About: I love the way that cats are they're very unpredictable One minute they're all happy and praying the next minute they're jumping on top of your head, I like that about cats I love to play with them too they're so fun. About: My family has always loved boxers, so I have lots of experience with this breed. We've had a few boxers that have ranged in age from the puppy phase to 6 years old (and on-going). Taking walks, facilitating meal-times, and administering medicine are among the many things I was responsible for. My favorite part, though, is bringing out their personality and showing them lots of love and affection. I am currently taking care of family during the week, so I do not have pets in my home that require consistent attention; however, it would be amazing to be able to share some love (and wiggles) with your furry companion in between family obligations or on the weekends! Most of my services will involve making sure your furry friend has been on a healthy walk and had their medicine if required. I'd love to work more on training in the future, but for now, checking in and feeding will do. About: I have 4 pups and a kitty back home in Oregon, a golden retriever, Australian shepherd, German shepherd and pitbull. About: I’ve owned cats all my life, and a few dogs. I have experience volunteering at a local animal shelter, working with both cats and dogs when I was younger . I have a 4H background as well. We adopted our dog Frida 2 years ago. I’m a stay at home, homeschooling mom with a flexible schedule. We are home often and already own a dog. It's not much more work to add one or two into the mix. My kids love dogs and enjoy meeting new ones. We all love that owning dogs helps us to be outside more, either playing with the dogs or taking them on walks. About: I am a lifelong dog owner. Every day, rain, sun, or snow, they go to the dog park for at least 90 minutes. If you frequent our local dog parks, we've probably met. Considering I'm a 6'8" long haired and bearded man who basically lives in tye dye shirts, I'm easy to remember. My two dogs, Moxee and Myrtle, are well socialized and trained. Myrtle loves to run and play, Moxee likes to sniff everything and chase a ball some. They are a great pair to accompany for dog park trips. I have trained my own dogs for many years. Moxee's and Myrtle's off leash skills alone impress just about everyone, and I spend a good amount of my time at the dog park helping people learn how to work with their dogs. I am firmly opposed to physical punishment or using fear-based approaches, preferring to take a more proactive approach. Dogs want to please their people, and with patience they will follow your lead. You just have to meet them at their level and understand their development in training takes time. The dog park, although I am careful for such risks as not allowing them near the gate when other dogs are entering, is where they have the freedom to just be dogs. I am a full time remote college student, and outside of moments like exams I have a fairly open availability. I will be doing 1-3 dog forty five minute dog park trips a day, and can take one or two dogs. There is an increased cost for two dogs. I already spend at least an hour and half a day at the dog park for my two dogs, this will be just be a transition to more broken up trips and less long trips. My dogs, and other dogs, have the run of our home. There are multiple dog beds, the furniture is free game, and they have a small backyard to run in some. Dog sitting is not something I take on unless the animal is already established with my group. I will be home twenty four hours a day if there is another animal staying with us. At the dog park, I bring a Chuck It with multiple balls, a flirt stick (amazing toy), water, and a whistle. I keep any dogs with me away from the gate when other dogs are entering or exiting (including my own); as it is a proven factor leading to the majority of dog park fights. Moxee and Myrtle are trained to sit next to us when a new dog arrives until they are released. As I've been frequenting our local dog parks nearly daily for years, I know the majority of the regulars who frequent them as well. Myself and a few others play a pivotal role in keeping the Independence Dog Park clean.

“We are so fortunate to have found Jennifer! We commute from Tigard to Salem every morning for work. There are times we have to be at work at 6am and therefore have to drop our two dogs off at 520am. In addition, we aren't able to pick them up until 6pm. Our pups come home exhausted! This is a must since we don't have the energy to run them around after a 12 hour day. She sends tons of great pictures showing happy pups. When she watches your dogs you can rest assured that she is "watching" your dogs. What makes Jennifer great is the attention and love she gives your dog. She's also very affordable. We considered doggie day care, but quickly realized that was a very expensive avenue. Also, most doggie daycare places aren't as flexible with pick-up and drop off times. you won't be disappointed!”

