“We almost had to cancel a day trip, but fortunately, Stephanie and Spencer came to the rescue! We truly had a last minute (day before) booking request and they were able to accommodate us. This was our first time having “drop in” visits for our dog, as he is rarely left home alone for more than a few hours at a time. We are happy to say, it worked out well! Our dog loves people, but not other dogs, so we can’t send him to doggy day care when we want to get out and about for a whole day. Thank you, Spencer for checking on Oliver and hope you and Stephanie will consider “baby sitting” for us again.”

“Beth is wonderful! We looked forward to her sweet and funny notes each day :) our cats can be pretty particular, but she worked her magic! We loved the pictures of them following her around, and snuggling up against her. It felt good to trust they were in good hands!”

“We appreciated that Molly went above and beyond to adjust timing of one of the visits based on our needs, and that she also came by for an extra unscheduled visit to make sure our kitty was eating. Very sweet.”

“Such a kind and friendly sitter! My Pyrenees scares people off quickly, but David understood her breed and was able to make rapport with her quickly! I feel so happy knowing my pup will have someone kind and caring attending to her while I am out of town 🥳”

About: With dogs, I helped get them that exercise that they need while having fun! I’m here to help any big or small animals be happy!! I’m currently working at part-time during the summer so most of my mornings are off if your dog or cat needs a simple walk in the morning or a simple run. I have no pets on my own, but I always enjoy taking dogs on long walks or runs in the field all around my apartment

About: We've had pets for 37 years. For the past 11 years, I've been a pet sitter for family and friends. For the past 4 years I've done pet sitting through Trusted Housesitters and still do. I love walking dogs and spending time with dogs and cats. I was a public school teacher for 28 years and retired 6 years ago. I have 5 grandchildren. I'm a nonsmoker, energetic, kind, caring, and structured. I have a profile on Trusted Housesitters with numerous top notch reviews. I'll care for your home like it's my own as well. I'm retired, but do travel frequently. Often my travel involves pet sitting. I have family in Colorado and frequently visit fly there. I love animals! My care will be in your home. I'll follow your rules and routines. I'm very tidy and clean. Your pet and home will be well cared for. Your pet will receive love and attention.

About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life, as well as taking care of others, and know what it takes to make sure your pet is in good care. I have consistently been trusted by neighbors, friends, roommates, etc, to leave their best friends behind stress free… so what’s stopping you!😁 I am currently home for the summer from college and aside from my football training that I do (in the early morning usually), I am very flexible and reliable! I understand how important it is to maintain a safe, comfortable, and familiar environment for pets in their own home. I will always treat your home with respect and care, following any given routines exactly as instructed. Whether that’s feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, medication, etc. Safety is definitely crucial, so making sure things like doors and gates are always shut, leashes are secure, and I will never leave pets unsupervised in risky situations. Building trust with my client and their pet is very important to me.

About: I have always pet sat for people, It’s something fun to do, I love going out and doing stuff with the dogs like going on trials or the beach I’m a full-time student so I’m able to take care of them in the morning as well as between classes and afternoon most classes I get out by 4 and have the afternoon. Thanks for considering me for your loving dog. Once school starts my schedule will vary and I will keep my calendar up to date so you know my availability. Im pretty flexible with times and communicate that well I will help make your dog as comfortable as possible while giving them the best treatment! I love to send lots of pictures of your pet to keep you up to date.

About: Love and care are crucial for our companions because without it they aren’t living up to their highest quality of life. I love service work and I enjoy greeting your companion(s) when they need that much needed outing or meal! I understand the lengths owners go through to make family and career possible. I usually drop in on my sisters dog Grace when she is working as an RN. I am a Central High school para looking forward to helping around my community for those that welcome me. I am flexible and always willing to learn more about what routines you need. I work Monday through Friday. I am available on weekends and afternoons after 4pm. Just bought a house in Independence. I have a nurturing approach and make time for my pets and yours. My small pets are fairly simple aside from checkups. I groom my own pets nails. Currently I’m not available for in home care. However while pet sitting and throughout walks I show respect for your routine and personal property. I plan for the weather and am great with dogs and cats alike.

About: My family has always loved boxers, so I have lots of experience with this breed. We've had a few boxers that have ranged in age from the puppy phase to 6 years old (and on-going). Taking walks, facilitating meal-times, and administering medicine are among the many things I was responsible for. My favorite part, though, is bringing out their personality and showing them lots of love and affection. I am currently taking care of family during the week, so I do not have pets in my home that require consistent attention; however, it would be amazing to be able to share some love (and wiggles) with your furry companion in between family obligations or on the weekends! Most of my services will involve making sure your furry friend has been on a healthy walk and had their medicine if required. I'd love to work more on training in the future, but for now, checking in and feeding will do. I can't wait to get to know you and see what I can do to make your life (and your furry friend's life) smoother.

“James has been our go to pet sitter/house sitter for a couple of years now. We generally go on several shorter vacations and take a three week motorcycle trip every summer and trust James to take care of our two Boxers and two cats as well as our home and garden while we are gone. Our pets all come running when James arrives, which really tells me a lot about the level of care he provides (boxers will hold a grudge forever). It's a flurry of excited wiggles and dancing kitties all looking for some pets. I'm a worrier and James has no trouble sending pics or updating me whenever asked. Our high energy pups require frequent walks and regular bathing which is never a problem for James. I would highly recommend James for all your pet care needs.”
