“Ashley was flexible in meeting with me for an introduction on rather short notice. Sadie was much calmer when I got home the day that Ashley walked her, so that is proof she did a great job!”
“Carolyn is just the absolute best thing that has happened to us! I can’t say enough about her. She is perfection wrapped up into a beautiful human. Thank you for everything you do for my baby girl 🥰”

“Bari is the best! I feel so comfortable when my dog is with her and the pup crew she walks. I can tell they are so loved and well taken care of. Bari treats the dogs like they are her own, she’s flexible, and has helped me out when I’m in a bind. The highlight of my day is getting the Rover pictures because I can see how happy Charlie is.”

“Demi is wonderful! She came up with clever ways to support our shy puppy in building his trust and in no time had him walking alone with her around the block. 💛”

About: Reliable, attentive dog walker who treats every pup like their own. Whether it’s a relaxed stroll, or a more active outing, I will cater to the dog at that time. I can provide real-time updates and clear communication. Happy to do a free meet-and-greet to make sure it’s a perfect fit! I’m an optometrist working full-time currently! I am very open to doing evening weekday walks, am very happy to talk details surrounding that! I have much better availability on the weekends! I’m currently in an apartment complex with a small dog park for the pups to get their energy out if needed, and another larger park a 10m walk away! I am happy to travel to you if that area is more dog-friendly, or more familiar and favorable for yourself and your pup!
“Luis was fantastic with Roo and Howie, and I really appreciated the updates while I was out of town. I didn’t get the chance to meet Sonya, so I can’t speak to her directly. Grateful for the reliable help and would definitely book again.”
“Marina is incredibly responsive and provided wonderful care for my old dog. I can tell my dog likes her visits and walks. Marina is attentive, asks questions, and overall very caring. Highly recommend Marina!”

About: I've been a pet owner and animal lover my whole life! I grew up with both cats and dogs, and have experience volunteering in animal shelters and watching friends' pets. I currently own both a dog and cat, and am happy to take care of both. I understand that pets are family and I'll treat them like my very own. My current job gives me very flexible work hours, and I can easily accommodate last-minute requests. I will provide a calm, reliable, caring experience for your pets. My current job provides me with a very flexible schedule during summer months. I can work most hours of the day (mornings, afternoons, evenings) and am more than happy to book any last-minute requests for sitting or walks. I have a car so I can easily drive to clients' homes for walks, check-ins or overnight stays. I have experience running my own small business, and I understand the importance of organization, communication and reliability with my clients. I love animals and getting to know them, and I will take care of your animals as if they're my own.
“Andrea has been walking my dog Jack for a a couple of weeks now and he has been so happy with her! He is skiddish and shy, but has taken very well to Andrea, which I think speaks well of her! They walk during lunch and he is so much more calmer in the afternoons and when I get home. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

About: I’ve had animals my whole life (cats, dogs, birds, bunnies, reptiles, and more) so I’m pretty comfortable with all kinds of pets and personalities. I have a cat of my own and am very much the go-to auntie for a lot of other cats and dogs. I love getting to know each pet and making sure they feel safe, cared for, and a little spoiled while you’re away. I'm off work through mid-May, so my schedule is pretty open right now. Something consistent is always easier to plan for but I will do my best to be as available as possible! My cat is an indoor only cat at the moment. We do have a fenced in courtyard in our apartment that's rather spacious and shady as well!
About: Sacramento sitter with cats and experience in caring for elderly dogs. Home full-time, calm with anxious pets, and reliable for last-minute requests. Comfortable with administering medicine. For a long time, my daily routine centered on my elderly dog, his meals, his medications, his slow morning walks. Since he passed, I've had a lot of time, energy, and love that used to be his and nowhere to put it. My cats at home are sweet but pretty independent. Honestly, they prefer some space from me, and they're perfectly happy when I'm out caring for someone else's pet. I'm home most of the day, my schedule is genuinely open, and pet care isn't something I'm squeezing in around my life. t's where I want to spend the time. I can do midday drop-ins, multiple visits a day, last-minute requests, and weekday walks without it cutting into anything else. Honestly, I'd rather be outside than in. When I'm caring for your pet at your home, expect long walks, park trips, and as much fresh air and exercise as your dog has the legs for. I'm a big believer in tiring a pup out the good way. Real movement, sniff time, and play, rather than letting them snooze on the couch all afternoon. I even make sure senior pups get their sniff time in by making a 20 minute walk around the block last a couple hours with plenty of breaks and water! For cats, I focus on play sessions, brushing, and one-on-one attention before topping off food and water. I do have an apartment if you ever need a place to drop your dog off, but I'll be upfront: I share it with cats, so it's only a fit for calm, cat-friendly pups. For everyone else, I'll happily come to you.

I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes and I love and miss them very much ;(. I’ve built beautiful bonds with my dogs and I wouldn’t trade it for the world! For my new clients,I try to schedule meet and greets just to ensure we’re a great fit for each other and I’m not a complete stranger to your pup. It’s a great opportunity for us to discuss any expectations you may have or important information I need to know about your dog.I love meeting new dogs and being able to provide a welcoming environment and presence! We’ll be the best of friends in no time trust me! My ultimate goal is to make sure your dog experiences the same kind of love and care you give them at home.I’m very big on safety and ensuring your dog is happy and taken care of.I have lots of space in my home for your dog to run around and play in! I live very close to huge parks with dog runs that I am more than happy to bring your dog into with your permission!
“I 100% trust my dog with Arianna! She always leaves notes about how he did on his walk and I really appreciate it! She gives me peace of mind while I’m at work. I know my dog is in good hands :)”

“I don’t know what we’d do without Hans! Probably never be able to leave town again! He’s wonderful with our leash reactive anxious mess, and we came home to a dog who heeled much better than when we left!”

“Michelle is an excellent dog Walker! She’s done a great job with my little girl VIDA. She is very in tune with her individual needs. I would highly recommend Michelle to walk your dog!”

“Lavonniee was a super friendly and responsive dog walker. She walked our energetic puppy for an hour five days a week and it was glorious--best hour of my day! Medical Center dog parents share their Rover experiences
Amina was great! She responded to my request quickly, was punctual and proactively communicated. My grand dog warmed to her immediately and they had a great walk. She also helped me navigate the Rover app since I’m old - lol. I highly recommend her for walks and if I lived in the Sac area full time, I would use her regularly. She gave me peace of mind knowing he was well cared for. She was professional and personable and I can’t thank her enough!

Andrea is amazing. I had a logistically complicated day, coming through Sacramento from 1.5 hours away for a doctor appointment and then continuing on for the last two hours of my trip. I'd never met her so I was worried about all the chances for something to go wrong. But everything was *perfect*. First, Andrea was amazing about staying in touch, and answered questions quickly and cheerily. She was extremely flexible, and even showed up a bit early so I'd had no reason for anxiety. My pup Willie loved his time with her and her boyfriend. It couldn't have been a better experience. Thank you, Andrea!

Tyson was immediately accepted by our dog, Chance. Then he only needed to hear the walk and feed instructions once, so keeping Chance inside of his routine as much as possible and providing us with peace of mind. Really happy with Tyson and grateful for his natural way with animals.

I have a small breed senior dog and a cat. Its hard to find someone I feel I can trust to give them the same care and attention as myself when I am away from home. Natalie is someone I know I can trust my babies with, she takes a bunch of photos each time she walks my dog and feeds him. She goes above and beyond every time and I can tell my dog and cat absolutely adore her and are happy when she comes to help. Thank you Natalie!
