About: Animals have been a part of my life since day one—from growing up with dogs, cats, horses, and livestock to working as a dog groomer every summer for five years. I have hands-on experience with dogs of all ages, from playful puppies to senior pups who need a little extra care. I’m confident with bathing, grooming, and administering medication when needed. I have a rescue dog of my own (Tina!), and we love long walks, fresh air, and new adventures. I know firsthand how stressful it can be trying to find the right person to care for your pets - that's why I go above and beyond to give my clients peace of mind! A quick note about booking requests 🐾 If I’m your 1st choice sitter, please send your request to me first! Rover may prompt you to contact 2–3 sitters at once, but this is not required. If another sitter books the request before I have a chance to respond, I’m forced to archive it — which can negatively impact my sitter metrics and where my profile appears in Rover’s search algorithm, even though I was your first choice. Please be patient & allow 24–48 hours for me to review and respond to new requests, especially for overnight stays, and note if it is a time-sensitive request. About: I grew up with dogs in the home my entire life. We currently have a 10 year old rescue hound who was not potty trained, could not walk on a leash, would not eat when we first adopted him. Now he is a well trained dog and loves being around other dogs! We’ve had many friends’ dogs stay in the home with us for short and long periods of time and are well equipped to look after any dog! I am currently at stay at home mom with my daughter and am available for dog walks most afternoons during the week. I can be very flexible during the afternoon to walk a dog for as long as needed. As a dog walker, I do not intend to have dogs in my home but will care for pets in the owners home according to the owners instructions.

About: We are a dog loving family and have one dog named Link who loves to make new friends. When going out of town, we've struggled to find many places that will treat Link how we would and make him part of the family, this inspired us to provide this for other families and dogs. There will typically be someone home with your pet when they are staying in our home, Haley stays at home with the kids and would let your dog out to play in our large backyard as often as needed. She can also take dogs on walks and keep them comfortable in our home during the day. We will have a crate or dog bed inside available for nighttime sleeping. Our children are taught to be kind and gentle to animals and are so excited to meet new dogs. We have fenced in chickens in the yard. Nathan has been through multiple obedience and agility training courses through the years and has experience with various breeds. We look forward to meeting you. We are at home a lot with the kids and pets. Haley is at home with the kids during the week and Nathan works around the block. We have a fenced, large yard which is very secure for dogs. We have toys and balls to throw for the dogs, they will have lots of play time.

About: I've always had a love for animals and have had an animal in my life since I was a child. They truly are a joy and are so sweet, smart, and intuitive! I don't currently have my own fur baby which makes Rover such a great experience. I enjoy meeting all the different and new friends. ;) Animals aren't just pets they are a part of the family and need the same love and care. When I care for your fur babies I always hope to provide a positive and loving experience for them while you're away. I’ve been with Rover and doing Animal care professionally for a little over two years. If you’re looking for a pet nanny to give some extra love and care I’m your gal! :) My schedule is very flexible as I am self employed. So this allows me to be available for extra love and all your pet care needs :) I know it can be a little nerve wracking for your pets or you as a pet owners to leave your pets (and home) alone especially with someone new! I hope to make a calm and joyful experience for your fur babies especially if they have separation anxiety. I can give as much love, care, and play time needed to soothe these moments. All animals are different and I like to cater to that. Getting a new babysitter can be off putting for anyone… haha I feel animals are more comfortable when they get to stay in their own environment instead of having to acclimate to new spaces and energy. About: Growing up with dogs, I cleaned up poop and washed them thoroughly. At 12 I began my pet care service within my neighborhood and served about 10 clients one with very specific medical needs. I am dedicated to creating a positive and comfortable atmosphere for your pet whether it be in your home or on a walk. Furthermore, I have experience in training and managing behaviors of dogs as I have dealt with many temperments of dogs. I am a natural when it comes to identifying and forming my service around the personality of the dog. Any direction given to me will be followed with the utmost importance and professionalism and maybe a few dog treats. My name is Laurel and I am excited to begin this joyous journey with you and your dog. I currently am in graduate school for counseling. This leaves me with a unique schedule where I am gone for 5-6 hours Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. I am dedicated to making sure your animal receives the same detailed care as you give despite these restrictions. I keep an eye on the safety and environment of your pet by consistently checking surroundings. I am also aware of the dogs body language, being taught that in my own dogs training.

About: I was born and raised on a ranch caring for many types of animals. I have extended my background from cows, horses and sheep to training, breeding and so much more with dogs. I am respectful, patient and have an overall love for every animal! I am currently a stay at home mom and looking for other work when I stumbled upon Rover. I love animals and am very excited at the chance to be around them more! I have a fenced yard and my own dog as well who gets along great with everyone. I have crates if needed and a park very close to run some energy out!

About: I am a remote worker with extra time available. I grew up with labs and Shih Tzus as well as cats. I've been dog sitting for the past 8 years and have done volunteer camps at the Willamette Humane Society. I am pretty flexible this summer for house sitting, dog walking, or drop ins. I can feed, walk, play with, cuddle, or even bathe your dog! I'm an animal lover and would be fine with other pets at the house, too. Watching and caring for dogs, cats or other pets is something I love to do on its own, aside from it being a "job." This would be a great way to spend my time. I am currently working part time, so will have time most days for drop ins, walks, etc. I am also available some weekends, as well. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats at home. If your pet is friendly, then it could be an option for them to come stay at my house.

About: I grew up with a dog, and have always lived with either a dog or cat as an adult. My heart just fills with joy when I am around all four legged friends. I currently work full time as a pediatric medical assistant, but would be happy to come by after work to take care of any sweet dog or cat. Currently do not take care of of animals at my current residence as I am living with family who prefers to be pet free, but I am happy to come to you!

I raised my pitbull/lab mixed breed dog Nala from when I was the age of Ten until she passed away when I was 21 years old. She taught me a lot about being a pet owner as well as a person! She was my best friend🤍 I am a very active, responsible, and empathetic person! I enjoy being outdoors going on long walks, hikes, and runs! I’m always down for a furry friend to tag along :) My current work schedule is 6am to 6pm Sunday through Tuesday :) I am available throughout the week on my days off for some pet care! About: I've been called a dog whisperer too many times to count! I absolutely love dogs, cats, and other furry or feathered friends. I grew up with guinea pigs, cats, and dogs. I'm experienced in cage-cleaning, play time, giving medication, walking, and light training. I have pet-sat for several dogs, cats, and smaller friends. I highly respect any rules or training routines you and your fur babies adhere to. As long as I have clear instructions, I will stick to your guidelines. I have friends whose dogs have high-maintenance routines, and I know how awful it is when someone else interferes with those routines. I will love your pets like my own, but I will absolutely follow whatever expectations you set. I have flexible availability this summer. I am a student in an accelerated degree program for elementary education. I have July and August off, which allows me lots of time to become your pets' new bestie! I can care for pets in your home. If you are in need of any other cleaning or home services when I visit or stay at your home, that can be arranged. I also believe in leaving things better than I found them. You won't even know I was there!
