My goal is to make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away, and to give you peace of mind knowing they’re in caring hands. I’ve been caring for animals as long as I can remember. I have years of hands on experience caring for dogs, cats, & other animals through both professional pet care and my own family. I’ve worked at a dog daycare & in dog walking, caring for dogs & cats with different personalities, needs, & energy levels. I’ve also cared for family members dogs, cats, & chickens. I’m comfortable caring for pets of all ages, including senior pets & those who need medication. Having a shy, senior cat of my own, I understand how important patience, attentiveness, & a little extra TLC can be. I truly treat every pet as a my own, & love getting to know their unique personalities. Whether your pet is energetic & playful or prefers a little extra patience & quiet companionship, I want them to feel happy, safe, & loved while in my care. I have a pretty flexible schedule that allows me to plan my day around the pets in my care. I’m available for walks & drop in visits throughout the day. I always make sure every pet gets the time, attention, and affection they deserve. I always do my best to accommodate your pet’s routine and make sure they feel happy, comfortable, & cared for! Your pet’s safety, comfort, & happiness are always my top priorities. I treat every pet & home with the same care & respect I would my own. I follow your pet’s usual routine & all instructions you provide, while making sure they receive plenty of love, attention, supervision, & affection. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, so I make sure I take lots of cute photos, along with thorough updates to keep you informed & at ease while you’re away!

About: If your dog loves people, attention, walks, adventures, and being part of the family, they will probably feel right at home with me! I provide very personalized care and only board one guest dog at a time, or two dogs from the same family. There are no children or other pets in my home, so your dog gets plenty of individual attention in a calm home environment. Your dog isn't just staying at my house, they become part of my everyday life while they're with me. At home, dogs are welcome to make themselves comfortable. They can sleep in my bed, curl up on the couch, or choose a therapeutic dog bed if they prefer their own quiet space. For food motivated dogs, I have five different dog puzzles and enjoy playing "find the treats" and other enrichment games. We also have a fenced yard for supervised play and relaxing outside. Most days include 3–4 walks, ranging from a quick 10-minute potty walk to a 30–45 minute adventure. Depending on what your dog enjoys, we may explore Peekskill's riverfront parks, walk around the neighborhood, or head to nearby wooded trails. For dogs who love water, swimming adventures may also be an option. Because I like having my guest dogs with me, they are rarely left home alone. Dogs staying with me should be comfortable riding in the car and enjoy being around people. They may join me for a visit to the horse farm where I board my horse or relax with me while I visit friends. Dogs who are happiest staying with me tend to be friendly, well-mannered, and enjoy attention, car rides, walks, and being included in everyday activities. Since my husband works from home, a dog with minimal barking is the best fit for our home. My apartment is on the second floor, so dogs must be comfortable using stairs independently or be small enough for me to safely carry if needed. A Little About Me I have over 14 years of hands-on experience with dogs. I have professional experience working in a commercial dog daycare, supervising groups of up to 30 small and medium-sized dogs as well as puppy groups. For more than five years, I also organized dog hikes throughout Westchester County, NY, and Fairfield County, CT. My experience is strongest with Golden Retrievers, Labrador Retrievers, Doodles, Cavaliers, and similar friendly companion breeds. I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, oral medications, and recognizing canine body language and signs of stress. My own Golden Retriever, Kobi, was my best friend and adventure partner for over 12 years. We hiked, kayaked, visited beaches, traveled from Maine to Florida, and shared countless everyday adventures. The way I cared for Kobi is the inspiration behind the care I provide now—I want dogs staying with me to feel included, comfortable, and loved. I am also certified in Reiki and Emotion Code energy work and bring a calm, patient approach to the dogs in my care. Prefer Care in Your Own Home? Some dogs are happiest staying in their familiar environment, and I also offer overnight house sitting. With standard house sitting, your dog should be comfortable being alone for approximately 4 hours in case I have other errands to run. If your dog needs someone present most of the day and cannot comfortably be left for more than about two hours, I may still be able to accommodate them with extended-care house sitting at $185 per night. I require a meet-and-greet before accepting a new boarding or house-sitting client so we can make sure your dog and I are a great match. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I work part-time at a dog daycare and also work from home as a self-employed bookkeeper and real estate agent. My schedule is flexible, and I can choose which days I work at the daycare, allowing me to plan around the dogs in my care. My husband also works from home, so boarding dogs are rarely left home alone. This flexibility allows me to provide plenty of companionship, frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, and individual attention throughout their stay. I provide a safe, calm, and personalized environment with plenty of individual attention. My home has a fenced yard for supervised outdoor time, and I live just a 5-minute walk from wooded trails for walks and adventures. Dogs have access to a comfortable sofa, toys, and puzzle games for enrichment and mental stimulation. I live in a second-floor apartment, so dogs should be comfortable using stairs.

