“Though new to Rover, Maritza was very good with our 15 yo Havanese Cisco for doggy daycare. There were two larger and younger dogs present as well. She’s working from home now, so she can take the dogs on frequent walks. She will soon have a large fenced in yard…even better! I will definitely use Maritza again, for overnights too.”

About: Hello Rover customers, I have taken care of pets since I was a child and have taken care of my family’s fur babies since my kids were small. I am currently left with my senior cat at home but would love to take great care of your beloved fur babies. I am currently self employed and work part time during the weekdays. I have a very flexible schedule and can accommodate as needed with enough notice! I have a fenced in yard for my animals if needed but I am very careful in customer’s homes and make sure to not leave without checking my surroundings first so no animals gets out the door.

I'd love to welcome your dog(s) into my home and give you the piece of mind needed to enjoy your trips, vacations or any other assistance you need while knowing your dog is in great hands and being treated like family! I provide frequent pictures & updates. Your pet's safety and well-being is my top priority and they will get tons of love and attention in my home. With four dog lovers in the house there is always a lap to cuddle in or someone to play with! A meet and greet before accepting your dog into my home is required to make sure all the pups will get along well - I have a Frenchie that is a couch potato and lovebug and also a Boston Terrier who is more high-energy and always wants to play. I work remotely so I am home all day with my dogs. I will take your dog out as often as needed, provide daily walks and ample attention and play time. I provide overnight care or daytime boarding in my home where they can play with my friendly dogs, or drop-in service during the day and evenings in your home. Your pet will always be closely supervised, provided with walks, outdoor potty breaks and inside play with my family and dogs. I have two children aged 10 & 12 and two medium sized dogs that love playtime (and naptime)! Feeding time is supervised and separate from my own dogs and if I need to leave home for any reason and the dogs will be left alone they will be left separately from my dogs and for short periods only. If you would like me to do drop ins I can provide that service as well. Happy to accommodate any needs or instructions! Before boarding your dog I will meet with you and your pet for around 20-30 minutes in my home and can also meet with you prior to providing drop-in or dog walking services as well.

About: I've had pets since a young age from lizards, cats, dogs, hamsters, fish, turtles, guinea pigs and birds. I have a small dog of my own so I know I can give your pets lots the love and attention too whether they have fur, scales, or feathers! I work from home so all pets get get a lot of attention during the day. For dogs staying in my home, they get 3 walks a day in the morning, during my lunch break, and in the evening. I work from home so all pets get get a lot of attention during the day. I am also available for overnight stays in your home and I can stay for extended periods as long as your home has a reliable internet connection for me to work. I love to spend my time after work going on walks and would love a buddy(s) to come with me! I am available from dog walking or in home visits after 5:15pm during the week and anytime on weekends. I think the best way to care for a pet is do exactly what they're comfortable with. I intend to have very open communication with pet parents to understand the likes, dislikes and behaviors of their fur-babies to make sure that they feel safe and comfortable. I do have a dog of my own so I also want to make sure all your pets get along with my Jax, who loves other animals.

About: Hello! I've been an avid dog lover since I can remember. I have taken care of family and friends pups when they are away. My passion and the companions of a dog has made me want to own a dog of my own. I have my own pup of two years now and know how important it is to leave them with someone who will take great care of them, be safe and of course loved. I work remote Mon-Fri so trust me when I say I have plenty of time to play and walk your pup. They will be in great hands and company! During the weekends, I love taking my pup to an open yet dog secluded park to run, play, and train. I do have long leashes for safety, but if you are not comfortable with it- no worries at all, just please let me know. I'm also available most weekends for boarding per request. I have a pup of my own for your pups company as well! In my home I have a crate and can help with training if requested. The pups are free to roam around the apartment/furniture, and I take out to walk every two hours or so. Your pups will be in good hands, but I do request if your pup has a scheduled routine or specific needs/behaviors to please let me know so I can adjust to their needs and behaviors.

Using my certification in animal nutrition, I focus on crafting snacks that bring joy to families while promoting the health and happiness of their furry companions. Additionally, I volunteer as an Animal Care Technician at a local animal shelter. I gained hands-on experience administering medications, collaborating with veterinarians on diet plans, cleaning kennels, and ensuring animals were comfortable and well cared for. I also am a rescue mama and have adopted 3 wonderful additions to our family - 2 dogs & cat🐾 (Kayot, Kiara & Blake) Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve been trusted to care for pets of all kinds—dogs, cats, birds, bunnies, and even fish in tanks of all sizes. From dog walking and grooming to cleaning habitats and issuing medications, I’ve always gone the extra mile to make sure every animal feels loved, comfortable, and healthy. In the future, I plan to pursue a master’s in Animal Science to deepen my expertise in pet health and nutrition. My ultimate goal is to work as a nutritionist for a pet food company, where I can combine my passion for animals with my commitment to helping them live long, healthy lives. I work from home every day & go to the gym about an hour a day. The rest of the time, I am home with the pack! My babies are crate and house trained and I own a car, which in case of emergencies, I could take the pet to its vet or owner in a timely manner.