About: I have two cats at home and frequently pet-sit for friends & neighbors in the area. I have always had at least one cat in my home, and at one point lived with two miniature Australian Shepherds. I’m currently working part-time and have plenty of time in my schedule. I typically work 5 hours per day, 3-5 days per week, sometimes weekends. I am accustomed to following meal and medication schedules for pets, as well as monitoring a cat on a leash outside or walking a dog twice per day. I have two dogs of my own (2 Australian cattle dogs) so I have experience with both puppy and full-grown stages. I’m also available for livestock sitting as well! I am usually available all week! I have a work-from-home job so my schedule is pretty flexible. I can also make special arrangements if needed for your pet’s care. While I’m your home, I will care for your pet with your specific requirements and instructions. I can provide walks, treats, crate them, or however you see fit.
About: I have been a pet caregiver since I was a very small girl. I have helped Mama's deliver babies when needed. I have even done mouth to mouth and chest compressions on new horns a few times when needed. I have a huge heart for pets and animals of all kinds. My family of pets are trained either to alert me to go potty, use a box or crate themselves. I am able to give medication as needed and bathe if needed. My children are PET TRAINED. I have 4 children, all pet trained and pet friendly. I do not have a large or fenced yard BUT I have an absolutely amazing park that abuts to my house so there is plenty of opportunity to run and play. I am at home all day for the entire week so I am able to keep a good schedule for my fury clients. I don’t have a problem with med or potty schedules. I listen to their needs. I watch for cues to hunger or need to potty. I feed and walk my pets or clients pets. When they need bathed I handle that as well. Medications in my house are no problem at all as over the years I’ve learned a lot about injectable and oral medications. I’m not the master for certain but I try my best to be your pets next best friend while I am with them.
About: I am a lifelong dog owner. Every day, rain, sun, or snow, they go to the dog park for at least 90 minutes. If you frequent our local dog parks, we've probably met. Considering I'm a 6'8" long haired and bearded man who basically lives in tye dye shirts, I'm easy to remember. My two dogs, Moxee and Myrtle, are well socialized and trained. Myrtle loves to run and play, Moxee likes to sniff everything and chase a ball some. They are a great pair to accompany for dog park trips. I have trained my own dogs for many years. Moxee's and Myrtle's off leash skills alone impress just about everyone, and I spend a good amount of my time at the dog park helping people learn how to work with their dogs. I am firmly opposed to physical punishment or using fear-based approaches, preferring to take a more proactive approach. Dogs want to please their people, and with patience they will follow your lead. You just have to meet them at their level and understand their development in training takes time. The dog park, although I am careful for such risks as not allowing them near the gate when other dogs are entering, is where they have the freedom to just be dogs. I am a full time remote college student, and outside of moments like exams I have a fairly open availability. I will be doing 1-3 dog forty five minute dog park trips a day, and can take one or two dogs. There is an increased cost for two dogs. I already spend at least an hour and half a day at the dog park for my two dogs, this will be just be a transition to more broken up trips and less long trips. My dogs, and other dogs, have the run of our home. There are multiple dog beds, the furniture is free game, and they have a small backyard to run in some. Dog sitting is not something I take on unless the animal is already established with my group. I will be home twenty four hours a day if there is another animal staying with us. At the dog park, I bring a Chuck It with multiple balls, a flirt stick (amazing toy), water, and a whistle. I keep any dogs with me away from the gate when other dogs are entering or exiting (including my own); as it is a proven factor leading to the majority of dog park fights. Moxee and Myrtle are trained to sit next to us when a new dog arrives until they are released. As I've been frequenting our local dog parks nearly daily for years, I know the majority of the regulars who frequent them as well. Myself and a few others play a pivotal role in keeping the Independence Dog Park clean.
