About: I have been pet sitting since I was 11 years old. My experience ranges from newborn puppies/kitties to senior animals as well. When I was 16, I was working at a ranch as a dog/puppy tech handler. I helped clean, groom, and train miniature Australian Shepherds. As well as I handled mama dogs and their babies! While there, I also fed a feral colony and acquainted myself with some of the barn animals (Horses, cows, bulls). Over the years, I have fostered and bottle-fed various litters of puppies and kittens. Now I own 5 cats and 2 dogs. I am comfortable with big or small animals! I look forward to caring for y'all! Currently, I am taking courses for medical coding/billing for AAPC. So my classes are every Tuesday and Thursday from 6 pm to 8 pm. But other than that timeframe, I am completely flexible! I do prefer to be able to go to the client's home as I feel that is what most pets are more comfortable with. Whether you have cameras or not, it is not a problem. Any type of special latches, gates, key codes, etc. Is not a problem either. Animals hold a very special place in my heart, so rest assured, your baby will be my baby.

About: I am a stay at home homesteader that has three rescue doggos that live inside and a guardian livestock dog that spends her days taking care of the farm. We have hatched, raised and spend our days giving all the snacks to almost 50 chickens, 17 guineas, and 6 ducks. We have 2 goats one of which is about to give us a third. I know how hard it can be the travel with peace of mind without your babies with you, and I’d love to be able to help people enjoy your time away from home. Being able to set my own schedule while caring for other animals will allow me the ability to still care for my own animals without pulling time from them. I will do my very best to keep your fur babies routines exactly the same, and love and care for them like I love and care for my own babies.

About: I’ve casually taken care of dogs and cats for friends for several years, but I’ve had experience handling farm animals like alpacas since I was eight. I’m not afraid of cleaning messes or handling big pets, and I love to pamper my fluffy clientele! I’m a college student who has a lot of availability, so I’m here for your pets every need. I can pop in early morning, noon, and late at night! I like to keep every environment I’m in better than I found it, and I’m happy to tidy up and comfort my fluffy pet friends when their family is away

About: I am an animal lover of all sorts and always have been. I wanted to be a zoologist growing up but majoring in science wasnt in the picture for me. I grew up always having pets in the house. At one point, we had 12 dogs, 3 cats, 2 ferrets, a sugar glider, and fish. I currently have 3 dogs in my house and 3 cats that are inside/outside. They all love my 6 and 8 year olds and are great with each other. I am happy to do a meet and greet to ease any concerns that you may have. I look forward to treating your pets like my own family.🥰 I am currently working very part time while homeschooling my kids so as long as I know my work schedule, I am able to fit myself to your needs. I have a fenced yard and a doggy door in which I would be able to monitor any play or potty time. I also have security cameras for peace of mind. I would care for pets in your home as instructed and with love.

About: I've been dog obsessed since I was a kid! Unfortunately my three dogs have all passed away within the last two years and so now my husband and I are excited to welcome & work with your pet! While your dog is with me, he/she will be allowed to have free reign of my home as well as doggie door access to a large, fully fenced back yard. Dogs are free to sleep wherever they like- on the couch, floor, my bed- I treat them like they're my own. I also live within half a mile from a well maintained park and make trips there almost daily. While you're away I will keep you updated on your pet's activities in whatever way you prefer including email, text, or FaceTime (yes I know it might seem weird but I did this with my own dogs when I was away so I'd offer you the same). I do recommend a meet-and-greet prior to dog sitting. You would need to be present for this interaction. You must provide proper vaccinations. I require 100% honesty from you and I will be 100% honest and transparent as well. I will always treat your animal with the same respect and loving care that I gave my own animals. I'm currently available full-time to devote my attention to your pets between walking, cuddling or pet-sitting. I work from home and own my own business so pet-sitting is an easy fit. I have a large fenced-in yard and a doggie door. I am comfortable with crate-training puppies & helping them learn proper potty skills. I am also comfortable giving oral and injected medications for animals young and old depending on their medical needs.

