Loving Care When You Can't Be There
Over the past 25 years, I've had numerous dogs, all of whom are now dearly departed. I've taken care of dogs with a variety of needs - from mobility issues, to senior-specific care, to special diets. I've used Rover for my own dogs for a decade, and know what pet parents are looking for. I am home most of the day and my husband works remote, so someone is home with your dog at all times. I also live near a school with a large campus to walk around, perfect for more high energy breeds. I only take one dog (or two from the same household) at a time, ensuring your dog gets personalized care. As a note, I require a meet-and-greet before booking boarding requests. These are important so that I can meet you and your dog!

Amy did an excellent job watching Sunny, our 8 year old Black Lab for two back-to-back long weekends. The text updates and pictures she provided helped ease our anxiety. We love her one dog at a time policy-ensuring Sunny got all her attention. Clearly, Amy has a love of dogs and made Sunny feel special! We certainly recommend using Amy for your sitting/boarding needs. We will use her again!

I am home most of the day, so I have plenty of time to devote to attending your dog's needs. I can accommodate pet care almost any time of the week.

I treat all dogs with the kindness and love they deserve. I am very familiar with shy or anxious dogs as well. I've used Rover a lot over the years, so I know how important it is to trust the person you're leaving your companion with.

I live in a lovely suburban neighborhood with lots of trees and a sidewalk to a nearby high school, where there is lots of open space for walking! I know all dogs are different, so if your dog has a specific activity requirement, let me know!
