“Isabella took great care of our pups and we will definitely be using her again! She let us know how they were doing and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend her!”

“Maddie was quick to respond and easy to communicate with through the stay. I have an older dog and she did well with him. She left my place clean and respected my house while sitting. Would recommend!”

About: I have adopted several dogs from shelters over the years; all being larger breeds like German shepherds / shepherd mix as well as being both elderly and special needs dogs. This means I have experience in giving dogs medication, and giving them extra attention for any needs they may need. While they have been elderly that didn’t impair them for going out on long walks, or being large strong dogs; making me confident in my ability to safely walk almost any dog outdoors. While I've done a lot of stuff with older dogs that doesn't stop me from being able to keep up with a young energetic pup either! I have also helped out several friends with pet sitting their dogs many times. This has also given me experience in dealing with nervous / anxious dogs and their needs. I work a job that allows me to work from my (or your) home on most days and have no other set obligations. I do not have a job that comes with surprise emergencies, so once I agree to a time, I will be able to make it. You know how to take care of your pet, it's my job to imitate that while you are gone so they can feel safe or less anxious while you are away. With my experience with shelter adoptions, I understand that some pets may need special care and feel up to most such challenges. Honesty is my policy. While I don’t expect it, if there is something I am uncomfortable with, a task or sadly your pet and I aren’t compatible, I'd clearly say so at our first meeting allowing you the time to search for other options.

“Heidi did a great job watching my 107 pound big boy. I was a little hesitant booking on this app again as I’ve had not the best experiences in the past with other sitters. However, I am glad I took the chance. Zeus was very well taken care of and I especially loved how well she was able to handle him when walking around.”

“Evelyn was great with my pets and they enjoyed her. I got lots of cute pictures and updates. She worked great with my schedule that was based on how quickly I was driving through not good weather and we got back almost 12hrs later than intended. I came home to my house cleaner than I left it too which was a great surprise after driving 1800 miles in under 48 hours. She even watched a couple of my clients pets that had last minute bookings!”

Muncie pet parents share their Rover experiences
Anna was absolutely amazing! She was extremely communicative the entire time and kept me updated with messages and photos, which made me feel so comfortable being away. She took my 10 month old puppy, Winnie, on so many walks (which she LOVES) and gave her tons of attention. I felt completely at ease having Anna both in my home and with Winnie. I truly couldn’t recommend her more, we’ll definitely be booking her again!

I would leave Mary 20 stars if I could!! She stayed in our home full time with our dog and cat for a week. My antisocial cat was obsessed with her. Our dog has separation anxiety and we’ve never left him more than a couple days, so I was extremely nervous, but he took to Mary right away and she did all the things to make him feel comfortable while we were away; she had no hesitations with all his special quirks and needs. She also provided lots of check-ins and pictures every day. Lastly, our dog had a medical episode the night before we were to return and required a trip to our ER vet - Mary TRULY could not have handled that whole situation any better. I will 100% book with Mary for any future needs and would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!!

Declan is a great communicator. He is so efficient and attentive. His attention to detail for our pets is phenomenal. Our Louie has separation anxiety and is a new rescue for us and Declan made us feel so comfortable leaving Louie in his capable hands. We were able to go away and know Declan had everything taken care of and he even went above and beyond what we expected. He gave Louie and Darla Jean the same care we would have. Highly recommend Declan for pet care. We feel so fortunate to have found him.
