About: Hi! I've had my cat Olive for 11 years and my dog Bel for 3 years. I have also taken care of close to 70 foster animals mostly kittens, with a few medical fosters, and behavioral issues along the way. I have taken courses on behavioral training for dogs as my own dog is reactive towards dogs, so I am very familiar with dog reactivity. I currently run a small 1 man business from my home and have control over my schedule to provide care to other animals regularly. I also foster other animals from time to time. My own dog is reactive and high energy and needs 3 walks a day usually with a lot of play. My cat is a large maincoon that requires a strict diet and care regimen to keep her pre-diabetes in check.

About: I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. My first dog was a Chihuahua who lived to be 18, so I learned a lot about caring for senior dogs and making sure they stay comfortable as they grow older. I've also grown up around horses and farm animals, and I even had a leopard gecko for a couple years. Most of my friends and family have dogs too, so I've spent plenty of time around all kinds of personalities and energy levels. Being around animals has always been something I enjoy! I'm a full time college student, so I have lots of extra time to care for your beloved companions! I have my own transportation and extremely flexible times. I live in an apartment with my Belgian Malinois, so I know firsthand how important exercise, structure, and routine can be, especially for high-energy dogs! I'm very organized and always do my best to stick to each pet's normal schedule so they feel comfortable and at home.

About: I worked at a boarding business for about a year and a half for dogs and cats. I worked with all different sizes and breeds, and ages of dogs and cats. My job tittle including playing and cuddling with the animals, feeding the animals, cleaning where they stayed, and giving medicine to the animals that required it. I have a little more than basic knowledge of dogs and cats health and always try to stay up to date with that. I dog sit and cat sit for friends and families regularly aswell. I have always grown up around animals and if you were to ask anyone who knows me they will say I have always wanted to work with animals since I knew what a job was. I am currently a college student and am majoring in wildlife conservation, while that's not specifically a major for cats and animals I still have and will learn a lot about those species as well!! I currently don't have a job so my schedule is really open. I work out everyday usually in the mornings to early afternoons. But I have a very flexible schedule! I have a fenced backyard just under 2acres of land. So it is very spacious for bigger dogs to run around in! I am able to walk dogs for however long.

About: I have experience taking care of boarding dogs and cats at an animal hospital. I worked for them for a little over a year and have gotten lots of experience with dogs and cats. I used to raise puppies and train them how to sit and have manners for about two years with my parent. I have dog sitting experience and house sitting experience. Thank you :) I am currently going to school at the UofA full time during the weekdays (my class schedule is listed below keep reading) and would be available most days to come and play with the animals for 30 minutes to an hour in the afternoons and overnight sitting. And on weekends I would be free to play with and walk the animals as needed. Class schedule: Mon 1pm-2pm Tue 9:30am-1pm then 3pm-5pm Wed 9am-2pm then 4pm-5pm Thur 9:30am-4pm Fri 1pm-2pm I do also have a job at the animal shelter for part time. That work schedule will vary but will be no more the 4-6 hours a day. Likely to be on the weekends to avoid conflict with school :) For my personal home, I will not be able to board any pets. Although I am very safe and responsible. My person pet uses a crate just for her safety when I am gone. I am good with crate training as needed for your pets as well. I make sure I clean up after every day and leave the house as clean as I can before you arrive back home to your happy animals!

About: Hi! I’m Sidney, I love all animals and it’s truly important for me to make sure pets are happy and loved when their owners are away. As a pet owner myself, I know how much anxiety leaving pets behind brings when travelling. It’s so important to me to make sure the pets I care for receive the same kind of love I would want for my own cat. Skills & Experience: -Cared for family dogs and cats for 17 years, including daily walks. Provided pet-sitting for 15+ years -Current cat owner of 1 cat for 5 years. -Provided drop-in visits and overnight dog-sitting through rover for 3 years I’d love to help out with drop-ins and walking in a regular basis in my neighborhood. I work 9-6 on weekdays, so I can do morning and evening walks and drop-ins. Also, I can do over night pet-sitting as needed. I’m very responsible and reliable. I can do check-ins before work and after work. For stays I am unable to stop by during the day, unless you love near downtown. About: My whole life has been around animals including 2-3 dogs in my household, caring for a guinea pig, and loving on my friends’ cats. We raised several dogs from 6 week old puppies to their senior years. Since moving out on my own I have had the opportunity to dog sit for all ages of pups. I have also always taken a special interest in volunteering at local animal shelters. I would love the chance to look after and love your animal like my own. I recently moved to the area and have time before my program starts. My days are all about learning the area and preparing for classes so my availability is extremely flexible.
