“Gilbert was great with Joey. There were other dogs for Joey to play with and a fenced yard for them. Gilbert was easy to contact and flexible when we needed to change times. We would be glad to take Joey there again.”

“Ann was very prompt on responding to my messages while Pudding was with her. She sent me photos with how Pudding is doing daily. Ann gave medication to Pudding as I instructed. Also, i asked Ann to do not over feed Pudding since her health condition gets worse if she gains weight. Pudding didn’t gain any weight while her stay which is very important for her health. Very satisfied and recommend her!”

“Wonderful family that took care of my lab for 10 days while I traveled. She was very communicative and sent pictures and videos of my girl. She also did a meet and greet at her home, which I have never had a Rover sitter do before, that was very nice. Would definitely recommend her to watch your fur babies.”

“Melissa was a superb dog mommy for my senior dog Bagel. She kept me updated with photos and text messages. She even bought him honey ham since that’s his go to treat and I forgot to bring it to her. Her whole family showed Bagel love and respect and kindness. He’s almost 17 and has special needs and Melissa accommodated all despite the frigid temperatures and his only eating sporadically. Thanks Melissa and family.”

“Cathy and her family welcomed Max into their home as if he was their own dog. Max got along very well with her dogs. She sent daily pictures and updates of his stay. We could tell Max was very comfortable and happy. Even though Cathy is a 20 minute drive for us, it was well worth it. We highly recommend Cathy for your dog. “Marley our golden retriever stayed with Ken and Irene for 3 weeks while we were out of the country. As with previous shorter stays, Ken and Irene took great care of Marley and sent us lots of updates and photos while we were away, which was great. We love that Marley gets to stay in such a nice home environment with personal attention and care and would not hesitate to recommend Ken and Irene. 5 stars. Thanks again!”

“I'm very happy to say that Sonny is part of the family when she's at Hope's. It's VERY important to us that she feels that when we're not around. The pictures that Hope sends along the way and seeing Sonny interact with her kids and husband are great, and make us feel like we didn't abandon her (crazy, i know!) and that she's having a little vacation as well. Also amazing and awesome is that Hope takes the time to brush her, making her nice and fluffy for our return!”

“I’ve known Julianna for 16 years, and she has always had a passion for animals. First, I met Dusty, her family’s Golden Retriever, then Brody, their Bernese Mountain Dog, and most recently, Theo, her adorable cat. As long as I’ve known her she’s been responsible for her pets — taking the dogs on walks, feeding them, playing with them (because they love attention), etc. Her love for animals led her to pursue animal sciences in university. She is the only person I know who has gone out at 3am to milk a cow, and take care of a young calf after its mother had given birth to him. Her heart belongs not only to dogs, but all animals, and she cares for them as if they were part of her family. She is trustworthy, loyal, dependable, and responsible. Truly, you’d be lucky if you found Julianna to take care of your beloved dog.”

“Lisa and her family took wonderful care of Dyl Pickle (Dylan)! This was our first time boarding/leaving Dyl with a host and we really appreciated the photos sent throughout his stay letting us know he was happy and everything was ok. Communication was great with Lisa leading up to confirming the booking and we even got to schedule a meet and great before hand to make sure every one was comfortable. He got plenty of outside time chasing squirrels in their fenced in yard and walks around the neighborhood. We hope to be able to have Lisa watch Dyl in the future!”
