“Kelly is a caring, sweet and thoughtful dog walker. She came over to meet Kaya before our scheduled walks and even brought homemade dog treats which she loved! I got stuck at work late two nights in a row and Kelly came to the rescue and was able to walk Kaya three times in one day. She was respectful of the property, fed Kaya her meds and gave her food when I couldnt get home. She was such a big help and I'm thankful we connected on Rover. We will request her again when we need someone to take care of our old girl. Thanks again for the pets and affection. 🐾🐶”

“I’ve never met a more punctual person in my life. She was always on time every day. In all honesty, I don’t think anyone could do a better job walking and caring for our dog like Donna does. She’s the best by far and you will not be disappointed with her service.”

About: I have had multiple animals of various types in my home since birth. I enjoy life with pets and have know nothing else. I have experienced all stages of their lives. For 5 years friends and family have trusted me to walk, feed, and sit for their pets. I am recently out of high school. I have lots of free time and could spend loads of it with your pets. I am very flexible with availability I prefer to care for your animal in the safety of their home. I can also take pets to the dog park if they are happy to do so.

About: People call my home the rescue center! All five of my animals have been rescued. I had to treat my male cat after a bad urinary blockage, female cat after being infected by ring worm and my oldest dog that has severe ear/environmental allergies. My youngest dog comes with a heartful story, so I will save that for an in-person conversation since it is a lengthy story. All are now healthy, happy and living a dream!! If I could adopt them all, I would. I also own a frog who eats crickets on a daily basis. (he also is another in-person heartful story) I will put full compassion into taking care of your babies like he/she was my own. I look forward to advancing my dreams and services to help people that can't be home all the time to provide extra love, care and anything else your pet needs. Additional experience, I was brought up in a home with birds and guinea pigs, so if they need a special gourmet meal, no problem!! I am currently not working full-time and have the extra time to care for other pet owners needs...my schedule is flexible. Contact me for more details. Just let me know what your pet needs and I will assure I can accommodate. I also recommended a meet and greet so that we can meet ahead of time to go over everything that you require for my stay and what your pet requires at the time of service.

“Our girls loved having Sharon walk them during the day! After every visit I received an update and pictures. Sharon was very professional and prompt. I’ve already booked again for April!”

About: I have worked in various different ways with animals and have even gone to BCIT for high school where we learned to be a vet assistant and dog grooming. I have pet sat for family friends and used to work in a kennel where we board both cats and dogs. I have had pets all my life and know how much they mean to you so I will give them the best care! I am currently working part time and have a flexible schedule. I am looking to do Rover full time eventually so I have even more time for your pets! I make sure the pets are comfortable and happy. Just write down what your pet needs and I will make sure to follow their schedule. I make sure to follow pets schedules as it can stress them if it is changed.

About: I am a former shelter medical team member, I worked with dogs and cats extensively. I work currently as a veterinary assistant for Red Bank Vet Hospital in Mount Laurel. I am comfortable with all sizes of dogs and cats and will make sure they have the best care while you’re gone! I am also able to medicate if your animal is on them. I used to have a 96 lb dog so no dog is too big for me to walk and I will work around my school schedule because I’m in school to be veterinarian. Animals are really my life and I am always willing to help animal owners as much as possible. Please message me if you are interested in my services! (Also I’m fully covid vaccinated for anyone worried) I work part time and go to school online during the summer. My schedule is consistent and I make sure I’m very transparent with any employer! My pets at home all range in ages and in needs. They are all caught up with veterinary care and get enough exercise and attention each day! I plan to provide the same care to your pets as I would do my own.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and have recently adopted my dog Bingo. I love dogs and enjoy being around them, which is why I want to provide dog care services for others! I am very responsible and knowledgeable, and know the importance of safety and patience. I hope to meet your dogs soon! I am a teacher and I am currently off for the summer. I am available any time of the day, every day of the week for pet care I have a fenced in yard and always keep my pets on a leash when outside of the fence. I have gates installed in my home and can keep pets separated if necessary for safety or comfort. When meeting new dogs, I am patient and let them meet me at their own pace.

