I have also had the pleasure of caring for our neighbors' pets, and we currently share our home with two friendly, well-loved cats. I am the sole caregiver responsible for every aspect of your dog's stay, including feeding, potty breaks, walks, playtime, administering medication (if needed), and providing individualized attention. I only host one family's dog(s) at a time, so your pup will receive my full attention in a comfortable environment. The children are always supervised around visiting pets, and I remain the only person responsible for your dog's care. About: I am a Mechanical Engineering student with an Art minor, but my true passion has always been animals. I believe pets deserve the same love, respect, and care as people, and I take that responsibility seriously. I currently care for five of my own pets, including three dogs of different sizes, a cat, and two guinea pigs. As an adult I have dogs, cats, chickens, horses, and alpacas - all of which live with me on my small farm. I have experience with giant breed dogs and higher energy dogs. I enjoy getting to know each dog’s personality. I am interested in pursuing a future career working with pets. Your dog will be loved and treated like part of the family while staying with us. I have plenty of availability and flexibility in my schedule. For boarding, I am home all the time but in the chance that I am out, my family (all adults) is usually home. So your pet will rarely be alone. I am offering overnight boarding in my home. We are a family of 4 adult so there is almost always someone home. We do have a cat and a 6 month old puppy. We have a fenced in yard for your dog to run, but I will also take them for walks around the neighborhood.

About: We own two large dogs- an Australian cattle dog/Anatolian shepherd/Hound mix, and a yellow Labrador retriever. They are very high energy and unique with lively personalities. We love to take them on bicycle rides/walks through the woods and neighborhood. We both have experience with dogs- John dog-sat as a child and has had family dogs as well, and I grew up on a farm with 10-15 inside/outside dogs all my life as well as many other animals. We have a big back yard that is fenced in, we also live next to a big state park that is loads of fun for any animal! Our entire family and our friends also have dogs, so when we all get together we usually have about 12-14 dogs all together at once running around playing and having fun! About: Hi there! I’ve grown up with pets my whole life. I got my first dog when I was 7—a Staffordshire Bull Terrier. She remained my best friend my whole life until a couple of years ago when she passed away. I also used to pet sit for family friends quite often on the weekends. They have a Golden Retriever and a Rottweiler, so I have plenty of experience caring for dogs of different sizes and personalities. I now live with my Yellow Lab, Otis! He’s my best buddy and a senior rescue dog. We’ve had quite a journey together because he came to us with some trauma and was very underweight. About: When my family adopted our first dog, Jennie, a German Shepard mix, I had made it a priority to walk her almost everyday and play with her so she was never bored. I also helped train her when she was a puppy, teaching her how to sit and how to give her paw. I also took care of her when she became older, helping her down stairs and cooking her healthy treats like salmon and chicken. My family has since had two different foster dogs (American bully and Pitbull) that I love to spend time and go on walks with. I’m currently home from college for the summer, so I have plenty of time on my hands and would love to spend it with your pets! I adopted a staffy mix in 2014 and we had 9 great years together before she passed. I’m not ready to adopt again, so until then, I’d like to help others. My friends will bring their dogs when they visit me and my cats do well. I don’t have a yard per se but there is a lot of open space for frequent walks/potty breaks. My apartment complex is very pet-friendly. I am on the 2nd floor, so there are 2 sets of steps that may make it hard for older dogs. I often do overnights and stay with pets in their own home to maximize their comfort and keep their routines intact. I’m flexible based on your individual needs. One of my interests is in animal behavior. I have read many books (my favorites are from Patricia B. McConnell) My philosophy is we are training everyday. Consistency is important to me and for them, so I will ask many questions during the meet and greet stage to understand their needs and know how to best support you both. I look forward to meeting you both! I’m currently doing odd jobs while I search for a full time job. I anticipate having a few days of availability each week where I will be home and able to support a boarder. I am in a pet-friendly apartment complex with lots of open space to walk, though no fenced yard. I also have 2 cats that do well tolerating dog visitors. I have room to set up a crate if they are crate-trained. But most of time can play or hangout wherever while I’m home. Pets are allowed on the furniture and will be supervised. The litter boxes are in the main living space, but are scooped immediately as to avoid unwanted “snacking”.

About: I love caring for dogs in our home and treating them like they are a part of our family! Your dog will get plenty of attention and snuggles. Your dog will rarely be left alone as I am home almost all the time and if I am not, my family (all adults) helps care for the pets too. I have experience with senior dogs and those with anxiety. So your pet will rarely be alone. I am offering overnight boarding in my home. We are a family of 4 adult so there is almost always someone home. We do have a cat and a 6 month old puppy. We have a fenced in yard for your dog to run, but I will also take them for walks around the neighborhood.
