About: Hi! I've had my cat Olive for 11 years and my dog Bel for 3 years. I have also taken care of close to 70 foster animals mostly kittens, with a few medical fosters, and behavioral issues along the way. I have taken courses on behavioral training for dogs as my own dog is reactive towards dogs, so I am very familiar with dog reactivity. I currently run a small 1 man business from my home and have control over my schedule to provide care to other animals regularly. I also foster other animals from time to time. My own dog is reactive and high energy and needs 3 walks a day usually with a lot of play. My cat is a large maincoon that requires a strict diet and care regimen to keep her pre-diabetes in check.

About: I have hands-on experience fostering rescue dogs for the past two years—especially puppies. I’ve helped rehabilitate malnourished, abandoned dogs and guided them into loving forever homes. My own dog is a foster fail I nursed back to health at just 2 months old after she was found on the street. Since then, I’ve fostered an entire litter of five puppies, all of whom were successfully adopted. I specialize in caring for young dogs and have a deep understanding of their needs—whether it’s feeding, socializing, crate training, or just giving them the love and patience they deserve. That said, I truly adore dogs of all ages and personalities. I’m currently studying from home, so your dog will never be left alone, and I live near two fully fenced parks for safe, fun playtime. Since I’m studying from home, I have the flexibility and time to give dogs my full attention throughout the day. My own dog has set a great routine for me—morning walks, playtime in the nearby fenced parks, feeding, training moments, and lots of cuddles in between. I love staying active and making sure dogs are both mentally and physically stimulated. Whether it’s short potty breaks, long sniffy walks, or just hanging out together while I study, caring for dogs blends seamlessly into my day. In my home, pets have a cozy and safe environment to relax and play. I have a crate available for those who are crate-trained or need a quiet space to rest, along with plenty of toys to keep them entertained. I also have access to two fully fenced parks just a short walk away, perfect for playtime and exercise, plus a fenced front porch for fresh air and people-watching in a safe spot. I keep a clean, calm space and follow each pet’s routine closely—whether that means meal schedules, medications, or snuggle time. Your dog will be treated like one of my own!

About: I worked at a boarding business for about a year and a half for dogs and cats. I worked with all different sizes and breeds, and ages of dogs and cats. My job tittle including playing and cuddling with the animals, feeding the animals, cleaning where they stayed, and giving medicine to the animals that required it. I have a little more than basic knowledge of dogs and cats health and always try to stay up to date with that. I dog sit and cat sit for friends and families regularly aswell. I have always grown up around animals and if you were to ask anyone who knows me they will say I have always wanted to work with animals since I knew what a job was. I am currently a college student and am majoring in wildlife conservation, while that's not specifically a major for cats and animals I still have and will learn a lot about those species as well!! I currently don't have a job so my schedule is really open. I work out everyday usually in the mornings to early afternoons. But I have a very flexible schedule! I have a fenced backyard just under 2acres of land. So it is very spacious for bigger dogs to run around in! I am able to walk dogs for however long.

About: Growing up I’ve always had dogs in my family. However now that I’m an out-of-state student, I’ve been feeling homesick and it especially doesn’t help that I’m not around any dog love anymore. I heard about Rover through a friend and felt that this would help me with what I’ve been feeling. I can’t wait to meet your furry friends! 🐾 I’m a full time student at the U of A with only morning classes, and plenty of time afterwards to have a fun playdate with your furry friend! 🐾 I’m a calm and respectful individual, who will do anything to assure you that your furry friend will be safe at all times in my care.

About: I have lifelong experience with dogs and a true genuine care for every animal I’ve met. I’ve been around dogs since I was very young and have cared for all kinds of breeds, from small lap dogs to large breeds with high energy levels. I currently work part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility to provide attentive, reliable care for your pets. My work schedule is Sunday through Tuesday from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, leaving the rest of my week and much of each day available for walks, drop-in visits, daycare, or overnight care. Caring for animals fits naturally into my daily routine because I have the time to give each pet the attention, exercise, and companionship they deserve. I enjoy creating a consistent routine that helps pets feel comfortable and secure, whether that means sticking to feeding schedules, going on walks, playing, administering basic care, or simply spending quality time with them. About: I’ve taken care of a wide range of dogs, from chihuahuas to greyhounds and pit bulls! I’ve cared for young and geriatric dogs, dogs with anxiety, and have experience giving medication (oral meds and eye drops!) I’m off for the summer before school, so my schedule is flexible! I have one recurring event Saturday mornings, other than that we can figure out what works best for you and your pet! My home is not available for pets right now, but I am happy to take care of your pet in their own home! I am open to dropping in as well as staying the night to keep them company! I would like to keep their routine as steady as possible, and am happy to play with them, let them out, take them on walks, etc. as best fits their normal schedule!

About: I have been watching other people’s dogs and cats since I was 10 years old. I have cared for animals big and small, reptiles included. At this time I am only working with cats, reptiles, and small dogs. I have worked with all sorts of temperaments and am diligent about making sure they get adequate potty breaks and food. Playtime is a priority, too. I want to ensure that you and your pet are satisfied! I have skills in medication administration - oral and injectable - for cats of all ages and temperaments. I have oral medication experience with dogs. I work from home so my schedule is very flexible. I am currently working from home so I am able to work your pet into my schedule quite easily! I can come multiple times a day. I believe your pets’ safety is of the utmost importance. To maintain their safety I will keep your dog securely on a leash when we go on a walk. I will ensure that your cat or dog does not get out of the house when they are not supposed to be outside. Finally, I will build a good rapport with your beloved pets so that they will trust me, and so you can trust me, too!

About: I've loved animals for as long as I can remember! I grew up caring for three dogs and a cat, so feeding, walking, bathing, and giving them lots of attention has always been part of my life. Spending time with animals genuinely makes me happy, and I love helping pet owners know their furry family members are in good hands. I'm currently majoring in Veterinary Science to become a veterinarian, so every experience with animals helps me learn even more while doing something I truly enjoy. I work full-time, but I make pet care a priority before and after my shifts. My schedule is active, and I love spending my free time outdoors hiking, walking, or staying active at the gym. About: Hi! I’m Sidney, I love all animals and it’s truly important for me to make sure pets are happy and loved when their owners are away. As a pet owner myself, I know how much anxiety leaving pets behind brings when travelling. It’s so important to me to make sure the pets I care for receive the same kind of love I would want for my own cat. Skills & Experience: -Cared for family dogs and cats for 17 years, including daily walks. Provided pet-sitting for 15+ years -Current cat owner of 1 cat for 5 years. -Provided drop-in visits and overnight dog-sitting through rover for 3 years I’d love to help out with drop-ins and walking in a regular basis in my neighborhood. I work 9-6 on weekdays, so I can do morning and evening walks and drop-ins. Also, I can do over night pet-sitting as needed. I’m very responsible and reliable. I truly enjoy playing and interacting with both dogs and cats of all ages and breeds. I would love to help you make having a pet more do-able and stress-free! I work a 8-5 job Monday-Friday. I can do check-ins before work and after work. For stays I am unable to stop by during the day, unless you love near downtown. In the month of June, I can work from home (your house) the second half of the day. I only provide stays at your home. I can follow whatever safety and care requirements you have, besides taking the dog out mid-day on weekdays.
