1. Gabrielle A.
“Gabrielle house sat for our two dogs and two cats. She left the place cleaner than we left it and more importantly, we felt like our dogs were in good hands. Our one dog Edie is very skittish and doesn’t always sleep in the same room as sitters, but we’ll consider Gabrielle very highly rated by Edie as she surprised us by sleeping in bed with her. Thanks again!”
2. Anna F.
“Anna was outstanding and so kind, responsive and communicative always and took excellent care of our 2 year old black lab Zelda. She was here dog/house sitting for a week and a half and went out of her way to help with our late departure/arrival days, and sent us numerous updates and photos and was so nice and positive about Zelda! I would 100% plus recommend her and hope she can house/dog sit for us again. We were really nervous to leave Zelda for the first time and Anna made it all okay and we are so thankful for that (and for her)!”
3. Will C.
“Will was awesome with our dog when we were out of town. I received frequent updates about Odie and even some awesome action photos from one of their walks. We plan to reach out to Will again in the future.”
4. Bev C.
“Bev was a wonderful companion for my kitten while I was away. She left the house spotless. And she was good about communicating with me regularly. I'd hire her again, most definitely.”
5. Paige K.
“Paige was super responsive leading up to an initial meet & greet. She made time to come over after working her day job. She was great with our pups, calm affectionate and patient. She update me during her time with my girls and when we got home. I will happily book with Paige in the future.”
6. Jordin S.
“Jordin is who you want watching your pets. I am a nervous nelly about leaving my pets and having Jordin be our sitter put my mind at ease. First of all, she followed the instructions to a tee, secondly, she went above and beyond to keep our house in exactly the state we left it. I am so impressed with Jordin and the way she cared for our pets. In the photos she sent I could tell that my dogs and cats really love her! I will be using Jordin again every time we go out of town.”
7. Laura B.
“Laura is super easy to communicate with and clearly is amazing with animals! She sent tons of pics and videos, and we felt great about leaving our pets with her! Thanks again and we can’t to book you again soon!”
8. Dana P.
“Dana was great. She came over to meet my German Shepherd Rocky so he would be friendly to her when she came to watch him while was gone. She even offered to swing back by in the afternoon after staying with him for the night. I highly recommend Dana.”
9. Allison M.
“Allison is a wonderful house sitter. Checked in with us throughout her stay, left the place so clean, and our pup loves her!”
10. Georgia R.
“Georgia is a wonderful dog sitter. She has watched my dogs for years and she takes great care of them. She has done both day sitting and over nights. She is familiar with specific feeding instructions and dog quirky needs. She handles a leash well. She is Very reliable and treats the dogs like they are her own. Both of my dogs love her.”
11. Michele W.
“Michele and her husband Ron were great! They brought their adorable doodle to see if our pups would like a playmate and they all got along great right off the bat! We appreciated their flexibility with our short notice of less than a week due to last minute circumstances. Our pups loved meeting new friends and I hope Michele and Ron can be available next time we need a sitter!”
12. Dana L.
“Dana would be a great pet caregiver. Although she doesn’t currently own a pet at this time, she has had dogs and cats, and is a very responsible and caring pet owner. She will give your pet lots of love while you are away, and she is excellent at following your direction. I have entrusted my dog’s and cat’s care to Dana, and she’s wonderful!”
13. Sarah K.
“Sarah was an excellent house/animal sitter! She was very responsive, communicative, and trustworthy. She watched our dog and three cats for a week and it was wonderful to go on vacation and not worry about the animals, knowing they were cared for. She also left the house extremely clean, which is so nice to come back to. I would highly recommend Sarah!!!”
14. Carly V.
“There is no one I would trust more with my pets than Carly. She is one of the kindest, most caring individuals I know. Her attention to detail and ability to follow instructions to the T are an exceptional quality that makes her the perfect person to watch your pets. The love she has for pets (and animals in general) and the comfort they have around her is one of a kind!”
15. Kim H.
“Kim was great with our dog! He took to her instantly and she was great with distracting him as we were leaving. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a sitter!”
16. Elizabeth B.
About: I’ve had pets since I was 2 years old. As soon as I was able, I started having a role in their caregiving. This included walking, feeding, bathing, giving medication, & loving them endlessly! In college, I also volunteered at a rescue shelter where I spent time walking & playing with the dogs, cleaning the kennels, as well as giving baths, treats, & loves. I currently work 20-25 hours a week all from home. I have multiple breaks throughout the day (every 50 minutes at the least) where I’m able to tend to any of the animal’s needs. I typically work Monday-Thursday 8am-11am & 2pm-6pm (with a ten minute break at the end of each hour). At my house, I have a fully fenced in backyard where your doggie can run & play, go to the bathroom, or just hangout. When the weather permits, I keep the back door open so they can come in/out as they please. Otherwise, I let them out regularly/as needed. If I’m in your home, I’m happy to follow any routine/schedule you typically use with your pet!
17. Morgan P.
“Morgan was wonderful! She sent daily photos of my cat and I returned home to a very clean house and she even washed her sheets and towels. But most importantly, my cat was happy. That is key for me! She took great care of my home and my cat. I would not hesitate to recommend and will gladly use her again and again!”
18. Giuliana C.
“Giuliana took care of our beloved dog, Rabbit, and our home. Rabbit is not the coziest dog with folks except usually her Mom and Dad. However, Giuliana won over Rabbit's heart, and they became pals quickly. The house was immaculate when we returned and Rabbit was taken on lots of walks and seemed very happy. I highly recommend Guiliana.”
19. Mahlia P.
“Mahlia was amazing! She took the time to meet our giant breed dog and have a play date with him, before sitting for us. She was very communicative and responsive. She even sent pictures of her time playing with our pooch. I 100% recommend her and will seek to hire her again!”
20. Whitney H.
“We booked Whitney as we were traveling out of state for a wedding and the hotel did not allow dogs to be left unattended. This was the first time we’ve used a service like Rover and left our furbaby Wendy with someone who was not a family member. Whitney put us at ease and Wendy immediately took to her and her daughter. Whitney and her daughter were fantastic with our little girl Wendy! They listened to our concerns and followed our care instructions for Wendy. Whitney was so flexible and accommodating as she watched our furbaby in our hotel room as we were at family events for 2 days. She was in constant contact with us and sent pictures whenever we requested and often time she sent on her own. We plan on visiting Vermont in the future and using Whitney again. We would highly recommend Whitney if you’re in the area!”