About: I specialize in premium, detail-oriented care for dogs that need both a physical outlet and mental enrichment. Whether your dog is a social butterfly or a sensitive soul who needs a little extra grace, I tailor my approach to ensure they are tired, happy, and secure by the time you get home. Having managed the pulling power of large breeds and raised reactive, high-drive mixes, I know firsthand that not every dog is an easy walker. I bring a calm, highly disciplined, and observant approach to every visit. What truly sets me apart is my commitment to not just your pet's well-being, but your total peace of mind. My Special Skills & Premium Services Include: High-Drive & Large Breed Management: Confident, safe leash-handling and focused exercise for powerful working breeds and strong pullers. Behavioral Reinforcement: Utilizing consistent positive reinforcement, professional handling techniques, and keen observation of canine body language. Reactive Dog Handling: Creating safe, predictable, and low-stress environments for anxious or sensitive dogs. The "Extras" Standard: Going above and beyond with thorough post-visit clean-ups, basic maintenance brushing, and exceptional respect for your home. Unmatched Communication: Providing highly detailed updates and quality photos so you never have to guess how your pet's day is going. I am dedicated to building long-term bonds and am currently prioritizing clients looking for reliable, recurring weekly walks and drop-ins. Pet care isn't just a part of my routine—it is my full-time profession! As the owner and operator of A&A Professional Pet Care, my entire week is built around providing exceptional, highly reliable care for your pets. I am officially accepting new clients in the Temple area starting September 21st, and I am here to stay! Here is how my schedule works to serve you and your pets: Consistent, Recurring Schedules: My primary focus is establishing reliable, weekly routines for walks and drop-ins. I want to become a consistent, trusted fixture in your dog's week, giving busy professionals total peace of mind. Dedicated Midday Care (9 AM - 5 PM): I am available Monday through Friday to provide the perfect midday break. Whether your dog needs an engaging walk, a structured drop-in, or focused mental enrichment while you work, I have you covered. Select Weekend Coverage: I offer weekend care on a rotating basis, providing trusted drop-in coverage for those busy Saturdays or quick weekend getaways. Whether I am taking your dog for an engaging walk, visiting for a midday drop-in, or providing extended in-home care, your pets and your property are treated with the highest level of respect. My approach to pet care combines physical exercise with targeted mental engagement. I love incorporating short, positive training sessions and enrichment games into our day to keep their minds sharp. They will get plenty of scheduled feedings and "tummy rub" downtime, but they will also get the structure and focused play they need to stay happy and appropriately tired out. When caring for pets in your home, my "extras" are standard. You can expect: Total Home Respect: I leave your home exactly as I found it—or cleaner! This includes thorough post-walk wipe-downs so muddy paws never track through your house. Premium Upkeep: I am happy to provide basic maintenance like brushing to keep your pet's coat looking great between grooming appointments. Complete Peace of Mind: You will never have to wonder how things are going. I provide comprehensive, highly detailed updates and quality photos after every single visit. Your dog won't just be watched; they will be active, engaged, and exceptionally well cared for.

About: I've always had a deep love for animals and grew up surrounded by pets. Over the years, I’ve cared for countless dogs and cats by pet sitting for friends and family. I have experience with a wide variety of breeds, from gentle Great Danes to tiny teacup Yorkies. I am also pet CPR and first aid certified through Red Cross. I am a full time pet sitter, what started as a side hustle turned into a job I really love. This allows me to be readily available for daytime drop-in visits and overnight stays. I have ample time for mealtime, playtime, walks, and cuddles! I treat every dog with the same love and care that I give my own. My goal is to ensure your pet feels safe, happy, and at home—even when you're away. I’m happy to follow any specific routines or instructions, because I understand how important personalized attention is. Thank you for trusting me with your fur babies—I look forward to giving them the care they deserve!

About: I have had animals my entire life and currently have 5 dogs, 5 cats and a horse. My full time job is on a farm taking care of horses so I have the ability to administer fist aid and medications and am comfortable with all sizes and shapes of animals. Also have experience with goats and pigs. I currently work part time and travel some for work so my schedule is flexible and easy to work around. I have the ability to work evenings and weekends when needed. I will make sure to follow all the instructions given to me to properly care for your pet. I have extreme attention to detail and am able to recognize if there might be a problem with an animal because my job has been to have an awareness about how an animal is acting for the past 10 years. I also have extensive experience with my own pets and different issues they have had through my life.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
