“I highly recommend Lila as a pet sitter! We needed a last minute dog walker for our pup and she responded promptly, kept us informed during the whole process, and sent one of the cutest pictures of my dog I’ve ever seen. Thanks, Lila!”

“Ashley is my very first walker from Rover. She arrived on time. She asked great questions, and was helpful in laying down the plan for Jacqui. My dog can be a snob in meeting new people, but because of Ashley’s personality and ability to follow instructions, Jacqui felt comfortable letting Ashley remove her harness towards the end of the walk! What a big relief on my side! I will be using Ashley again for future walks.”

“Bethany is great! Shes communicative, reliable, and a master photographer (she sends beautiful portraits of my dog during each walk). Highly recommend!”

“Michelle is an excellent dog Walker! She’s done a great job with my little girl VIDA. She is very in tune with her individual needs. I would highly recommend Michelle to walk your dog!”

“Paula is wonderful with my dogs. She has that calm, grounded energy that my reactive pitbull loves and trusts. She checks in regularly with photos, and my dogs are always happy and relaxed when they come back from walks with her. I highly recommend her, she’s reliable, punctual, calm, and truly a dog person.”

“Carolyn is just the absolute best thing that has happened to us! I can’t say enough about her. She is perfection wrapped up into a beautiful human. Thank you for everything you do for my baby girl 🥰”

About: My wife and I both had dogs growing up and are huge dog lovers of all shapes and sizes! We are able to grow quick bonds with any dog and love the opportunity to hang with any pet we encounter. I will follow any specific orders for all pet types and respect any personal rules of any owner. I can transport myself and any goods necessary to keep your dog safe and comfortable. We look forward to meeting your pups! My wife works full time Monday through Friday and I am a freelance graphic designer. My schedule allows for more flexibility on pets of all shapes and sizes! We currently live in an apartment that doesn't allow pets so we unfortunately cannot offer in home care, but we are looking for a place to help your pets asap!
About: With years of personal experience as a dachshund owner and plenty of cat-sitting under my belt, I provide attentive, loving care for your furry family members. I’ve looked after pets for friends, from shy cats like Moo to playful pups like Lucy, and I always treat them as if they were my own. Whether it’s cuddle time, playtime, or keeping to their routine, your pets will be in safe, caring hands. I have open availability and can work with your schedule to provide daily walks, drop-in visits, or in-home sitting. Whether you need consistent care during the week or occasional help for travel, I’m happy to create a routine that keeps your pets happy, healthy, and comfortable. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I follow your instructions to the letter— from feeding schedules to medication needs—and ensure they are well cared for and secure. In your home, I respect your space and leave it just as you left it, if not better.
“Bari is the best! I feel so comfortable when my dog is with her and the pup crew she walks. I can tell they are so loved and well taken care of. Bari treats the dogs like they are her own, she’s flexible, and has helped me out when I’m in a bind. The highlight of my day is getting the Rover pictures because I can see how happy Charlie is.”

“Sophia is wonderful and my dog LOVES her! She's so nice, quick to respond, and communicative. Also, she somehow took my dog to the beach; magically, no sand was found in the house later that day. When I take my dog to the beach, sand gets everywhere! I highly recommend Sophia for your dog walking needs :)”

“Karli did a wonderful job caring for Sky while we were gone. She has great attention to detail! She noticed that something was off with Sky and found a burr stuck in between her toes. In addition to a pup, we also have cats. It was soo sweet of her to share pictures of her visit with them too. When we came back home there was a card with a picture of Sky in it that she left for us. ❤️ I’d hire Karli anytime to look after our pets!”

About: Hi, I’m a retired teacher living an active life — and a lifelong animal lover with over 25 years of experience caring for pets. I've had the joy of raising dogs and cats of all kinds, including Basset Hounds, Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Labs, Heelers, and now two rescued Chihuahuas — one a puppy, the other a sweet senior. My experience spans dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. Beyond my own pets, I’ve cared for dozens more through friends, neighbors, and TrustedHousesitters website, both in my home and theirs. I’ve also taken dog training courses that help me provide structured, calm, and compassionate care. From energetic pups to senior pets needing extra TLC, I tailor my care to each animal’s needs — always with love, patience, and attention. I’ve even cared for birds and farm animals like goats, chickens, and rabbits. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pets and your home. I treat both with the utmost respect — just as I’d want for my own. I’m reliable, communicative, and committed to creating a safe, loving environment while you’re away. If you're looking for a sitter with maturity, experience, and a deep love for animals, I’d be honored to care for your beloved companions. Let’s connect! As a retired teacher and self-employed, I have flexibility in my schedule. My husband works from home and is able to care for our dogs if I am away. I prefer to care for pets in their home and keep them comfortable with their environment. I would consider caring for a pet at my home upon meeting the pet, ensuring that they are a good fit with my 2 dogs.
About: ***Full Time Dog Sitter, Walker, Boarder*** —Backyard can be referenced in the first photo. How are you? I’m Declan! My previous career was in Helitack— wildfire suppression in some of the most toughest, high-pressure environments out there. These days, I’ve traded helicopters and hotspots for dogs. This home is welcome to all furry friends who need a safe place to stay. If you’re looking for a calm, structured, and dog-friendly — perfect “home away from home” this will be the place for you. I am currently training my dog basic commands such as sit, down, roll-over, stay, circle, center, heel, scent-work, and many others. Although I am not a certified dog trainer I believe in “force-free” training— where rewards stem from stimulation, encouragement, or treats. If you’re looking to reinforce these commands for your dog I am currently working on these skills with my own and would gladly help! Let’s set up a time to meet — I’d love to learn about your dog and show you the space they’ll be staying in! Availability is “full time.” Pet care is a central part of the daily routine. I intentionally structure my day around the needs of the pets I care for—whether it’s walks, feeding schedules, medication, or simply quality time and attention. I maintain a very organized and flexible schedule, which allows me to be fully present and dependable for your pet without rushing or distractions. Whether I’m boarding, walking, or sitting, I keep a consistent routine that helps dogs feel comfortable and secure. Their well-being is my top priority, and will be treated right at home. I create a safe, calm, and loving environment where every dog feels at home, whether they’re staying with me or I’m caring for them in your home. I keep my space clean, secure, and peaceful — and I only care for a limited number of pets at a time, so each one gets the personalized attention they deserve. Every dog has their own personality, and I adapt to their unique needs — whether that means lots of playtime, quiet companionship, or sticking closely to their routine. In your home, I’m respectful, tidy, and make sure your dog feels comfortable while you're away. I also provide regular updates with photos and messages, so you always feel connected and reassured.
“Bailee is awesome! She walked Bird twice this week and was super kind, communicative, and easy to work with. Bird loved her right away! We talked about her possibly sitting for an upcoming trip, which is huge for me because I’ve never felt comfortable leaving Bird with anyone before. Knowing she’s a vet tech gives me a ton of peace of mind too. So glad I found her!”

“Luis was fantastic with Roo and Howie, and I really appreciated the updates while I was out of town. I didn’t get the chance to meet Sonya, so I can’t speak to her directly. Grateful for the reliable help and would definitely book again.”
About: I have been pet sitting for years and I have had or been around dogs all of my life. I travel for work so currently can’t have a dog of my own so helping others with their dogs is the next best thing. I have a lot of free time on my hands when I’m not traveling so my schedule is usually wide open. I travel for work about once a month and have a very open schedule when I’m in town. I know well ahead of time when my work will make me unavailable. I can’t host due living in a midtown apartment but I am available for drop ins, walks and overnights if the clients and I have an established relationship.
