My wife and I have had dogs most of our lives, at times multiple dogs. From German Shepherds to Yorkies to French Bulldogs to Beagles, to rescue mixes, and more, we have a lifetime of experience caring for dogs from birth until end care.

Mike and his wife Lil are awesome! They are so kind and so genuine; true gems in today’s world. They have an amazing property for the dogs, are able to provide practically constant supervision, and have years of dog ownership and rescue experience. From the meet and greet I knew Apollo was going to love his stay, and he most certainly did. Not only did he hesitate to leave Mike and Lil when saying goodbye, but he has been knocked out recovering since we got home! We are so thankful for the peace of mind they provided, as well as the unbelievable kindness and attention to our 4 year old daughter while we were there. We will definitely be using them again as needed!
I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with Mike. His care was thoughtful and competent, and I was able to enjoy my time away worry-free. I especially love that the environment at mikes place is similar to what my pup is used to at home, being able to play and explore indoors and out with people and other dogs. My dog was like part of the family. Thank you!
Mike and his family (doggos included!) were absolutely amazing! It was obvious that they cared for our pup like she was their own and were very accommodating at learning how to manage her Halo collar and keep it charged and working! I would highly recommend this family for any length of stay. We certainly feel at ease now that we have a go to dog sitter in the area where our pup can go and play with other dogs instead of being alone in the house for periods of time! Thanks Mike!!
Mike was very accommodating regarding my schedule. My dog Thor enjoyed his stay there and was actually a little reluctant to leave. Apparently he had fun playing with Mike’s dogs. I recommend this Rover location.
Mike and his wife were great. They picked up our pup from our wedding and escorted him to his night retreat. His dogs were very friendly and played well with mine. Thank you guys!
Our dog has not gotten off the couch since we returned home! (She had the time of her puppy life!) We loved the care that she received from Mike and his family and Bertie would agree. We think she might already be scheming to have us go away again so that she could pay them a visit. We’d all recommend Mike and book them again in a second!

I am a retired teacher and current author, so I am at home every day. The dogs and I have a schedule of play and rest time throughout the day.

My dogs have a large fenced-in area with an electronic doggie door where they can come and go all day long. We also have an additional wifi collar for dogs who board with us if they'd like to roam free as well, your choice. We have three rescue dogs: Zoey, Carmine, and Riley. They are hound mixes who love other dogs and people.

If your dogs like to play, he or she will have 3 playmates who love to run around the yard. If your dog enjoys retreiving balls etc. they are in luck because I love throwing toys to dogs. If your dog prefers to be left alone, my dogs will stay away. They are very good at reading other dogs.
