“I cannot recommend Melissa and her family enough. From the moment we had a meet and greet with her, I knew Watson would be in amazing hands! After dropping him off, I was updated multiple times a day with pictures, videos, and updates of him living his absolute best life. There was also so much care taken to accommodate him since he had a recent injury that he’s just out of recovery for. They took care of him as if he was their own, even going for walks in the rain! I’m so grateful to have found people so truly caring and who love animals to take care of my little guy! He is currently sound asleep after an adventure filled few nights! “So lucky to have found Hope - she and her wonderful family are the best we could have wished for. SUKI our 5 months old Havanese puppy just loves her. Hope has a way with dogs - no doubt about it. Her beautiful home is set up to look after dogs, a great big fenced in yard, very safe and she really allows them to become part of her family. SUKI was clearly spoiled and fussed over during her stay - she will miss everyone! Unfortunately she had an upset tummy for a couple of days but Hope kept me posted 24-7, checked in with my vet and cleaned up accidents without ant complaints. I felt so bad when I returned to pick up our puppy, but Hope was absolutely wonderful about it. Cannot thank her and her family enough! SUKI is due for another visit in early January, and we have no hesitation leaving her in Hope's capable hands :-) I would highly recommend Hope to look after your precious puppies, no hesitation whatsoever - it's more like a vacation for your puppy, pampered, loved and cared for 24-7! As a Veteran, my service dog means the world to me. I rarely leave him with anyone, so I am extremely cautious about who I trust to care for him. First impressions matter a lot to me, and from the very beginning, Ken and Irene answered countless questions and immediately made me feel comfortable. When we met in person, I knew right away they were the perfect people to watch my best friend. Throughout his stay, they kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. It was obvious that Kawhi was safe, comfortable, and being genuinely cared for. After five years together, spending virtually every day by his side, I know my dog better than anyone. When I picked him up, I could tell he had been calm, relaxed, loved, and exceptionally well cared for during his time with them. I highly recommend Ken and Irene to anyone looking for trustworthy, compassionate pet care. I would not hesitate to leave Kawhi with them again, and that is one of the highest compliments I can give.
My dog was so excited when I brought her to Cathy's she couldn't wait to go inside & meet the other dogs! Cathy pays attention to every detail and she handles any special requests with a smile. She is very responsive and flexible. I know my dog is in good hands when she stays at Cathy's. Thank you Cathy!
Meredith did a great job taking care of my senior dog. She has senior dogs herself so she was very understanding. She also gave me good feedback. She communicates very well and responds quickly.
