“Stephanie and her family were amazing to our furkids Dottie and Otto. Dottie is still a puppy so this was our first time away from her so we were a little apprehensive but they both did amazing with them. She sent us photos everyday of them and kept us updated often. They were both tuckered out when they came home, which typically takes a lot for them to be. We will be using them again, that’s for sure!”

She was able to take them in on a few hours notice and make sure they were safe until we got home. She updated us as soon as she got them in her care, and kept us updated as to how they were transitioning from having to suddenly leave the place they had been to a new place that was completely unfamiliar. I cannot say enough how grateful I am to Yan for making a stressful situation a little less stressful.”
