Safety, trust & environment

I am active, fit and conscientious. My interest is in homesitting having a background that includes work as interior crew in the yachting industry as well as 13 years as a Realtor in Florida. These experiences required high standards of cleanliness and responsibility for property.

Information Linda I. would like to know about your pet

I spend the first day observing and connecting with each pet. It is helpful to know about meds or special feeding as well as exercise needs. Any quirks are good to know about ahead of time :)

A typical day

Lots of fresh air, movement and sniff time! Each dog is unique and I make sure to bond with them and provide for their individual needs - walks, retrieving, or opportunities to get a good run in.

Pet care experience

I am a lifelong animal lover now retired and enjoying home and pet sitting for a wide range of pets and locales. I have cared for dogs from 8-80 lbs, cats and hens. This includes administering medications for many of the dogs and cats. Having worked as a Realtor for many years, I ensure your home is also properly tended. All reviews from pet owners have been 5/5 and are available upon request.

My husband and I were leaving for our 10-day honeymoon when, just a week before our trip, our dogs virus acted up and he could no longer attend daycare as we had planned. We were so relieved to find Linda! She was incredibly communicative from the start and made herself available to lock everything in quickly, which gave us so much peace of mind before we left. While we were away, Linda sent us daily updates and photos of our pup, which we looked forward to every day. It was so reassuring knowing he was able to stay in the comfort of his own home and maintain his normal routine while Linda took such great care of both him and our house. Our 2.5-year-old Golden Retriever is full of energy, and Linda did an amazing job building a relationship with him and keeping him happy, active, and comfortable while we were gone. We came home to a happy dog and a well-cared-for home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Linda to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and reliable dog sitter!

Linda was amazing. She kept our fur babies company while we were away and we were able to relax knowing they were in good hands.
