“This was our first time using Rover and Kathleen was a life saver. We needed a pet sitter last minute after Petsmart cancelled our reservation a day before our trip. Kathleen responded quickly to our last minute request and helped accommodate us. She sent us so many pictures during the sitting assuring us our “first born” was safe and hanging out with her new friends. Our 12 year old Shorkie is very attached to us and normally shuts down around strangers but she seemed extremely comfortable and excited to hang out with Kathleen and her family. (For reference, Kylo is an energetic 3 year old Boxer mix that weighs about 70 pounds) Thankfully, Kylo has a home away from home at Joe's. Kylo gets plenty of cuddles, play time, and walks while we're away. It's a relief to know he's in good hands. .”

Accommodated us on less than 24 hours notice for a last minute emergency. Allowed us to meet his dogs and see how they play.”

“Sarah has watched my pup, Latte, on many occasions from puppy to adulthood. She is incredibly patient and loving towards my dog. She always ensures to follow my instructions regarding feeding and walks and has taken every measure to make sure my dog is comfortable in her home. I also appreciate the periodic updates and pictures she sends of Latte enjoying himself. He loves running around in her spacious yard. I have trusted Sarah with my dog on many occasion when I'm out of town and will continue to do so.”

“We were in a pinch and needed to figure out what to do with our dog when an out of town wake and a funeral came up suddenly. We found Jonathan on the Rover map in the area we were staying. He responded promptly and we set up the times we needed daycare. He was flexible as our drop-off and pickup times had to be adjusted. Took care of our dog and - very telling, I think - she seemed fine with going back for the second day. She also seemed fine, looked pretty relaxed when we picked her up,”

“I am always kind of nervous about boarding my dog. I just love her so much and worry, but after our meet and greet, I felt Dawn was someone I could not only trust, but who would go above and beyond. My dog Thistle had a total blast, as I could tell from the daily photos and updates Dawn sent. Her yard is like Disney World for dogs. It is huge for running laps and getting wild! Dawn is very dog-experienced and treats dogs like royalty. I couldn't ask for a better pup-nanny. Her customer service eased my nerves and helped me enjoy my vacation. Thanks, Dawn!”

“Brendon really is one of a kind. The attention and Care he gave my dog was more then I could have asked for. He treated him as if he was his own. Brendon has had many dogs and currently the owner of a beautiful well trained German Shepherd. When I was away for vacation Brendon not only walked my dog but went to my house to spend time him, and not just w few minutes he would stay for a long time to ensure he wasn't lonely and everything was in check. I frequently use Brendon whenever I am away or I get stuck af work and won't be back in time. He also watches after my sister's small dog, mine is much larger, a great dane to be specific. He can work with all dogs small to large. I highly recommend Brendon for all your dog needs. 10 stars!!!”
