She took our booking at the absolute last minute and didn’t even bat an eye. She was punctual on check-ins with our cats, and went out of her way to keep an eye on our shyer cat who likes to hide. Victoria was reliable and we came back to content cats and a clean home. We did have to let her know we need a little more updates but that’s truly because we miss them too but she took it so kindly and gave us the peace we needed without judgement. Our cats and home felt safe with her and we are so grateful!
