I am comfortable with puppy potty training, litter box training, cleaning messes, handling kitten/puppy energy, etc. I can do light grooming (brushing fur, cleaning with wipes, applying powders, etc) and give medications. (I can even do baths with the right set-up, and advanced notice.) I typically like to do a little light housekeeping anywhere I stay; I live by the motto of “leave it better than you found it.” I also have a wide range of experience and am comfortable caring for various other pets that might need tending while you’re out. In general I love all animals; when asked if I am “a dog person or a cat person,” I say, “yes.” I have done lots of pet-sitting for friends and family (including fostering for a year, to help a friend of a friend while she finished school) and I love meeting and getting to know new animal friends. About: Hi yall! I grew up on a farm with my two parents who are vets. I have experience with rats, mice, horses and bunnies as well as dogs and cats. I work Saturdays and Sundays from 8-2pm, but other than that I have an open schedule. I tend to wake up around 8 or 9 am and can tend to the pet until around 10 when I go to sleep. My pets get fed at breakfast and dinner. Other than that they are accustomed to being around the family for the day. Occasionally we will lock them into our dog room when no one is home to watch them.
