About: Hello!! My names Tatum I’ve taken care of pets my whole life, my best friend when i was born was a weenie dawg, but i’ve had 4 dogs total in my life. I currently have 3 cuddly cats and a 1yr old, big ol handsome lab! I can do day or overnight sitting in my own apartment, I know there’s no straight access to a backyard :(( but i take my dog to the apartments dog park twice a day for 30-90mins. My apartment also has a nice big field right outside my door that i take them to go potty as many times needed! I don’t have any experience with shot medications but i sure know how to hide a pill in some cheese! We have plenty of toys to play with and my lab LOVES making new friends, he always has a ton of energy to keep your furr baby busy! If your dog needs to be crated or isn’t crate trained i can accommodate that, i have big crate here or you’re welcome to bring your own. Im available for overnight boarding/day sitting on the weekends (Fri@4:00pm - Sun@11:00pm) I work full time(M-F) 2 minutes away from my apartment and can go home on breaks. So if you absolutely need me to watch on a weekday i can make accommodations. I also have a camera in the living room to keep an eye on them. We can crate if crate trained if you feel more comfortable with that! My puppy had a bad chewing habit when he was little, so we keep the floors clean (except for toys of course) I can easily crate your dog if needed. Dogs are allowed on furniture for maximum cuddles :)
“Very professional, good communication, good response time. Willing to do meet n greet b4 booking. Listened to all request for my cat. Recalled everything i asked of her during her drop ins. Did the extras to make sure my cats food, potty room, and toys were all good and extra tidy. Will use again for my cats sitter needs.”

“Olivia was fantabulous!! I was nervous about using a service to take care of my big old guy. I have always had family and friends available to take care of my fur babies until now. After meeting Olivia, I was able to rid my anxiety. She sent lots of pics. She loved on my fur baby at each of the visits she made while I was out of town. She sent updates and even gave him his meds. I will definitely be asking her to pet sit again.”

“Was nervous about using Rover for the first time, but booking Ondrea has been such a great experience. I needed a consistent sitter that could drop in on nights that I was at work to feed and let them out to potty. She not only does that but takes time to play with them and let them get some energy out which they have loved. She provides updates every visit with the cutest pictures, and my dogs get so excited whenever she arrives! You can tell she has a true love for animals and is just everything you could ask for in a sitter!”

“She took very good care of my Pugs. Megan is always available to walk them and takes them on a good long walk. She makes sure they do not get over heated. I would recommend her to take care of your fur babies. 5 Stars..”

“We are VERY happy with Adaline’s care of our two cats. Her communication and information about the drop-in visits were thorough. She was on-time and sent us a few photos from each check-in. I am comfortable recommending her care and will book her services again in the future if needed.”

“I had a wonderful experience with my dog sitter! She did an excellent job taking care of my two dogs, and they absolutely loved her. 🐾❤️ It gave me such peace of mind knowing they were in caring and dependable hands. Her rates were very reasonable, and the quality of care she provided was excellent. I would definitely use her services again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and reliable dog sitter!”

Maricella was awesome! This was the first time I have ever used a service to watch my fur babies and I couldn’t be happier. She came and met them beforehand and eased my nerves. She lived on my babies as if they were her own! Definitely recommend her and will be using her again in the future. Thank you Maricella!!!!

Highly recommend Makayla! She is kind, bright, and respectful. Great communication and care for our kitty while we were away for two weeks. Makayla made us feel at ease and it was evident our cat loved her :) If we weren’t moving out of state, we would rebook in a heartbeat.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Belton. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
