We set up a meet-n-greet with Christina and it was like love at first sight! Roxy absolutely looovvveedddd her and that was extremely comforting for us. He also brought all her things (bed, food, toys, etc) back to my car when I picked her up, which was so generous. Genevieve also had the best time with them, and was very happy and relaxed. Kevin was very kind to Pearl and seemed to take good care of her. The only issue I had was there was some lack in communication. I would have to be the one who would ask how she was doing and if I could get pictures of her. As a dog owner I just wanted to feel like I was getting more updates on how she was doing, what she was doing and if there were any issues. Also there were a few items that didn’t get returned to me that I took to Kevin’s house for my dog. He is great and loves dogs that’s for sure. I would use him again and just hope to have more communication especially when we were away so long it would be nice to know how she was doing every few days and get a picture
