About: I am a single mom and full-time student looking for pet care jobs this summer and fall! I have two little boys with a lot of energy and one five-year-old puppy!! I am home most days all day every day until my school schedule picks up. I’m available for walks, pet sitting, and tons of little things in between! I have a five year-old female Saint Bernard mix who is incredible with other dogs as well as kids. Depending on the care that you need I am available to let the dog out anytime they need. Whether they are at my house or I stop by to let them out/take them on a walk. I ask that if I do care for your dogs, making sure I know they’re good with little children.
About: My uncle bred certified schnauzers and I was always willing to lend a hand where needed. I also grew up around other breeds such as German Shepard, beagles, Shitzus, Great Pyrenees and many others. So I am fine with any size dog. About: I can’t remember a time in my life I haven’t been around animals. I’m comfortable with any animal big or small. I’ve owned hamsters, mice, guinea pigs, rats, dogs, cats, and many other pets. I volunteered at a cat shelter for multiple hours a week for over 5 years. I have fostered 13 kittens, some as young as a few days old. I now live with a dog, four cats, and too many small pets to count. I have pet-sat for friends and family, I ride at a barn, and I do little bits of training with our dog and cats. About: Stephanie developed her passion for dog training after adopting her third dog, Lance from a local shelter. He ended up having many behavior issues, leading Stephanie down this path. She read as many books and attended as many seminars as she could about dog training and behavior in order to help him. He made such wonderful progress and went from a scared, highly reactive dog to a confident NW2 dog before ultimately losing him unexpectedly in 2017 to lymphoma. He was one of those life changing dogs. Stephanie started nose work in 2010 and was hooked from day one. She is a CNWI who recently retired her original nose work dog Logan and is now competing with her third nose work dog Leena and working on her fourth dog Livvy. Along with nose work, she is our reactivity specialist. She is always eager to learn and gain more knowledge about dogs. She is currently being trained by her adorable pups – Leena, Leevi, Livvy & Lynzi. Stephanie is a Certified Behavior Consultant Canine (CBCC-KA), Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA), Certified Nose Work Instructor (CNWI). She also has a Master of Science in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University.