About: I’ve had dogs in my life as long as I can remember, from small pugs to large Dobermans. I’ve pet-sat a variety of breeds, including Yorkies, pit bulls, German Shepherds, Labs, and everything in between. While I have provided care for young and middle-aged dogs, I also have experience caring for senior dogs, offering them the patience, comfort, and special attention they need to enjoy their golden years. People often ask me, 'Are you a cat person or a dog person?' and my answer is always the same: 'I’m an animal person.' I have a deep love for all animals—domesticated and wild alike. When I'm not at work or spending time with my family, you'll likely find me rescuing a goose or turtle from the road or chasing after a squirrel with a can stuck on its head (which, surprisingly, happens more often than you'd think). My schedule is fairly flexible, and I typically adjust it each week based on my personal commitments and activities. To provide a more accurate answer, I would need to know the location of your pet and the distance from my home, as this will help me better accommodate your pet care needs within my routine. I do not offer animal services within my own home; however, when caring for pets in my client's home, I make sure to provide a safe, comfortable, and loving environment. I follow any specific instructions provided by the pet owner to ensure their pet feels at ease and receives the care they need, whether it’s feeding, medication, playtime, or exercise. I prioritize maintaining the pet’s routine to minimize stress and ensure their safety and well-being.

About: Hi, I’m Andrea! I am a huge animal lover- especially dogs! I’ve loved and taken care of animals pretty much for my whole life; from the time I was a little kid I was constantly outside catching frogs and tadpoles, and voluntarily walking the neighbor’s dogs (since my Mom was allergic, so as a child, I couldn’t have a pet dog of my own 😔). But still, I always dreamed of having a pet dog as a kid… so much so, that I researched everything there is to know about dogs- learned all the different names of dog breeds by about the age 10. Everyone who knew me, knew that I was an honest, friendly, kind-hearted and enthusiast animal lover! People also knew me for my reputation of being very responsible and knowledgeable about animals… which landed me many different pet sitting and dog walking jobs, even as a child. I starting out as doing these pet sitting services just for friends and family… but, by their word-of-mouth, I quickly landed many different pet-related jobs for all different people… which led to me working with and caring for a large variety of different kinds of animals (along with building a rapport and relationship with all of their different and respective owners!) 😊 I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals and I have a deep love and respect for every animal species. My schedule is very open and flexible, since both of my boys are in school for the majority of the day, and I work from home. Besides that, my boys go with their dad every other weekend- leaving my every other weekend completely open. Yes, that's correct- not only am I an avid animal lover, but I am also the doting mother of two beautiful sons #teamboymom! Therefore, I’m used to living a very energetic, action-packed, fun and outdoorsy lifestyle. My sons (ages 7 and 14 years old) are two of the MOST generous, thoughtful and caring children you have ever met! And I know that you're probably thinking how I must just be saying that because I'm their mom- but they seriously ARE! (Speaking as somebody who has worked with children, the same way I've worked with animals, for my whole life!) ...and I’ve taught my sons all about animals from a young age: how to respect animals, teaching them about their different and unique qualities and needs, teaching them how to care for animals and how to live harmoniously alongside of them. (P.S. Please note that I understand my children would need to be supervised at all times during care, and they will not be actually assisting with animal care- that is my own responsibility, which my children and I both understand. And if you do not feel comfortable with my children being present, I totally understand, and I will honor your preferences.) Being as though I’m a Mom, as well as being a certified home-health aid, on top of having worked for years in the school system (specifically with the special needs population), makes me pretty much well-versed in almost anything you could throw at me. I have successfully cared for animals with special needs, animals with different health conditions, allergies, etc… there’s almost nothing that can scare me off (any other mama’s out there- especially boy moms- I’m sure can relate! 😅) Anybody that knows me- as a person, friend, neighbor, etc.- would describe me as being a friendly, loyal, responsible and generous person. Especially anyone who has had me care for one of their pets, or anyone who knows me from having had provided home health aid services for their disabled and/or elderly relatives, or anybody who’s children I’ve worked with at my past job in the school system- can tell you that I am an extremely reliable, gentle, hard-working, energetic and loving person! I take every job (working with people or animals) very seriously… I treat others the way I would like to be treated, and I am a very thorough, trustworthy and thoughtful employee/person. I really treat every animal as if they were my own beloved pet! Also, I tend to spoil my pets (just like I do my kids) in the way that I give them extra love and attention… because, in my opinion, you can never have too much of either one! 🥰

Amanda is hands down the best dog walker I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I have to leave town for long periods of time for work and Amanda never missed a beat (or a day). She is kind, she’s is communicative, she is GREAT with my dog, she is flexible, she is consistent, the list goes on and on. You will truly never have to worry with Amanda; she IS your best candidate!

Carter was timely and communicative through the initial meeting set up and when he met Clara for the first time. He asked questions relating to her behavior and temperament too! Clara loved him at first sight. We look forward to using Carter to help with walking Clara in the future.
