“With Covid it has been a lone time since we have traveled and boarded Charlie. I was concerned that he would have a difficult time adjusting. Sandy welcomed us into her home and with the 2 other dogs she was watching Charlie was somewhat hesitant. Sandy took his leash and I exited. During our week away Sandy supplied photos and updates to keep us informed. With Christmas he did come home with a few toys. I recommend using Sandy and planning on using her in near future.”

About: When my mom wouldn’t let me have a cat as a kid, I knew I still had to be around them somehow. I spent my childhood catching and petting feral cats at my grandmother’s house. I found a cat shelter where I dedicated hours of each week volunteering to rehabilitate feral cats and kittens, including attending fundraisers thrown by the shelter to raise awareness and money to care for the cats. I have now fostered 13 kittens and had two cats of my own. I currently live with four cats and a dog and I’m often visited by the neighborhood kitties as well as the mousers that live at my horse riding barn. About: I have been pet sitting dogs and cats since I was only 13 years old. When my grandparents were out of town, I would ride my bike to their house to watch over their cats and let out their dog. Now, I'm home from college and looking for a job that involves animals and I would enjoy doing. I am currently taking jobs for summer! I will be home from college May 23rd-early August! About: I am an active educator working with elementary aged students 10 months out of the year for the past sixteen years. However, I also have a special place in my heart for animals of all kinds. I have a particular interest and skillset working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments and have over 10 years of experience walking shelter dogs in my community. About: I am a life long dog lover. I've had dogs since I was a little kid, and currently, 2 chiweenies at home. I have worked as a dog walker and a dog sitter in the past and I enjoy dogs of all shapes and sizes! I can provide a cozy home for your pet where they will get plenty of cuddles, scratches, and probably some silly songs made up for them. I work from home, so I am home all day to keep an eye on your pet and to administer any care. I take frequent breaks and have time to play, take dogs on a walk around the block, etc. I require pets to be child, and dog friendly, since I have a 4 year old daughter, and 2 chiweenies at home. I also would not be a good fit for destructive pups (chewers and scratchers) unless they are kennel trained. I have a big fenced yard but a runner or escape artist would not be a good fit as one portion of my fence is shorter than the rest. Other than that, I can accommodate many pet needs. She helped me be familiar with giving oral medication and needing lots of naps and low-key play times! Besides Chance, I’ve had dogs whose ages range from 5 months to 10 years of age, and a variety of different breeds and sizes! I am comfortable with tug of war, playing fetch, or a good snuggle and belly rub. Currently we have two kitties and a doggo that just turned a year and an half (we’re working on behavioral needs with her so I’m very patient!) Are walks your furry best friend's favorite thing to do? Just leave me a note or give me instructions (if needed) in case they are really energetic or have a bigger than life personality so I know what they need. I can of course send pics of your best friend enjoying themselves on our walk, play time or even if they’re snoozing or chowing down on a meal. Do not hesitate to check in either asking how they are! I love all fur babies as my own because it is simply impossible for me not to do so! I currently don’t offer in my house sitting because my senior dog gets stressed easily.
About: I have had animals my whole life. I have experience with dogs primarily, but I have experience with fish, Guinea pigs, cats, and birds! Any time friends/family leave town, I’m the one they call. Always open to questions☺️ I currently have my kitty Sol in my home, but I always take care of my 2 pups on the weekend, and I took care of them everyday when I was a kid! Dogs are my Bestfriend☺️ I have special treats and food I feed to each of my dogs, as they are different ages and breeds. I try to stay on top of new diets I see online, and vet check them beforehand. I have always followed the rule: leave the area nicer when you found it, so if the dog has an accident, no problem!

I have a fully fenced yard for secure outdoor time and a spacious downstairs area perfect for crates or quiet time when needed. I have 3 years of paid experience in caring for both dogs and cats. I love spending time with furry friends and will make sure that I take care of your pet as if it were my own! My husband and I have two English Cream Retrievers and we love them more than anything in the world! I know that puppies, dogs, and all other animals require a lot of time and attention, and I am more than willing to provide the care that they need! My husband and I are both Firefighter/Paramedics, and know first-hand how difficult and anxiety provoking finding a reliable pet sitter can be. I am committed to walking your furry friend when needed, dropping in to visit them while you are away for the day, and we are open to hosting your furry friend in our home if you need extended care. We have a small, fenced in backyard where your furry friends can play with ours, and we live near the lake so extended walks are always available!! I live near the lake, so there are plenty of places to walk and explore! I am also willing to take your dog to the dog park at Pets Park if that is something your dog would like!
