About: I have had a dog most of my life, and I love taking care of my family and friends' dogs. I have a 10 year old daughter who loves animals and will give your dog lots of attention. ** MUST be kid friendly** I work from home most of the time so my schedule is flexible. I am able to provide regular walks, provide lots of play time and frequent bathroom breaks. I have a quite a large yard and live in a neighborhood with plenty of space for long walks. However, the yard is not fenced in. ** I only accept one dog at a time, unless they are currently living together.

About: Hi there! I’ve grown up with pets my whole life. I got my first dog when I was 7—a Staffordshire Bull Terrier. She remained my best friend my whole life until a couple of years ago when she passed away. I also used to pet sit for family friends quite often on the weekends. They have a Golden Retriever and a Rottweiler, so I have plenty of experience caring for dogs of different sizes and personalities. I now live with my Yellow Lab, Otis! He’s my best buddy and a senior rescue dog. We’ve had quite a journey together because he came to us with some trauma and was very underweight. With lots of patience, love, and consistency, we’ve helped bring him back to life. We’re always working on his skills and tricks, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to watch him grow in confidence. I grew up having pets and understand the importance of prioritizing that factor in my life. I always find time to make that a habit in my week! I spend time with them when I have free time! Whether that’s playing, tug of war, going on walks, watching TV, or simply hanging out (and sometimes I can bring my guitar! (It is scientifically proven that playing guitar influences a dog’s brain by stimulating auditory pathways, activating the nervous system, and getting emotional reactions through sound waves and vibrations!)

About: I love caring for dogs in our home and treating them like they are a part of our family! Your dog will get plenty of attention and snuggles. Your dog will rarely be left alone as I am home almost all the time and if I am not, my family (all adults) helps care for the pets too. I have experience with senior dogs and those with anxiety. We have a fenced in yard and I also love to take dogs for walks in our quiet neighborhood. Please note that we have one cat in the house and a puppy. The puppy is a Carolina dog- mixed breed. As of June she is 8 months old. She has normal puppy energy and is ready to play! We would do a meet and greet to have the dogs meet before you booked to make sure you and your pup are comfortable. I enjoy getting to know each dog’s personality. I am interested in pursuing a future career working with pets. Your dog will be loved and treated like part of the family while staying with us. I have plenty of availability and flexibility in my schedule. For boarding, I am home all the time but in the chance that I am out, my family (all adults) is usually home. So your pet will rarely be alone. I am offering overnight boarding in my home. We are a family of 4 adult so there is almost always someone home. We do have a cat and a 6 month old puppy. We have a fenced in yard for your dog to run, but I will also take them for walks around the neighborhood.

About: Pet owner, pet lover! I have been sitting for friends and family since I was a teen. I also grew up around large dogs. I adopted a staffy mix in 2014 and we had 9 great years together before she passed. I’m not ready to adopt again, so until then, I’d like to help others. I’ve also had a few cats in the past and currently have 2! They are both tolerant of dogs and if they are uncomfortable, they will typically leave the room. My friends will bring their dogs when they visit me and my cats do well. I don’t have a yard per se but there is a lot of open space for frequent walks/potty breaks. My apartment complex is very pet-friendly. I am on the 2nd floor, so there are 2 sets of steps that may make it hard for older dogs. I often do overnights and stay with pets in their own home to maximize their comfort and keep their routines intact. I’m flexible based on your individual needs. One of my interests is in animal behavior. I have read many books (my favorites are from Patricia B. McConnell) My philosophy is we are training everyday. Consistency is important to me and for them, so I will ask many questions during the meet and greet stage to understand their needs and know how to best support you both. I look forward to meeting you both! I’m currently doing odd jobs while I search for a full time job. I anticipate having a few days of availability each week where I will be home and able to support a boarder. I am in a pet-friendly apartment complex with lots of open space to walk, though no fenced yard. I also have 2 cats that do well tolerating dog visitors. I have room to set up a crate if they are crate-trained. But most of time can play or hangout wherever while I’m home. Pets are allowed on the furniture and will be supervised. The litter boxes are in the main living space, but are scooped immediately as to avoid unwanted “snacking”.

About: I’ve taken care of many different kinds of dogs, mainly small to medium because I had small dogs until recently. I sometimes Foster for a few rescues as well. I crate train them and help get them ready for adoption. I also have experience with puppies to Senior 🐶❤️ I work from home and able to board on weekends and possibly during the weeks as well. My 2 little dogs are laid back and sleep most of the day. I have a fenced in yard and have a playpen as well if needed.
