“Alison took extra special care of my two older dogs while I was gone for 10 days. Both of my pups have some health issues. She gave them meds, kept track of symptoms, and was proactive in letting me know about changes and concerns. She is always responsive and detail-oriented, and she shows genuine care for the whole family. From our conversations, I also know that she cares deeply about her community. I really appreciated getting regular photos of my dogs' goofy faces, and having that reassurance that they were happy and getting along just fine. Oh, and A++ for also looking after my ducks and plants!”

“Jewel did a wonderful job stepping in with little preparation when my friend couldn’t stay with my pups while I was away. After a video meet and greet, Jewel came and figured out my pups complicated routines. She messaged when she had questions or concerns. Her co-sitter, Scout, was good with my dogs and extra careful with my elderly blind guy. My old guy, PV, wasn’t eating and we figured out that he had been missing his heart medication as well as his pain medication! As soon as his medication was straightened out, he was back chowing down. He fell in love with Jewel, leaning on her for pets — which he never does! Pearl, the diva head of the household, fell for Jewel right off and followed her around and slept with her and Scout. Not only did Jewel take great care of the pups, walking them daily and brushing them, she kept up the house so it was neat when I returned, took out the garbage, got the mail, and did poop scooping in the back yard as well as watering the plants! I will certainly have Jewel stay with my dogs again when I travel. If you have pets you love that may have complicated medication schedules, Jewel can manage and I highly recommend her.”

About: I’ve been house sitting and taking care of pets my whole life as I’ve always owned dogs, horses, and had other fun pets as well. But starting at 16 I traveled around my city to stay over night and care for beloved pets. At 18 years old, I graduated JTED as a certified veterinary assistant. I have worked at vet clinics throughout my life, large and small animals. I have cared for all ages of animals from puppies to senior dogs. I treat every pet I care for as if it were my own, I know the worry of being a pet owner away from their animals. I always want to make life as easy as I can for the pets and their owners. I’m currently taking a year after college to do internships and travel. This means I have plenty of time to be able to spend with clients’ pets and giving them the best care possible. I’m happy to stay with pets over night to care for them better, or traveling to see them throughout the day. I have 5 friendly dogs, including a senior pet I care for daily. At a clients or my own home, I always check water to make sure it is clean and available.
