About: I have experience with being around animals since I’ve been 5 years old. I have two dogs of my own and three cats as well. I will make sure the animals are comfortable, loved and taken care of properly. I am patient, caring, and have high energy. I am big on play time and walks and making sure they get their exercise for the day. I have walked dogs before and also provided in house care for several of my neighbors and close family friends. I really do enjoy being around animals and find it very relaxing. I’m a college student and can be very stressed at times so getting to play with an animal really is something I look forward to. Thank you (: On a daily basis I am always making sure my animals are fed, getting play time in, cuddles and more! They are so important to me! Making sure my pets always have water and their litter box is clean on a daily basis. I always ensure they get little extra treats throughout the day as well as cuddles!

“Gretchen is wonderful. She took great care of our 2-year old energetic golden retriever over the weekend. She has an 11-year old son who is also wonderful and was kind and loving to our dog too. Gretchen made sure our dog was well exercised and much loved. She sent us many pictures over the weekend and our dog was clearly quite happy. Gretchen is a great communicator which put us at ease when we were away. We are new to the area and are so grateful that we found Gretchen. We will definitely be using her in the future.”

“Carla was great! I’ve never left my dogs with anyone other than family, so I was honestly really nervous. Now that I have Daisy, my 2.5-year-old rescue, I needed to find someone I could trust. My vet recommended Rover, which helped, and after reading Carla’s reviews I felt much better. She was super communicative before the booking, and when I dropped Daisy off and saw the fenced-in yard (something she doesn’t get at home), I knew she’d love it. Carla also had a separate room set up for her to sleep in, which I really appreciated. When I picked Daisy up, she was happy and relaxed—it was obvious she had a great time. “Our dog Andy had an amazing time at Mike’s. There was a large yard and a long tie out for him to run around and play to his heart’s content. There’s a pen area attached to the house where the dogs can go into through a doggie door from the house. Apparently Andy loved the sunroom/porch where he could look outside while relaxing. Andy LOVED playing with Mike’s two dogs—he had the best time! Mike was attentive and made and feel at home. He figured out ways to make Andy like his food more. We’ll be using Mike again when we go out of town.”

“This was our first time leaving my almost 4 year old dog with any type of sitter. This was also her first time, with other dogs for an extended period of time. I was a little nervous at first but once we had the meet and greet with Jeff before confirming the stay I knew this would be the best place for my Betsy! Jeff was great at communicating before, after and during the stay. We got so many photos of how Betsy was doing. We had a bunch of thunder storms the week she was staying, Jeff did a fantastic job keeping her comfortable. He sent many updates and overall I felt confident that betsy was taken care of. When we picked her up she was so calm for the rest of the day. She had a great stay, and made so many few doggie friends! I would recommend Jeff to anyone and everyone! We differently will be having Betsy stay with him again!”

He also brought all her things (bed, food, toys, etc) back to my car when I picked her up, which was so generous. Genevieve also had the best time with them, and was very happy and relaxed. After dropping him off, I was updated multiple times a day with pictures, videos, and updates of him living his absolute best life. There was also so much care taken to accommodate him since he had a recent injury that he’s just out of recovery for. They took care of him as if he was their own, even going for walks in the rain! I’m so grateful to have found people so truly caring and who love animals to take care of my little guy! He is currently sound asleep after an adventure filled few nights!
