“There is no rating high enough for Sarah. From pre-booking to the home visit, to watching our home and our fur babies while we were on vacation, Sarah was amazing. Her situation was unique that in addition to taking care of our adult cats, we asked her to take care of a (somewhat friendly) mama cat and her 5 week old kittens. Sarah graciously offered her time for 24/7 care. And of course, just when we thought all was going smoothly, a hornet appeared in our finished basement which is unusual. This is where mama and babies are located. Then another one appeared - VERY unusual. When the third one appeared, not so far from the kittens, Sarah sprang into action and, together, we figured out a safe solution to draw any potential bees inside the home to outside the home. Sarah was a real trooper and took care of the home and pets like they were her own. No more bees appeared and life returned to “normal”. Well, as normal as can be for a home with cats and kittens. I can vouch for Sarah and she will be our first choice for future house and pet care needs. Sarah is friendly, trustworthy, and an excellent communicator and our fur babies loved her.”

Rylee was absolutely amazing! She stayed in our home while caring for our Frenchie and Chihuahua, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She made sure our Frenchie received all of his medication on schedule, and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in such capable hands. She sent us lots of pictures and updates throughout our trip, which made us feel connected and reassured that our pups were happy, loved, and well cared for. Hannah did a fantastic job taking care of our Boston Terrier and our house (and plants!) while we were gone for two weeks. She kept us informed everyday. He gets very anxious on walks, but she even got him out for a couple walks and gave us some tips on how to make walks more enjoyable for him. We would definitely recommend Hannah!
Mackenzie watched our two dogs from 12/29-1/4. We have nothing but positive feedback. She stayed in our home and kept everything in order and our new puppy Penny is only 4 months old and I did not feel that I needed to worry about anything while on vacation. Shawnee was so wonderful with our dog Benny. He is an older dog with separation anxiety so we always feel a little nervous leaving him but Shawnee’s excellent communication, kindness and professionalism put us at ease. She followed all of our care instructions and took the time to get to know and meet his needs. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
