About: Hi there! I'm a graduate student with a lifelong passion for animals and over 17 years of hands-on pet care experience. Growing up, I cared for a German Shepherd with special needs, which taught me how to adapt to each pet's unique requirements. Today, I share my home with a wonderful cat who keeps me company during study sessions. I'm the go-to pet sitter among my friends and family, and honestly, it's the highlight of my week! As a student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to accommodate your pet care needs. I'm easy-going and attentive, and I understand that every pet is different. Whether your dog needs a long walk and lots of playtime, or your cat prefers a calm presence and meal service, I'm happy to tailor my care to suit their personality and any special needs they may have. I follow all care instructions carefully, maintain your pet's regular routine (feeding times, walks, play schedules), and ensure all doors, windows, and gates are properly secured. I'm attentive to potential hazards and keep harmful items out of reach. I'll send you regular updates with photos so you have peace of mind while you're away. If your pet has any special needs, medical requirements, or anxiety triggers, I'm happy to accommodate and adapt my approach. Your home and pet's safety are my top priorities.

About: Hello! I’m new to Rover, but entering the game with a lifetime of experience in pet care and house sitting. I absolutely adore animals and am ready to be your pet’s new bestie. I specialize in caring for cats and small to medium sized dogs, but I’m flexible, so please feel free to reach out with questions. I have two beloved indoor cats (Ellie & Ripley) and help care for my neighborhood cat colony (Cowboy, Bandit, Siren, Margo, Andy, Daisy, Mugsy, etc). Every kitty has a unique personality and different needs. I’m happy to learn your cat’s individual routine and quirks so you don’t have to worry about their standards being met while you are away. I grew up with 2-5 dogs in the household at a time, which gave me hands-on experience with dogs of various sizes, breeds, and stages of life. Whether your pup needs extra patience, playtime, or just someone to keep them company, they will be in good/loving hands. I’m primarily a self-employed artist/small business owner who works from home so I have an extremely flexible schedule. Feel free to reach out with last minute requests, especially if you are re-booking a service and I have already met your pet before. As a house sitter I am clean and respectful of each pet owner’s personal space. I will take quality care of your home so that you have one less thing to think about while traveling. I aim to treat everyone’s home and pets the way I would want mine treated: protected and loved, with attention to detail.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats my entire life! I was raised caring for our pets as part of the family and I hope to get the chance to extend my care and love to your furry family members! I also have a 1.5 year old mini dachshund named Pabu - so I have experience with the puppy years! I love to try to fulfill as many of your pet’s needs as possible - playing tug of war, setting up sniffing games, and even teaching them a trick or two for their mental stimulation. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family! I currently work T/W/Th so have plenty of flexibility during the rest of the week when it comes to caring for your furry friends! My puppy is crate trained and I’m walking distance from a dog park. For your furry friends, I’m comfortable walking them along new or familiar routes and have experience with reactive dogs if they need a little extra attention to the surroundings! I also have experience setting mental stimulation games!

About: I have been pet sitting for years and I have had or been around dogs all of my life. I travel for work so currently can’t have a dog of my own so helping others with their dogs is the next best thing. I have a lot of free time on my hands when I’m not traveling so my schedule is usually wide open. I travel for work about once a month and have a very open schedule when I’m in town. I know well ahead of time when my work will make me unavailable. I can’t host due living in a midtown apartment but I am available for drop ins, walks and overnights if the clients and I have an established relationship.

About: I love all animals, but especially dogs. I can come to your home for day care or over nights. I love to walk and am happy to take your pet on walks or play a game of catch. I have one well behaved shih tzu terrier who is friendly and loves to play with other dogs. I will dote on your pet as if it was my own, and you will have the peace of mind of knowing that your pet is well taken care of when you are away. I am available for day care and overnight boarding on weekdays and weekends. I love taking long walks so your pets will get plenty of exercise. I have many references I can provide on request. I will treat your pet like my own with lots of cuddles, fetch and exercise. I am very good at administering medications and getting even the pickiest eaters to eat their food.

About: I’ve taken care of lots of types of dogs and cats. I have experience giving medicine to both dogs and cats ( I have experience with the cat burrito maneuver). I am patient with animals and do my best to meet them at their level. I am an owner of a high energy dog and she has taught me so much about talking care of pets. During the week, I have availability for lunchtime walks and evening hang. On the weekends, my schedule is much more open and I can be available whenever you need me. When taking a dog into a backyard I always make sure they are supervised. My pup is a jumper and can easily jump a fence. So I know what to look out for. When in a new spaces I always walk the fence line to check for any holes or loose boards. With indoor cats, I enter and exits the house carefully so nobody escapes. I understand cats can be shy, so i usually pick a spot and hang out quietly there and wait for the cat to come to me.

About: I am super active (hiking, running, freediving, surfing) so I'll make sure to give your pup a good amount of exercise! I'm a Sacramento native and know all the fun places to go on a walk. I also love cats and can't get bored of playing with them! I have experience in caring for special needs and senior animals. I have tons of availability all summer long so please reach out! I am currently working part time and have a super flexible schedule! My busiest mornings are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, but I'd be happy to fit you in! I am always open to collaborating on a schedule that works for everyone. I have two mellow cats and one very playful vizsla! If your pet prefers to play alone, I have dog gates and a backyard for them! Otherwise, I'd love to hang out with your cat/ dog or take them on walks! Feel free to reach out for additional services.