About: I have had dogs and cats my entire life. I have dealt with kittens/puppies, adults and seniors. Gave meds, washed, groomed and trained them. Large dogs and pitbulls are my favorites. I also had a house rabbit for 9 years. My pets had long happy lives I have a part time job, so my schedule is flexible. With enough lead time, I can swap my shift and be available whenever I am needed. I can care for pets in their own home. The pets are happier and less stressed when they are at home. Pets should say home whenever possible.

About: I’ve taken care of multiple dogs snd cats in my home as a side passion. I love animals and will care for your pet as if it were my own with safety, care, and match their preferences. Petting sitting is a part time passion I do to fill my love for animals. I work from home and am able to board your pet on the weekends or during the week with advance notice. About: I have had animals my whole life. I’m able to give dogs and cats medication and will treat them as my own while you’re away so you don’t have to worry. I used to travel a lot and I know how stressful it could be to find someone you can trust that will give your baby the best care. I currently work from home and have a big house with a fenced in yard so the dogs can get their exercise. My schedule is very flexible. Feel free to schedule a meet and greet before you book! I have a large fenced in yard and my home is away from high traffic areas. If your pup likes the water, I also have a pool. I can also crate your pup if needed. If your pup likes the car I can take them with me for the day.

About: For almost all of my life I have had either beloved cats or dogs. I can do long walks or cat playtime. I am also an animal advocate. My small dog with a big friendly personality, who recently passed at age 14, was epileptic and I kept her close. We were besties. I got to spend a lot of time with other dogs with her. Before that I always had cats, I get them, and I find them all cute and hilarious. I have a flexible schedule, mornings are best, right now Mon-wed.. Can take a long walk or just hang out with your animal. Weekends are great. I live in Somers and work part time in Pleasantville. So anywhere in between is great. Will not be caring for dogs in my home at this time, unless very small/tiny and quiet. I can come to your house happy to travel if for a longer stay.

About: I grew up in a big family with lots of pets including dogs, cats, rodents, and birds. I have been successful in self-taught basic training of dogs. I am a graduate student who plans to have pet care be a source of income that fits around my schedule. I have classes during the week and currently live on campus which is why I cannot provide care in my home. I have owned many pets in my life and have cared for different ages from puppies and kittens to seniors. I enjoy promoting enrichment activities and physical exercise.

About: I have raised many puppies in my 10 years of experience. I like to take my dog and other fluffs on long walks through different parks and hiking trails. We always start the day with a high energy run/play at the park to get as much exercise in as possible. Throughout the day we go on shorter more frequent walks to keep her using the potty and help stay active. Our nightly walk consists of a long walk around our neighborhood to get out any extra energy so we can have a great nights sleep! I like to reward with treats and I don't mind animals on the furniture. Currently, I am a stay-at-home mom which makes me able to care for fluffs all day long. I still like to get in my exercise and taking the fluffs with me help keep me busy. I have a 4 month old puppy of my own who has MANY toys and places to sleep. She is very outgoing and house trained. I have space to crate your fluff baby if you'd like - please bring your own crate. I can also do basic puppy training as well - sit, lay, stay, handshake etc. I will also provide pictures and videos throughout our stay!

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for 6 years and have lots of experience with smaller breeds, especially female dogs. I’m patient, loving, and comfortable with all different personalities, from shy and nervous pups to more energetic or aggressive dogs. I make sure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and gets plenty of attention, walks, playtime, and love while they’re with me. I currently work part-time, so I have plenty of flexibility for walks, drop-ins, and pet care throughout the week. For boarding and overnight stays, I’m available Thursday through Sunday and can give your pet lots of attention and care while they’re with me I live in a loving family home in the suburbs of Yonkers with my parents and brother, so there’s usually someone around to give your pet some extra love and attention. We have a fenced-in yard with plenty of room to play, and I can easily crate your dog if needed. There are also several nice parks and walking areas nearby, so they’ll have plenty of opportunities to get outside and explore. I keep treats and pet essentials on hand, and we’re close to veterinary care if anything unexpected ever comes up. My miniature Dachshund is very friendly with other animals, especially cats, and I always do my best to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and at home
