“Olivia was fantabulous!! I was nervous about using a service to take care of my big old guy. I have always had family and friends available to take care of my fur babies until now. After meeting Olivia, I was able to rid my anxiety. She sent lots of pics. She loved on my fur baby at each of the visits she made while I was out of town. She sent updates and even gave him his meds. I will definitely be asking her to pet sit again.”

“Addy was great with our elderly border collie. She was able to get our dog, who is very shy, to come out of her shell. Addy was very conscientious about following our instructions. This was the first time using a sitter and it was definitely worth it.”

“Dorothy was great with our cat Sandy. It was nice to see the pictures provided and know she was getting attention and fresh food daily. This was our first experience with Rover, and it was a great one. Thank you!”

“Lilianais is is fantastic! My cat immediately warmed up to her. She was timely, communicated well, sent lots of videos and pictures. I’ll definitely use her again!”

“Monica was wonderful! She was very adaptable coming at a time that worked best for us to let our dogs out late while we worked. She showed our pets so much love during her visit. Definitely someone that we can trust to help us out!”

“Rebecca cared for our three cats for about a week and a half, doing drop ins every other day. She was kind and communicative from start to finish, and went above and beyond to keep us and our kitties happy including lots of playtime, topping off food and water, and even watering a plant for us and bringing packages inside. Would book her again for future travel!”

“Christina is awesome! She does a great job taking care of our cat and does other little things like bringing in the mail. She’s dependable, trustworthy and our cat loves her too! 😊”

“Kaylee was great. As a fellow Army wife I really appreciated her professionalism and assistance while I had to take an unexpected trip leaving my two dogs during the day for longer periods then I wanted. Something as simple as letting them out and in for a midday potty break took the pressure off of myself and my husband who was tied up at work for long hours. Great updates and pictures. I know who I am calling next time I need some help again.”

About: I’ve always been the person friends and family call when they need someone they can trust with their pets. As a teacher, I’m dependable, patient, and attentive to routines and details. I’ve cared for energetic puppies, laid-back adult dogs, and senior pets that needed extra love and medication. I’ll send updates and photos while you’re away so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and in good hands. I work as an elementary teacher during the school day, but I’m available for early morning check-ins, after-school visits, evenings, and overnight care. Every pet has their own routine, and I believe it’s important to stick with what they’re used to. Whether that means sleeping in a crate, enjoying extra playtime in the backyard, snuggling on the couch, or following a specific bedtime routine, I’m happy to accommodate your pet’s needs. I’ll provide lots of love, attention, and updates so you can enjoy your time away with peace of mind.
“Martha was great! We set up a meet and greet and she came right on time. The cats were happy to see her and we will book again with Martha. HOWEVER, ROVER did not perform as expected. The platform did not send the requisite information to Martha so that she knew to come the last day. NOT Martha's fault.”

“I needed a last minute care for my Kendi and she was quick to respond. Communication is excellent and Kendi seemed relaxed and didn't have any stomach issues under Rebecca's care which rarely happens if I'm not watching her. Will definitely use Rebecca again!”

About: Hello!! My names Tatum I’ve taken care of pets my whole life, my best friend when i was born was a weenie dawg, but i’ve had 4 dogs total in my life. I currently have 3 cuddly cats and a 1yr old, big ol handsome lab! I can do day or overnight sitting in my own apartment, I know there’s no straight access to a backyard :(( but i take my dog to the apartments dog park twice a day for 30-90mins. My apartment also has a nice big field right outside my door that i take them to go potty as many times needed! I live with my fiance and we work opposite shifts so someone is always awake! I don’t have any experience with shot medications but i sure know how to hide a pill in some chicken or cheese! We have plenty of toys to play with and my lab LOVES making new friends, he always has a ton of energy to keep your furr baby busy! If your dog needs to be crated or isn’t crate trained i can accommodate that, i have big crate here or you’re welcome to bring your own. Im available for overnight boarding/day sitting on the weekends (Fri@4:00pm - Sun@11:00pm) I work full time(M-F) 2 minutes away from my apartment and can go home on breaks. And they wouldn’t mind if i needed to leave for 10 minutes for a potty break. So if you absolutely need me to watch on a weekday i can make accommodations. My fiance will be home during the day since he works an opposite shift but probably asleep. I also have a camera in the living room. We can crate if crate trained if you feel more comfortable with that! My puppy had a bad chewing habit when he was little, so we only keep the floors clean (except for toys of course) I can easily crate your dog if needed. Dogs are allowed on furniture for maximum cuddles :)

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Morgans Point Resort
Katelyn was really wonderful to work with. She was calm, composed, and extremely communicative throughout the entire stay. When our dog got a little homesick and made a mess, she handled it with such grace and never made it feel like a problem. She gave us real peace of mind while we were away and was truly a joy to work with. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring to look after their furry family members, and we would gladly book with her again. Thank you again!!!

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.

Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Morgans Point Resort. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
