About: I’m a lifelong dog lover and currently have three dogs of my own—a 10-year-old Husky, a 4-year-old Malamute, and a 5-year-old Golden Retriever. Caring for three large dogs with different personalities, energy levels, and needs has given me plenty of hands-on experience with walking, exercise, feeding, routines, and lots of attention. I’m especially comfortable handling larger, energetic breeds and understand that every dog has their own personality and pace. Whether your dog loves a long walk or just needs some fresh air and companionship, I’ll treat them with the same care and attention I give my own. I currently have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time to caring for your pets. I’m available throughout the week for walks and drop-in visits, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Since I care for three dogs of my own every day, pet care is already a big part of my daily routine. I’m also happy to work with your dog’s normal schedule whenever possible. I’m a stay-at-home dad, proud dog dad to three wonderful dogs, and a lifelong animal lover! My Husky, Malamute, and Golden Retriever are a huge part of my family, and caring for them has taught me just how much love, patience, and attention every dog deserves. Being a stay-at-home dad has given me the opportunity to spend more time doing what I love, and I’m excited to make Rover a part of my everyday life. About: I've been called a dog whisperer too many times to count! I absolutely love dogs, cats, and other furry or feathered friends. I grew up with guinea pigs, cats, and dogs. I'm experienced in cage-cleaning, play time, giving medication, walking, and light training. I have pet-sat for several dogs, cats, and smaller friends. I highly respect any rules or training routines you and your fur babies adhere to. As long as I have clear instructions, I will stick to your guidelines. I have friends whose dogs have high-maintenance routines, and I know how awful it is when someone else interferes with those routines. I will love your pets like my own, but I will absolutely follow whatever expectations you set. I have flexible availability this summer. I am a student in an accelerated degree program for elementary education. I have July and August off, which allows me lots of time to become your pets' new bestie! I can care for pets in your home. If you are in need of any other cleaning or home services when I visit or stay at your home, that can be arranged. I also believe in leaving things better than I found them. You won't even know I was there!

About: I've had dogs, cats, fish, hamsters and birds for the past 40 + years. I want this experience to be a great one that is stress free for you and your animals. About: I love animals!!! I’ve cared for dogs, cats, reptiles, and even horses for over 10 years. Choose me to care for your special little critter or critters, I’ll treat them like my own Most days I wake up early in the morning and let my cat inside and feed him and give him some love before I leave for school or lift. When I get back he’s usually waiting for me outside the door so we can hangout! After we’re done hanging out I clean his litter box and make sure he has his gourmet dinner that he has everyday. I take care of my cat spooky everyday by feeding him, cleaning his litter box often, deshedding him, and giving him lots of love and cuddles, and I can do the same for your critters. I care about the safety of your critters and will always be aware cautious of my surroundings while walking and taking care of them.

About: I've been an animal lover as long as I can remember. When I was 9 years old, my Dad got me my first Golden Retriever for Valentine's Day 1998. Her name was Star. I wanted a Golden because I fell in love with Shadow from "Homeward Bound". Star was my best friend, and we trained together in Canine Good Citizenry and agility. She could jump through hula hoops, over my arm, and she knew all sorts of tricks. I also love horses and used to spend summers and spring breaks on my cousin's farm in Apopka, Florida where she was the Barn Manager for a gal who rode in the Irish Olympics for the Equestrian Team. I had my own horse when I was younger, but we sadly had to sell her when my mother passed away when I was 9 years old. I've had dogs and cats off and on my entire life, but sadly, I just recently moved to Oregon and do not have any pets of my own right now for a few reasons: The first is that I'm working diligently to get established in Oregon and currently have a Mon-Thursday schedule with the City of Salem that requires me to be away from home for over 10 hours a day. Second, my roommate has a sick and aging cat who is not doing well, and we do not want to stress him out by adding pets to the house right now. Hopefully, my roommate will be able to reconsider when things change, but for now, Bok Choy (and his comfort) is our main priority at my house. Third, I'm hoping to move my Dad out to Oregon within the next 3 years, but for now, he is living alone as a retiree in Georgia, where I grew up. He is very attached to our dog Hank, and even though I'm definitely Hank's favorite person, I couldn't stand the thought of separating those two because I felt like my Dad needs Hank more than I do as Hank is his reason to get up in the morning! I miss Hank more than words can express, but I think we made the right call because Hank does not like being alone, and Dad can accommodate this as he is retired whereas I am in the main career years. I have previous dog sitting experience, but sadly, my identity was hacked, and I lost all of my photos on my Facebook account and lost many of my contacts through my old email address that I lost access to. I have also done amateur dog training and hope to get a professional certification in dog training within the next 12 months. I am happy to house sit during my work week if you only have cats that need tending after office hours. I won't be accepting house sitting for dogs unless there is an understanding of my work schedule and the dog has access to a doggy door and a yard or puppy pads are used during the day. I would highly recommend finding a sitter who can be with your dog during the business day instead of requesting me if you have dogs and need assistance during my work week (Mon-Thurs). This is a Side Hustle for me, but it also the more meaningful of my jobs because I love animals more than anything else in this world, and being around them is good for my mental health. I currently work Monday-Thursday until 4:30PM so it will be difficult for me to provide overnight dog sitting until Thursday after 5 PM unless your dog has access to a doggy door or puppy pads. I would highly recommend finding a sitter who does this full time if you need assistance during business hours Monday-Thursday. When I am at your house, your pet is my priority. If they need exercise or stimulation, we will make that happen. I will almost feel guilty for getting paid for it because it will literally be my pleasure. I will ask you to leave detailed instructions that will make my life easier and expect you to extend trust to me to do my job well. I understand it is difficult and that trust is earned and not freely given, but we need to have a clear discussion before you leave about what your expectations are so I can decide If I can meet those in a way that will not cause me undue anxiety. If you need someone after 5PM Mon-Thursday or anytime on the weekends, I am your sitter!
