“Marielle was absolutely awesome with my 3 dogs for the 8 days she watched them. She sent photos & updates on a daily basis. There is quite the range in age with the pups. From 4 months old to 14 years old. And Marielle handled it without issue. And she stayed a few hours later than originally planned when my flight home was delayed & left the house cleaner than when I left. I highly recommend Marielle”
“Chad makes each stay with Gracie an enriching and fun experience for her while incorporating positive reinforcement training into every interaction. I've had multiple canine companions for many years but I always learn something new just by watching Chad interact with her. It's a pleasure and relief to leave home knowing everything is in Chad's capable hands. Chad is punctual, attentive, knowledgeable, and responsible, and he speaks dog (even husky). He provides informative and entertaining updates and we come home to a relaxed and content dog who is happy to see us but disappointed when Chad leaves.”

I’m a local teacher with a lot of free time in the summer. I’ll take your dog on long walks or cuddle with your cats if needed! I am a local teacher and have the summers off. I’m out of school most days around 3pm. Perfect for an afternoon walk! My availability is flexible! My cats enjoy a quiet and cozy living space. My services include drop-ins or dog walking. The more I see your pet, the better chance we have at building a trusting relationship!
“Madeleine was wonderful! She was very communicative and responsive. She sent us lots of pictures and kept us up to date on everything, including our snowy weather and slippery driveway conditions. It was clear from the pics and videos she sent that our dog really liked her and was very happy the whole time. She took great care of him and our home.”

“Janice was so kind to watch our dog Walter on short notice. She came over the day before for a meet and greet and to go over everything and I instantly knew she would be great with him. She sent us updates with photos and our dog was very happy! I will definitely be using Janice again when we need a dog sitter.”

“Dana was great. She came over to meet my German Shepherd Rocky so he would be friendly to her when she came to watch him while was gone. She even offered to swing back by in the afternoon after staying with him for the night. I highly recommend Dana.”

“Giuliana is an excellent dog and house sitter. She exceeds all expectations that I would have had for anyone taking care of our dogs. We actually could have a vacation and a rest away, without thinking about our animals, who seem to have had a blast without us. Giuliana cares deeply about the animals and will be a thoughtful, bright and very attentive caretaker of your dog(s).”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my entire life. I am a reliable and caring host for all furry friends. I trained our 3 year old Siberian Husky Zinnia, as well as experience caring for our elderly family dogs and administering medication when necessary. I own my own business and work from home so I am available to be with your pet most of the day. I do work on Sundays and if your pet will be staying on a Sunday please ensure they can be alone for 8 hours without a bathroom break. A portion of our yard is fenced in where your pup can hangout all day if they’d like. We have a lovely 3.5 year old Siberian Husky named Zinnia who will be happy to keep your pup company. Zinnia is outside most of the time, and she loves to have company. Please note Zinnia can be territorial at times and she does not do well with dogs who can be aggressive.
About: I'm very experienced with high energy dogs as my previous dog was a Siberian Husky mix and my current dog, Korra, is pure Siberian Husky. Because of that I am very used to getting out and exploring as much as possible with either my dog or clients. Since my dog is not much of a toy dog I go on long walks or run with my her for her exercise and that is something I can offer to you as a client if you have a high energy dog or your dog is in need of a little weight loss. I also visit dog parks often to let my dog socialize and run around off leash as much as I can and is something I can provide for you as a client, given that your pet does well with car rides. My dog is on the older side now at 10 years and with that and my past experience in watching friends and family members pets, both puppy and elder dogs are welcome as well! Currently waiting to start my winter job at Stowe Ski Resort so I have complete open availability until that starts. Once that starts, I'll still have 3+ days a week for bookings on rover. I have a partially fenced in yard that my older husky does well to stay within the bounds but even when she doesn't she is well behaved and comes back or stops when called. While my dog can be off leash at times, I will never have a clients pet off leash while outside unless they are contained within a fenced in perimeter. I make sure to feed my dog well and don't over expose her with treats so as a client I will make sure your dog will be fed how you like it and won't overdo them with treats unless working on some form of training or playing.
“Kim was great with our dog! He took to her instantly and she was great with distracting him as we were leaving. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a sitter!”

“We booked Whitney as we were traveling out of state for a wedding and the hotel did not allow dogs to be left unattended. This was the first time we’ve used a service like Rover and left our furbaby Wendy with someone who was not a family member. Whitney put us at ease and Wendy immediately took to her and her daughter. Whitney and her daughter were fantastic with our little girl Wendy! They listened to our concerns and followed our care instructions for Wendy. Whitney was so flexible and accommodating as she watched our furbaby in our hotel room as we were at family events for 2 days. She was in constant contact with us and sent pictures whenever we requested and often time she sent on her own. We plan on visiting Vermont in the future and using Whitney again. We would highly recommend Whitney if you’re in the area!”

“Kassandra went above and beyond for us and our pups!! Our flight coming back home was cancelled and Kassandra was awesome enough to stay another night with less than 24 hours notice. Upon getting home, we could tell the animals were all well taken care of and they were very happy. Our home was in spectacular order and it was clear she was very respectful of our space. Kassandra’s response time was quick and she sent plenty of pictures! We truly can’t thank Kassandra enough for helping us out in a pinch and taking the best care of our animals and home. We would highly highly recommend”

“Sam was amazing with my animals and took my pup on some fun adventures. I really appreciate she washed the bedding and towels and even made the bed up again for me after! I will definitely use her again.”

“Wendy was great with out little Frenchie puppy. We were in VT for the weekend and Wendy came to stay with Jax in our hotel while we went out for the evening. Jax took to Wendy right away. Will call her again if we are ever in VT again. Highly recommend Wendy”

I will also come care for your feline companions if needed! hope to hear from you and I can't wait to help you and your canine family! Thank you in advance for your business! Madeleine was wonderful! She was very communicative and responsive. She sent us lots of pictures and kept us up to date on everything, including our snowy weather and slippery driveway conditions. It was clear from the pics and videos she sent that our dog really liked her and was very happy the whole time. She took great care of him and our home.

Natasha has a calm, kind energy and is perfectly capable of handling responsibility. She cared for our elder dog and young pup and 8 ducks with ease. Communication was clear throughout our travels and our house was clean when we got back. We felt confident that Natasha was caring for our house and pups and ducks without issue while we were gone and we were right!

Jennifer took great care of our senior lab by first stopping in to give him a mid day walk and then to stay over and house sit with him for 10 days. She was very responsive to communication and any small tasks I requested for the house. I would highly recommend Jennifer to care for you pets and your home.
