I’m so grateful to have found people so truly caring and who love animals to take care of my little guy! He is currently sound asleep after an adventure filled few nights! First impressions matter a lot to me, and from the very beginning, Ken and Irene answered countless questions and immediately made me feel comfortable. When we met in person, I knew right away they were the perfect people to watch my best friend. Throughout his stay, they kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. It was obvious that Kawhi was safe, comfortable, and being genuinely cared for. After five years together, spending virtually every day by his side, I know my dog better than anyone. When I picked him up, I could tell he had been calm, relaxed, loved, and exceptionally well cared for during his time with them. I highly recommend Ken and Irene to anyone looking for trustworthy, compassionate pet care. I would not hesitate to leave Kawhi with them again, and that is one of the highest compliments I can give.
My dog was so excited when I brought her to Cathy's she couldn't wait to go inside & meet the other dogs! Cathy pays attention to every detail and she handles any special requests with a smile. Meredith did a great job taking care of my senior dog. She has senior dogs herself so she was very understanding. She also gave me good feedback. She communicates very well and responds quickly.
