of availability. While I only have a small yard myself, there is a dog park a couple blocks away and I am more than happy to take your dog on as many walks as needed. There is a nice riverwalk near my apartment as well.
