“We are new to Rover. We met Madison at the park prior to our booking to make sure it was a good fit for her and our two beagles. She was on time and easy to talk to. We could tell the dogs were going to be fine with her. We had left her with a document of the dogs' daily routine. She did great following the instructions. While on our trip, she would text us updates and pictures. That was very thoughtful of her to do that. It made being away easier on us. The hardest part of taking care of our dogs is walking them because one likes to bark at everything and pull and the other one likes to lunge at cars. She did great and to our surprise, they behaved better for her! We would highly recommend her to anyone that needs a dog/house sitter.”

About: I’ve cared for dogs of all kinds since I was 10. Neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, and care for their pets. I’m patient, dependable, attentive to each pet’s routine, and happy to give extra love and attention to puppies, senior dogs, and pets with unique needs. I’m currently working part-time, so I have plenty of flexibility to give your pets the attention and care they deserve. I’m available for boarding on weekends and for weekday care after 11 AM. I’m happy to work around your pet’s routine and keep their feeding, walking, playtime, and rest schedule as consistent as possible. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. Annalyn took great care of our home and our dogs! She had to juggle a large energetic dog and very small elderly dog with cognitive decline. She handled both dogs individual needs beautifully and spent lots of time with them which was important to us. Both dogs were happy and well cared for. I hope to be able to book Annalyn again!
Maggie was great! During our two weeks away she took care of our older dog and two cats. She sent photos everyday, which made us feel everything was being taken care of, and the animals were bonding with her. We even had our refrigerator stop working , and she handled that, too. She kept the house safe looking cleans, too. We are very happy with how she took care of our pets, and will seek her out for any pet sitting needs we may have in the future!
Rhea was amazing!! She’s communicative and smart. She house sat for me for a week and did a fantastic job. I wholeheartedly believe she would be good in anything she tries we are just lucky she loves animals and has chosen to work with them so that all of us here in Tucson and on rover get the benefit and joy of knowing her and receiving her expertise. We love Sonya and will absolutely want her to dog sit for us in the future! She has a dog named Hershey that is so sweet, he seems magical! Hershey loves everyone and Jerry loves Hershey and Sonya! We will definitely be using Terry again. She sat with our 3 dogs for 9 days at our house. The house was just as we left it and the dogs were so VERY happy. She sent tons of photos and updates. I came home to happy, well-cared-for dogs! I received daily updates and photos, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. Lauren spent lots of time with the dogs, followed their care and medication routines, and even washed my sheets and remade my bed—a wonderful surprise after traveling! I really appreciated the care and attention she gave my boys and my home.
Carissa was an absolute lifesaver! After a disappointing experience with another dog sitter while I was away for a month, she stepped in and made a huge difference. She arrived for the last week, and the moment she stepped inside, I felt a wave of relief. Carissa was an excellent communicator, sending me numerous pictures and asking thoughtful questions that showed her genuine care for my dogs. She was incredibly responsible and kind, and I was thrilled to come home to a spotless house, even with a new rescue dog who was still learning house training. I can’t express how grateful I am for Carissa’s help, and I’ll definitely be booking her again in the future.
Austin, as always, took excellent care of Gwen! He was considerate of the time difference while I was overseas, and still sent me pictures of my dog every day and what they were up to. I know that Gwen is always in amazing hands when Austin is looking after her!
Alyssa did a great job with our pup and our home during her house sitting! Everything we asked of her was followed, all while maintaining love and care for the most important things in our lives. Her background in animal behavior came in handy, as she was able to pick up on the emotional and physical needs of our girl. She provided updates as we requested, which meant receiving some really great aesthetic photos of our dog playing and enjoying the sun! We came back to a clean house, including the laundry she had used in the guest room being washed and dried. This made returning much easier after a long vacation away. We certainly plan to use her services again and hope to create a lasting relationship with her, should we find ourselves needing a wonderful sitter in the future.
