About: My name is Jacob and I have 15 years of experience caring for mine and my family's pets. I also have approximately 4 years of volunteer experience at shelters caring for cats and dogs. I have experience walking and caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds and energy levels. From tiny pups to large, strong dogs, I'm confident handling them safely and calmly. I can also take dogs for walks from client's homes as requested by client.

About: Our dog passed away and I miss her very much. Recently relocated to Alaska and loving it! Have extra time on my hands to care for your furry bundle. I’ll take care of her/him/them like my own. Sorry I can’t commit to a reoccurring schedule at this time. Currently between jobs (indefinitely!) so I have plenty of time until then to give your loved ones attention. I love being outdoors so plenty of fresh air is not an issue or playing inside and curling up on sofa with your fluff ball is cool too. No problem if your pet prefers their own space, I am open to all types of personalities. Happy to care for pets in your home according to your normal routine. I am currently renting so care in my home is not an option. Thanks for understanding.

About: I’ve taken care of a variety animals and can’t seem to get enough. I love all animals and work hard to ensure they are comfortable and safe. I currently have a dog and cat of my own that get along well with other pets. I would love to take time to meet you and your fur babies to better get to know you and their needs! I have a masters degree in social work and currently work as a mental health therapist for kids. My schedule is Monday-Friday 10am-7pm. I get an hour for lunch and could be available for drop-ins. I have open availability most weekends! I follow directions and provide quality pet care…and of course extra pet snuggles. Alex is an INCREDIBLE cat sitter who goes above and beyond to care for animals. When moving from Florida to Alaska I needed someone to watch my kitties for 2 weeks and was nervous about finding someone to reliably provide quality care for two of my cats who have medical needs. I was so pleased with Alex's care for my babies and felt immensely fortunate to have her as a sitter during the move. She was able to administer my diabetic cat's insulin and liquid medication for my cat with allergies. She also when above and beyond to grab the insulin from the pharmacy when I was unable to during my drive to Anchorage. All of her updates about the cats were detailed and helpful to keep track of how they were doing. She gave them lots of love and even extra treats which I'm sure they were excited for. Alex even offered to give one of my cats a bath to help manage his allergies. I cannot recommend Alex enough! I am happy to have found a great sitter in Anchorage :)
Katy is fantastic! She stopped by midday to let our dog out for a potty break and even brought in our packages, which we really appreciated. Communication was excellent the entire time; she kept us updated and made everything feel easy and stress-free. We’ll definitely be using her again!
Jakob looked after my dog when I had a weekend trip out of town. He went above and beyond, taking great care of my dog, and took his well being into consideration during each walk with the weather being in the negatives. He took time to hang out with my dog during the downtime and has a unique way of connecting with my dog.
Meghan watched our two cats for a week and I could not recommend her enough! She took the time to write cute, witty updates and took plenty of photos (per my request). She was wonderful working with my extremely shy cat and had him running up to greet her when most sitters never see him the whole time. Meghan is reliable, friendly and went above and beyond gaining our cat‘s trust. I’m so happy I found someone who made traveling a little less stressful!
Chelsey is really great with our girls. When we return home our cats are in good spirits and are unstressed. Chelsey plays with them and gives great updates with adorable pics. She is very respectful and trustworthy and lets us know vital information in real time. She is great!
Callen was wonderful. She sent lots of photos and gave regular updates on my cats. One of my cats is having some kind of medical issue that is manifesting in difficult behavior change, but Callen handled the unique situation easily. I would certainly book her again.
