“Responsible, kind, conscientious, and thorough! Jeremy took wonderful care of our dog, 3 cats, and bunny with overnight stays while our family vacationed at the beach. I knew he was going to be the perfect fit for us at the meet and greet, he asked detailed and thoughtful questions about each pet, seemed genuinely interested in getting to know them, and requested that we leave care instructions for each. Jeremy’s communication was top notch- he sent regular updates and photos of the pets. Also, during his stay, there were extreme heat conditions and he worked with me on a plan to keep the bunny cool by moving him downstairs -it was a lot of work and he was quick and efficient and even put the bunny back in his original location when the temps returned to normal. We are so happy to have found a reliable pet sitter we can trust and will certainly be booking him again for future trips.”
“Sage is an exceptional sitter, and goes above and beyond when caring for your pets/home! We can be really anxious about leaving our pets when we travel, but this was the most at ease we have ever felt. Not once did we worry about our cats/dog while away. Sage provided us photos and daily updates, letting us know how each pet was doing. Our pets had excellent care and plenty of quality time. Not only did we come home to safe, happy animals (most importantly), we also came home to a really clean house! Sage helped with a number of house tasks (from taking out trash, picking up waste in the backyard, laundry, and more). “There is no rating high enough for Sarah. From pre-booking to the home visit, to watching our home and our fur babies while we were on vacation, Sarah was amazing. Her situation was unique that in addition to taking care of our adult cats, we asked her to take care of a (somewhat friendly) mama cat and her 5 week old kittens. Sarah graciously offered her time for 24/7 care. And of course, just when we thought all was going smoothly, a hornet appeared in our finished basement which is unusual. This is where mama and babies are located. Then another one appeared - VERY unusual. When the third one appeared, not so far from the kittens, Sarah sprang into action and, together, we figured out a safe solution to draw any potential bees inside the home to outside the home. Sarah was a real trooper and took care of the home and pets like they were her own. No more bees appeared and life returned to “normal”. Well, as normal as can be for a home with cats and kittens. I can vouch for Sarah and she will be our first choice for future house and pet care needs. Sarah is friendly, trustworthy, and an excellent communicator and our fur babies loved her.”

Hannah did a fantastic job taking care of our Boston Terrier and our house (and plants!) while we were gone for two weeks. She kept us informed everyday. He gets very anxious on walks, but she even got him out for a couple walks and gave us some tips on how to make walks more enjoyable for him. We would definitely recommend Hannah!
Mackenzie watched our two dogs from 12/29-1/4. We have nothing but positive feedback. She stayed in our home and kept everything in order and our new puppy Penny is only 4 months old and I did not feel that I needed to worry about anything while on vacation. Shawnee was so wonderful with our dog Benny. He is an older dog with separation anxiety so we always feel a little nervous leaving him but Shawnee’s excellent communication, kindness and professionalism put us at ease. She followed all of our care instructions and took the time to get to know and meet his needs. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
